Deployment of Acrobat pro by AAME3.1 problem

Hello

I want to deploy the software acrobat pro through AAEM3.1.

I downloaded the Web license of Adobe acrobat pro file and save it to my d:\products and launched AAEM to create a package.

I've specified the d:\products product installation location, and then tap Next.

It failed because the invalid product installation location.

Does anyone know what the problem with him?

Please advice...

Hi Gran,

You try to deploy a stand alone Acrobat or is it a part of more Creative?

You must use Adobe Customization wizard instead of the AAMEE in the just case of Acrobat, please let us know the version of Acrobat pro as well so that we can guide you accordingly.

Thank you!

Ankit

  • Acrobat Pro XI - Activation/Validation problem

    Hello

My company purchased 8 licenses in volume of a Distributor and I am trying to get a Code of my installed software application. I called before Adobe to verify the serial numbers are good (they are), but I can't get the software to generate the Code needed to ask.

My systems are online (I have access to the Internet), but I suspect the problems of Proxy or Firewall prevent software well to reach out to the validation/verification servers because I get the message "Cannot connect to the Internet" when I go to register the software. I can go to Adobe.com in my network, but suspect that more deeply into the "rabbit hole" it's where the packets are blocked.

Is it possible to get the software to generate the claim Code?

    V/r,

    Leroy

OK, I managed to do work, but nothing above really helped. I had to work my system connection manually to activate my software (firewall changes still are being considered / evaluated).

    Level of Action:

1 install the software, ADOBE ACROBAT PRO XI (you can install w / license info, but I chose not to do so).
2 disconnect the computer from the network completely.

    3. launch Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.

    4. scroll the EULA and registration, enter the license. Enrollment fails, select "Try again later", then on the next pop-up window, select the options 'Enable offline' and don't forget to click on the link "having problems connecting to the Internet? This will allow you to generate application Code.

    5. once the claim Code is generated, re - connect the system to the network and continue with the rest of the validation.

    6. active software. Success!

  • Instalation Acrobat Pro XI month subscription problems, redirects to the evaluation version (which was before uninstaled)

    Hello world

I have a problem with the installation of the Adobe Pro XI on my computer. I subscribed via cloud.adobe.com to a subscription to the month and paid Friday, July 18.

A few months ago, I installed a trial version of Pro XI, which I uninstalled it before running the .exe of cloud.adobe.com. After the executable .exe 100% works, I try to access the app and I'm literally redirected to the Trial version window, which I was informed that, of course, expired a few months ago.

I can't understand how to install the app, I don't have a serial number in my account, which may be a month - to-subscription month.

I tried to contact by phone, according to the order confirmation email, but the phone number is not functional.

Can you please advise on this problem with the installation of the subscription of the month at Adobe Pro XI I meet?

    Many thanks in advance,

    Alina

There is one thing that you must understand to solve this problem. The trial software is not a different software. The system is not confused about this software to run.

Test software and the licensed software are just the unique software. What has happened is that he does not know your license, then she came to a trial. He has indicated to your license, and he should be back.

Since you have a subscription, hope that you just have to connect (from the trial version) to recover your licensed version.

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro DC deployment

    Hello

We have a problem to deploy Adobe Acrobat Pro ms in or the environment. Our client are Windows 7 Enterprise x 64 AD and SCCM 2012-controlled.

When we are deployment or do a manual installation of the PDF printer is missing.

After some tests, I learned the following.

Microsoft has a feature that you can add the path of unity in the registry. We use this function for a bank pilot plant. If you have several path printer PDF installing device fail.

I am using the wizard. But my problem is now solved. Is a strange problem.

In our central drivestore contains a former driver for the printer its contains a ntprint.inf file. Adobe drivers trying to use the ntprint.inf file in the driver instead of the local to c:\windows\inf store.

When we removed the driver in our central store driver the installation of Adobe acrobat works.

To summarize for those who are still confused (I got it to work), deploy the Setup.exe (no order required for installation in silent mode) in SCCM.

