Cursor stuck in the center of the screen

All of a sudden the cursor on my son's pc is stuck in the middle of the screen. It's a mouse optical usb. I checked that the mouse (3 different ones) works on other computers in the House. I tried to move the mouse to different ports, but the cursor remains blocked. I rebooted the computer several times, both with the wired mouse and without the mouse, in him after reconnecting.
