Diagnosis necessary please (is my printer gone?)

I have a printer HP Deskjet 3070; Model no B611A.  It is not properly impression.  Black ink is uneven in some areas, rather than it can be when you know that you really do need to replace the ink cartridge.

So I replaced the black cartridge 'early' that is to say at the first sign of distress, and he had only a few printing since I replaced it.  The other colors are weak.

Heterogeneity is in the same place on each print, but with every print, more text has disappeared.  I wonder if it could it be that the rollers are the problem?

So what I did is use all the tools of Maintenance except for the last a viz "Clean Printer.  I made the diagnosis of print quality and that seemed OK except the wide black block where he was a part of the "block" which had not been signed.  It was quite a sharp separation between the term paper and inked the bit. He spent align it and clean print heads.

And if the printer has passed it, y at - it another similar HP printer using 364 cartridges that can be purchased in the United Kingdom please?  I don't want to be stuck with all the cartridges in the batch that I opened.

I look at the packaging for cartridges, and it seems there are some HP series that use these cartridges.  Someone who is similar to my Deskjet, please?

Any advice would be much appreciated.  Thank you!

    Hi @jhaiar ,

I understand that you are a problem with ePrint and your Photosmart 5510. I want to help you with this.

One option is to remove web services, and then turn it back on. Unfortunately if you have customized the ePrint address, you will never lose it. You can always create a new address, it cannot just be old.

HP has a support group of service based for Cloud related issues. This means no warranty or support costs.

If you do not want to remove the web services, give them a call. They might have another option.

  • Accessory computer printer gone after each reboot, sometimes earlier

Need to remove the printer and reinstall to get the connection to the printer via USB.  XP Pro - SP3 on Dell D600, about 1.5 Gig of RAM.   The printer is HP laserjet 1606dn.   Three sessions with HP Tech so far but the problem persists.   Printer itself works perfectly.   Have tried different cables, same result.  Device Manager shows no problems with the USB ports.

This problem has arisen after that I was absent and installed an inkjet Lexmark for temporary use; does not occur during the first nine months of the use of this printer.  Have removed all traces localizable temporary printer, file, drivers and registry.   Thanks for your suggestions.

    Hi BobbieVA,

  • DeskJet 3845: Where'smy printer gone?

My 3845 printer works OK but need the black cartridge has changed.   I put in a new, but with the printer does not respond so I replaced the cartridge with an another new cartridge.   All I get is the Green LED flashes (or turn it off completely).  The integrated test system does not either.   I checked all the cables, they are OK, but even HP Support Assistant now can't find the printer.  I even tried to reinstall it, but in vain.   No error messages have not shown at any time.   Where should I go from here?

In a final stand this morning, I turned on my p/c and inserted a third and my last, new tape in my printer.   Blow me down, it turns!   I tried to replace the previous two tapes, but none of them work to return to #3.   However, at least I have a printer working again at the price of one-for-the-price-of-three cassettes.   Oh, well, that's life I guess.   But thanks for all your interest and tries to advise.   Very grateful.

I turned it off and then ungplugged the back of the printer and expected 60 seconds and has not fix.

Any ideas as to what could happen and how to fix it?

    Hi TeamPas,

There is a document that describes your problem and ways to solve the issue: http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-photosmart-c4100-all-in-one-printer-series/1142450/document/c01369982/

A couple of things to try that you have not mentioned below are to disconnect the USB cable, reset the printer and try the different points of sale and directly into the wall outlet.

If these steps do not recover the printer you can try to replace the power module.

How long have you had the printer?  If it is still under warranty I recommend contacting HP customer support if the steps in the document do not resolve the problem.

  • Help please with a printer.

I use an HP laserjet M1212nf MFP printer. I have recently upgraded to Windows 8 to 8.1. Now, the printer keeps going through a phaze "during initialization... "and will not respond. I have re-defined, transformed extinguished/turned on and I'm perplexed as to what to do next. After that he goes through a couple of cycles, it will sit in the "Ready" mode for a few minutes and then restart the "Intializing. If I'm lucky, I can get it to print only after after the second or third print command was sent.

    Hi obscured.

I see by your post, after the update to Windows 8.1 the printer keeps initializing and then sometimes appear after giving the command to print a couple of times. I can help you with this problem.

I'd do a power reset to see if that will solve the problem.

When the printer is still lit, disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer.

Then, disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet.

Wait 10 seconds and reconnect the power cable to the wall outlet first, then the back of the printer and turn on again.

Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector)

Just to rule out a hardware problem, try and print a self-test on the printer hardware to see if it is a hardware or software problem. Unplug all cables from the printer except the power cord.

Restart the printer. Printing of Pages of information. Go to the section for M1210 / M1218nfs series.