The Adobe Customization Wizard allows you to make changes, licenses and other. I used the ACW to inject acrobat.dll value into the value by default "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\11.0\Language\current\" and then saved as "Custom.mst" changes with the transformation to generate in the ACW.

  • Acrobat Pro Extended 9.0.0 Admin install update

    Hello

I'm trying to update our deployment of Acrobat Pro Extended Version 9.0.0 for the last patch, 9.1.3.

We are not deploying updates via Group Policy, as our deployment of Acrobat Pro is "we demand", I initially therefore wishes to update the administrative installation point.

I think it's important to point out that our software has been downloaded from the Adobe licensing website and it is not copied to all CD/DVD media.

    My base this process is:

Download files fix for Acrobat Pro Extended for Windows, Adobe:

    • AcroProExUpd910_all_incr.msp (is easier to find on the site of downloadable update at the time of this post)
    • AcrobatUpd911_all_incr.msp
    • AcrobatUpd912_all_incr.msp
    • AcrobatUpd913_all_incr.msp

Which, based on the article on http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/498/cpsid_49880.html , I understand that:

    • 9.1.0 is a quarterly update
    • 9.1.1 is a security update
    • 9.1.2 is a quarterly update
    • 9.1.3 is an update of safety (supposed, as he came in the wake of the current security patches)

Therefore, I think that I need to update my 9.1.0, AIP then 9.1.2 (acceptable according to the release notes for the patch) and then to the 9.1.3, thus completing my task.

My problem is the patches currently running on the AIP.  Normally I use a custom installation, but to rule out this possibility, I'm ONLY using the downloaded software - no procedure of local customization applied using the Adobe Customization Wizard.

Fixes in version 9.0.0 version 9.1.0 using msiexec /a Acro3D.msi /p AcroProExUpd910_all_incr.msp ŒUVRES!  Installation is not completed, no error.

Patch the 9.1.0 version 9.1.2 using msiexec /a Acro3D.msi /p AcrobatUpd912_all_incr.msp FAILS!  The installation program reports a missing interop.adobepdfmakerx.dll in the Data1.cab file.  Google search reveals sources unlikely to download this missing file.

Patching can not continue, as 9.1.2 is a sine qua non to the 9.1.3.  I have the same problem with application 9.1.1, although the article above makes ignore me trying to get this to work.

Does anyone have advice, where I'm wrong?

    Thank you!

    UPDATE:

After more digging around, it seems that 9.1.x updates are only for Pro and Standard, while the Update 9.1 is explicitally for the Pro Extended product.

All 4 patches patch an "installed" version of the Acrobat Professional Extended product, however the 9.1.2 update will not patch the administrative installation point, probably because of different version (Pro or Standard, no Pro Extended patch patch), which results in the error of missing file.

The Security Bulletin Adobe clearly says the fixes are available for Standard, Professional and extended, and yet the patches do not seem to work!  That's just crazy!

I had exactly the same problem. After struggling for hours, I finally found a working solution.
It seems that the MSI 9.0.0 sequence numbers are not properly adjusted by 9.1.0 Patch!
One way as a workaround is to remove disturbing lines with an msi editor.

Important note: this solution is only the media kits carrying Acrobat Versions 9.0.0. Higher versions 9.1.0 do not show the problem described with error 1334.

In addition, version 9.0.0 series won't work for 9.1.0. You will need improved series!

Firstly, patch Acrobat 9.0.0 to 9.1.0 using Librarians AcroProStdUpd910_T1T2_incr.msp
    (msiexec /a acropro.msi /p AcroProStdUpd910_T1T2_incr.msp)

To avoid the error 1334, use the ORCA msi editor (easy to find via google) and open the acroXXX.msi currently patched Version 9.1.0

ORCA in: access the table: file and then find more entries (use search in the menu)

upgrade to 9.1.2... delete the line...
    Interop.adobepdfmakerx.dll (AutoCad 2009 AddOn)
Right click and delete the entries by choosing 'Drop-Row' - confirm the warning, and then save the package

you are now able to patch the administrative image with AcrobatUpd912_all_incr.msp.
    (msiexec /a acropro.msi /p AcrobatUpd912_all_incr.msp)

    upgrade to 9.1.3...
    Go to the table: file

In the 'File' table, sort the rows by 'component '.

