Designer of Microsoft keyboard and mouse

Thus, all new Mac mini running El Capitan 10.11.2, I am trying to connect via bluetooth, mouse and keyboard from the designer of Microsoft...

https://www.Microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/keyboards/designer-BLUETOOT h-Office/7n9-00001

The mouse is good to go, but when you try to connect the keyboard, I asks me to enter the digit code 6 on the keyboard to complete the pairing. I tried on the top of the page set of keys, as well as with the right keypad keys, before you press NumLock or after pressing caps lock... NOTHING IS WORKING... I can not connect the keyboard and he finally released pairing mode. The keyboard works fine I have connected via bluetooth to a PC 10 windows and a Surface Pro 2. I know he will have limited functionality on the mac, but I've seen the YouTube comments that people have looked at the keyboard on their mac... I'm a new convert to PC so I'm doing something wrong, or maybe just not compatible with 10.11.2... ?

Any help would be GREAT!

Thank you

Finally, I got mine to pair, but had the same problems as you did for the days. I tried the steps below, and then it paired. In truth, I don't know the exact measurements, but I think this is right, because I can't log to try to pair it again, because it took me a few days to connect this time.

I have a MacBook Air El Capitan - 10.11.2 running

But try these steps below. Demarrer start with the keyboard, then hold down the button the keyboard bluetooth and don't let go, then everything continuing to hold it down, then click on the numbers as requested and I think I clicked on enter when I was entering in numbers, then the window numbers disappeared and then returned to the window of bluetooth preferences and then connected immediately. Regardless, the key is to press and hold the Connect button and not let or hold the button for the first by entering the numbers, and then after entering in numbers hold the button down once again, but despite all of this has to do with the key, since the bottom of the keyboard has the possibility to try to connect to the first , and then after clicking on the pair, then it loses its ability to connect to the computer, so you need to hold down and do the steps VERY QUICKLY while the connection process is still active. I hope this helps.

What is the difference between the 2000AES of Microsoft, and most expensive, 2000 Microsoft Wireless Desktop keyboard and mouse?

Made me. Comparing the two references, it seems that they are both the same, except that one is titled 'for business' and the other is not. The cheapest is "for companies' then perhaps originally they were to be sold in lots of dealers XX amount. If you plan to do one, get the cheaper. like you, I see no difference:

  • How can I repair my broken Magic Keyboard and Mouse?

My niece who is 23 years younger than broken me my Apple Magic keyboard and mouse Magic Mouse from Apple for my iMac, and all of them are not in stock because they are used on Mac computers, and I don't want to lose a keyboard and a mouse, another Mac as on my Mac Pro. She said I was due, but I SLEEP, then all of a sudden, I heard the noise. Is there warranty for the keyboard and mouse? How can I replace it with Apple because she says it's worth $ 5, and piano of plastic doll is worth $ 500 and the cheap plastic. Should I go to the Genius Bar because the keys are gone, and the mouse is broken.

Apple does not cover such damages, regardless of warranty.

You can buy new online through a variety of websites looking for them online, that they do not have to come from Apple.com. Stores of brick and mortar like best buy or Wal-Mart can take so if an Apple Store is not an option. There are also alternatives and sometimes a lot less expensive replacements through various vendors such as Microsoft and Targus just to name a few.

  • PS2 Keyboard and mouse hooked after XP SP3 installed

Upgrade to SP3.  Keyboard works very well to get into the BIOS.  F8 works very well to get to choose the Safe Mode, and al. or not.  Once XP takes control, the keyboard and mouse are unresponsive.  Mouse move the pointer on the screen, the keyboard will not activate numlock or other keys LED.  Power - off only option.  Tried other keyboards and other mouse.  No go.

Any ideas?  Perfect condition ' puter til SP3!

I said nothing about "of special drivers', I suggested seeking & install the updated drivers. If none is available, there is a very good chance that your older equipment of keyboard and mouse is not supported in WinXP SP3.

Free installation and unlimited compatibility support for WinXP SP3 is available since April 14, 2008 to May 2009. This support will cost U.S.$ 59 or by higher incident now.

  • G11 keyboard and mouse G9

    Hello

I have a DELL Inspiron 1720, G11 keyboard, mouse G9 and vista32 home.  Every now and then some programs or games freeze.  If I unplug the keyboard and mouse and their connection back (USB) program work impeccably.  All the drivers are up to date.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

    Hi bjenk007,

To help solve this problem, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

The following link has steps showing how to perform the clean boot.
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

    (1) perform the clean boot (check the link to perform the clean boot)

    (2) enable half the services

    (3) determine whether the problem returns

    (4) enable half of the startup items

    (5) determine if the problem returns

    (6) repeat the steps above until you find out which program or service is causing the issue

After you determine the startup item or the service that is causing the problem, contact the manufacturer of the program to determine if the problem can be solved. Or, run the System Configuration utility, and then click to clear the check box of the element of the problem.

Note: Please make sure that the computer is configured to start as usual by following step 7 of article
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/92913 5

    Hope this information is useful.

Let me know if it worked.

    All the best!