Then, you can reconnect the cables again.

I would like to know if the test of the material printed.

Since the upgrade you uninstall and reinstall the printer software?

If you do not, then I would like to see if this will solve the problem.

    Uninstalling the printer software.

HP LaserJet Pro M1212nf MFP drivers.

If you're still having problems, then go through the steps described in this document.

Print jobs are stuck in the print queue.

How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet)

I would like to know how it goes for you!

    Good day!
    Thank you.

  • Please help, the printer does not have 'ink system failure '.

    Hello

Any help appreciated.  My printer is printer all-in-one Photosmart C7280.

2 days ago my printer has not worked. It comes with several error messages after I turn it on. The first is "ink system failure: ink system has failed." Cannot copy, receive faxes or print. Refer to the printer documentation. Error: 0xc19a0025. Turn off the power, then new. »

However when I turn off and then again via the "power" button, I get a message saying "abnormal termination. Then the same error message original returns (0xc19a0025). It is the most common error and won't go away. Then too, I get a message saying "problem Photo tray: lift the output tray, check the photo tray is pushed up to the stop, lower output tray. Despite the fact that I haven't used the photo tray in several months and it is in the correct position.

So far I tried to turn on the printer, shut down several times by using the power button. Also, I turned off the printer in making last night (after having been closed properly) and back on this morning. I looked through the documentation of the printer, but could not find tips for troubleshooting for this kind of problem. I updated the driver from HP using software update on my mac, and the problem is still there.

Now I get desperate, I rely on my printer/scanner/copier a lot!

    Thank you

    Nathalie

  • Can someone - anyone - please help with printing LEGAL 81/2 "x 14" on a "5650

It seems that you must be able to print legal paper, but you cannot do right now with the drivers for your printer. It's just?

Well, my original suggestion is going to be use another driver, and one of my colleagues wrote a great post on how to do it:

How to assign other print in different Versions... - drivers Support HP - 1957011 Forum

Just in case you can not find the driver for 990c, you can also search the Deskjet 9800 driver as well.

Let me know if this opens more compatibility for your printer and media possible!

  • Please, need help printer. Nothing to do with Security Update 2009-001.

I need help, and looking for the forums just makes me worse headache. I need to use passthrough printing, but the Mac printer does not in the comments.

Details: OS X 10.5.6 Fusion 2.0.2. Guest is Windows 2000 SP4. Security Update 2009 - 001 has not been applied.

The printer is a HP PhotoSmart C4480 printer attached to the Mac via USB.

In order to avoid the obvious questions:

Passthrough fusion printer is active. Become disabled as some users report. The Serial Port is present and connected. In OS X printer sharing is enabled in the world and for this printer (but my impression is that it should not be).

I confirmed that the printer works from OS X. And he is listed in the merger USB menu.

The process of Thinprint TPAutoConn * are underway on the guest. COM1 and COM2 are both present.

The user can not use the old printer sharing solution because there is no Windows 2000 for this printer drivers. The VM is totally dependent on the system of Thinprint, and I never put in place before. Have never seen a working configuration. Don't know about its configuration beyond what is in the VMX file and upgrade manual.

There are merger Console messages that say "no printer configured or unavailable." I think it's the key to the problem... but I don't know what to do about this.

    Help...

    Fuzzy-wan says:

    Pat Lee says:

We have designed this feature to Windows XP and later versions. So it will not work on Windows 2000.

Hmmm. Woody didn't say exactly if the printer actually prints

Well I wouldn't went all the trouble to clean the building a Machine virtual Windows 2000 Pro SP4 with VMware Tools installed and printers enabled for the Virtual Machine settings and took all the dialog boxes and to make a film of the if I did had not bother to actually check and see if she would print!

Find attached an image of a Windows 2000 printer print Test and note the relevant information.

    Computer name: W2KVM

Name of the printer: HP LaserJet 4050 on MacBook Pro

Printer model: TP output gateway PS

    Support: Yes

    Port name (s): THIRD:

Note: because the printer is a B & W LaserJet I guess that the "support: Yes", it's that the "printer model: TP output gateway PS ' supports color and will therefore work with color printers as well.

scrolledMC is a container of MC that contains the dynamic text field (auto size), which is the text that is currently the subject of a scroll.

scrollContent1 = _parent. scrolledMC / / this statement made '_parent' reference to the original item of Lib or the MC in which

    3. how different _root _level0?

    Thank you

    Joel

As I have already said, the "instance" are parts without the name of the place where scrolledMC life.  You just said... "'scrolledMC' is the part of the Text_scroller", so these instances that question you are the other parts of him that contain it. they are not appointed manually, so that the program assigns them generic names.

Yes, they try once more to make the forums better (not yet as well).