Scroll to the component "Acrobat_Navigators_MultiLingual" (remove all entries of components-)
    (e.g., adobegridfilepreview.nav, AdobeGridSidebar.nav...)
Use Ctrl-Shift-X to clear all marked both

Scroll down to component 'PDFMaker_AutoCad_2009' (remove all entries of components)
    (pdfmacad.arx acrobatacadic.arx acrobatacadic.dbx...)
Use Ctrl-Shift-X to clear all marked both

Scroll down to component 'rtpdll' (remove the entry with patchw32.dll)
    (e.g. Patchw32.dll)

Scroll down to component 'UpdateFiles_910' (remove all entries of components)
Remove all component files named "UpdateFiles_910".
Use Ctrl-Shift-X to clear all marked both

Scroll down to component 'UpdateFiles_912' (remove all entries of components)
Remove all component files named "UpdateFiles_912".
Use Ctrl-Shift-X to clear all marked both

    Save the package!

You are now able to patch the administrative image with AcrobatUpd913_all_incr.msp to the latest version.
    (msiexec /a acropro.msi /p AcrobatUpd913_all_incr.msp)

  • Acrobat Pro 9 license revoked/no valid number I have good numbers for CS4 Design Premium BUT inadvertently put the incorrect numbers initially. Help, please.

    Hi all

My lack of knowledge and how activate/register each separate product has caused this problem.

Bought in 2010 and subsequently has been used. Had major problems with the motherboard. Problems with DLLS in CS4 and my computer was inoperable, Member of the call Centre of type Adobe in April this year had me to download the whole program. Able to check each part BUT totally forgotten Acrobat PRO 9. and my problems started when you try to use it.

Chat site I tried to support to help and were told to go on the forums for help?

Initially when I tried to use Pro 9, he requested numbers... I tried the serial number of the product and then another number I thought it would be.

Stupidly, I didn't record 9 Pro at the beginning BUT I save through the Help etc. and thought that Adobe might realize that the product belonged to me, but it obviously didn't.

Adobe then said that I could use a 30 days trial version - didn't have time then to fix this problem then.

Discovered that the program "BELARC" I had, had all my serial numbers listed for me and anything else on my PC... WOW!

Entered the numbers correct and got the GREEN TICK, but then when he checked with Adobe, I get the Error Invalid and revoked Message.

I also downloaded the Evaluation Version in the hope that start on numbers solve the problem... He has no

I'm really disappointed that I bought a very expensive product and now I can't even use part of it that he absolutely vital for many tasks that I do now.

I have spent countless hours and hours of time in recent months trying to settle the problem and am going in circles.

There is a lot that I haven't mentioned because it becomes a try... but the result is that I bought this product.

I registered the product online. Adobe knows all my data and I can't use it.

Can someone give me it please help them get around my problem so I can finally use the software again...

    Thank you

  • How do you call the .mst file in the the Deployer to exception command line? (Acrobat Pro CC)

To implement a conditioner creative cloud deployment of Acrobat Pro, I wanted to include the changes made by the Customization Wizard, as described here:

    http://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/Packager/deploying-Acrobat.html

When I deployed earlier versions of Acrobat, I simply added in Transforms = filename.mst to the command line so that the changes take effect. With creative cloud conditioner and Deployer of Exceptions command-line syntax, I'm not clear on how to call the .mst file during installation. Is it still possible?

Currently, I use the following two commands:

    • exceptiondeployer.exe - workflow = install - mode = pre - installlanguage = en_US
    • MsiExec.exe /i Acrobat_x64.msi

While normally I would add the syntax to turn to the second command, it does not seem right in this case that the transformation is a change of the MSI, which is part of the folder 'exceptions '.

    Hi sszczygiel,

Please try this command instead of deployeur Exception

    "MSIEXEC /I TRANSFORMS = \AcroPro.msi"\AcroPro.mst "/ SB

Please let us know if it helps.

    Kind regards

  • Acrobat Pro freezes completely, so I need to force her to leave

I hope I'm posting in the right place.  Please let me know if I should spend it.  I'm so desperate - I have tried everything I can think and hope that someone has another idea, I can try.

I use Acrobat Pro.  When the problem started, I used Pro X.  I tried upgrading to the test XI Acrobat to see if that fixes the problem, but it didn't.  I don't care which I use as long as it works.

The program starts, but I can't click on any one of the choices on the 'splash' screen (where you can choose to open a recent file or select a task).  When I drive on the choice I see the overthrow of highlight, but nothing happens when I click.  I can open a file in the FILE menu, but when I do I can't do anything with it.  None of the tools on the toolbar window works.  Then everything crashes and I have to force quit to close the program.

I'm on a Mac under OS Mountain Lion X 10.8.5 with a 3.2 GHz Intel Cose i3 processor and 12 GB DDR3 memory at 1333 MHz.  When the problem started, I used Lion 10.7.5, so I tried the update to Mountain Lion, but it does not solve the problem.

    Here is what I tried:

    > Uninstall and then reinstall Acrobat X Pro repeatedly

    > Install, uninstall, reinstall Acrobat Pro XI

    > Installation in Safe Mode

    > Uninstalling all other Adobe products I got (after effects Trial, inDesign 5, Adobe Reader)

I also tried different things, I found in the Forums - as long as I do not remember now.  We had to do with moving some preference files and opening the program again, one was the fix for a problem of conflict CS6.

When the problem started first, I discovered that my Time Machine backup was not working because my backup disk was full and Time Machine was not delete older backups.  I didn't have a recent backup so I didn't want to do a system restore to before the problem.  I got a new external drive of 4 TB for Time Machine and got a 3 TB external drive to clear a bunch of large documents on my main hard drive.

I'm willing to try anything.  Help, please!

    Katie

Well, after two weeks of pulling my hair I finally thought to it last night!  The problem was a bad mouse driver.  I use a mouse move (which I LOVE) but it is an older model and I guess that the update of OX 10.7.4 to 10.7.5 punt just driver incompatibility.  I have tested the mouse a week or two ago and my Mac wireless mouse worked but does not solve the problem because when I did the test I actually didn't unplug the mouse move.  Once I did that last night and used only in the Mac wireless mouse, Acrobat returned to work correctly.

I just ordered the latest change mouse that is compatible with OS X.  I can't wait until he comes tomorrow!

Thanks to all those who, looking at this issue and I tried to think of a solution.

  • Problem reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Pro XI

Failure of hard drive of my MacBook Pro & I downloaded after getting a new hard drive and tried to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro version XI full that I purchased in 2014 but it gives me a window titled update the number of series & indicates that my serial number is valid and asks me to select a product from a drop-down list. The only problem is that Adobe Acrobat Pro XI is not listed in the drop-down list. Help, please. Thank you.

It shows the message that you have found that you install using an upgrade license.  The version that you choose in the list must be the older version that you upgraded, and then you will need to provide the serial number as well.

  • License with Adobe Acrobat Pro problem

I have a problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro as part of Adobe Creative Suite CS 6 on Mac OS X 10.11.6: Adobe Acrobat does not start. Whenever I try to open a pdf file or the itsself program (Acrobat), Acrobat appears inside the docking station, as well as within the monitor activity for a few seconds, but never actually opens and then disappears from the docking station and the activity monitor. No error message appears, namely, what is the problem.

During the last two weeks, I tried the suggestions basically all troubleshooting I found on the web several times, mainly:

    • Try to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Acrobat by itsself as well as all of the Creative Suite (of course, using "Adobe Installers")
    • Running the Creative-cloud-Cleaner on my computer after uninstallation and before the re-setup
    • Deactivate and reactivate my license Creative Suite (using InDesign to perform this task, given that Acrobat does not open)
    • etc.

More funny thing is: when I try to deactivate the license via InDesign, Acrobat will not show even as one of the programmes concerned, see attached screenshot.

    PastedGraphic-1.png

That is why, in my view, the problem could be a licensing problem. The reason why I had the problem in the first place, could be the following: I accidentally uninstalled Adobe Acrobat while being offline. After that, as mentioned above, I tried- and reinstall the program and all of the following several times while being online - but no result.

I'm happy for any suggestion. Assistance telephone Adobe doesn't seem to be available for this product and I have redirected to this forum when you try to start a chat support with Adobe, I'm happy for all the help from the community!

PS: I guess that's not relevant, but I'll talk anway: another application, "Adobe Crash Demon" shows within the activity monitor, every time I open InDesign (but isn't, when I try to open Acrobat). The content of the error message does not mention Acrobat.

    Hi kglad,.

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, I couldn't find very useful advice in the log files, because I'm not very experienced in the search for log files and I could not find solutions to the error messages on the web.

But, fortunately, an update of the system for Mac OS Sierra finally helped me to solve the problem. Obviously, the update changed some system parameters and / or preferences, and I finally could start once Adobe Acrobat. He is still vulnerable, however. It seems, I'm having some trouble with my graphics, too, but I guess I'll be able to fix those shortly.

I am very happy, Acrobat is finally running once more!

Thanks for your support, I'll mark the issue as resolved.

    Kind regards

  • Installation of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI on PC Windows 10 - Patch problem

    Hello

A quick check of my Adobe account reveals that I purchased Abobe Acrobat IX (9) Pro in 2010, and then either purchased or upgraded to XI (11) Pro level in 2013.  These were installed on a PC running Windows 7.  I recently bought a PC running Windows 10 / 64-bit and want to reinstall Pro XI.  I did a fresh download of the installer Pro XI.  However, when I tried to install it, I get an error message saying "this patch package could not be opened.  Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package. "Can someone help me solve this?  Some things to note:

    • I'm not sure if the XI (11) Pro in 2013 was a completely new software package or just an upgrade of the IX (9) Pro software.  If the latter, I should install IX (9) first Pro?
    • I am currently using the Microsoft Edge browser that comes with the PC running Windows 10.  I don't know if it meets the conditions for the installation of XI (11) Pro https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/system-requirements-acrobat-family-products.html.

    Thank you

Unfortunately, it did not work.  I opted for a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC which has installed without any problem and seems to work correctly.

  • How to solve the problems to validate the serial number for Acrobat Pro XI?

I have a PC with Win 7 OS.  I bought Acrobat Pro XI for more than a year, but had problems to validate serial number, so I just kept using X Pro.  Now, I have installed PRO XI.  I could not enter its serial number.  When I try to start the program, I find that a box appears on my screen.  It contains, and I can't, I asks me to validate my serial number. Here is a picture of this box.  The drop-down list on the left does not contain Acrobat Pro XI, but, oddly enough, the label top left confirms that this box appeared in the program Acrobat Pro XI.   Very strange.  Does anyone know of any other way to validate the serial number?

    Hi 2722Ellie ,

It seems that the XI Acrobat pro program you have is a version upgrade.

For this, you can consult this article:- error: "this serial number is not for a product calling it" | Adobe Creative Suite

Let me know how it goes.

    Kind regards

  • Problem with Acrobat Pro reinstallation

My Acrobat Pro XI has stopped working, and I think it is because some parts of the program are accidentally deleted or sth like that. I get the following error message:

Well, I tried to reinstall it. The problem is that I don't remember my serial number. And I have not used any sort of clouds to have bought the software at the time. I just got the serial number and that's it.

    • Now when I want to reinstall the software, he asks me if I want to install the trial version or if I have the serial number. I don't really know what to do.
