I agree with the previous forum member. It depends on your needs.
If you need it for every day use it's OK. Please note that books L series no is not designed for a spectacular multimedia experience, but more for basic Internet stuff, office and so on.

If you can pay a little more money I recommend to buy notebook series Satellite A.

    Hello

    (1) you are able to hear the sound of the computer?

    (2) have you made changes before the start of this issue?

Method 3: When the sound card is installed, the microphone is also installed and uses the sound card drivers.

Please try to uncheck the option put the microphone muted in the sound menu. If the problem persists then uninstall and reinstall the sound drivers.

    I hope this helps.

Install all the drivers, you can find it, then you won't have any unknown devices in Device Manager.

    1. go to "Device Manager".
    2. in Device Manager, expand Bluetooth.

    4. re-start.
    5. now you should be able to turn off/turn on the BT

  • Satellite L655-16F - Factory reset using Recovery Media discs

OK so I'll try to reset my Toshiba Satellite L655-16th back to factory settings, then he started giving me the out of memory error message, but I don't have that drives it asked me to do when I got the laptop, so when I do the F8 all start up and go to the screen with the Toshiba HDD recovery resetting thing and click on it It gives me this error message:

    * HDDRecoGUI *.
    Operating system recovery is impossible!
Not found the HDD Recovery folder on the second disc of the first hard drive.
There is no valid disk HARD recovery environment on this computer.

I tried various different things; Press 0 - which gave me a screen asking you what operating system, I wanted to use (there is only Windows 7) then just continued to load as usual. Put the first disc in and restart my laptop (which I have pretty well every time anyway) - which did nothing. etc.
So yes, is there a way to create the file from HARD drive of mystery I need the disks, or maybe another way to use the disks that I have not already tried?

    > Not found HDD Recovery folder on the second disc of the first hard drive.
    > There is no valid disk HARD recovery environment on this computer.
This message appears if you have deleted the recovery image or changed the structure of the partitions on the HARD disk.

If you have created disk or recovery disk that you can install the recovery using the recovery DVD image.

Start your laptop and meadows F12 repeatedly to enter the boot menu.
Place the recovery disc into the optical disc drive.
In the menu choose the CD/DVD drive.
    Press ENTER.
Follow the menu on the screen.

  • Satellite L655 - recover Toshiba Recovery option

    Hello

I have a Toshiba Satellite L655 with Windows Home Premium 64-bit. I recently had problems with my operating system. Unfortunately, I didn't know about HARD drive recovery option, so I just reinstalled an OS with Windows 7 installation CD (I have a).

Now I know about HARD drive recovery and I would get my system to it's State of origin "Toshiba", but there is nothing "Toshiba HDD recovery" more in the recovery menu (F8 at startup)

I still have the folder HDDRecovery on my drive D:\ with od 7.5 GB data. But how can I get it back? What should I install to have the "Toshiba Recovery" point back again in the recovery environment?

    Thank you
    Ivan

    Hey Buddy,

The Toshiba HDD Recovery feature is available on the preinstalled operating system. If you have installed another version he s not available anymore.

So in your case, you have the Toshiba Recovery disk to restore to factory settings. Did you create the Toshiba Recovery disk before installing Windows 7?
Usually this can be done with the box settings because the Toshiba recovery media creator is preinstalled. This means that you need some blank discs to create the recovery disk.

If you don t have the recovery disc, you can order a new by clicking here:

  • Satellite L655-1EL impossible implementation using the battery

    Nice day!

I have a problem with my Toshiba Satellite L655-1EL computer laptop, I can't turn it - on the use of its battery, but when I plug it using the AC adapter the battery light indicator shows white and when I check it after I turn it on with AC adapter and go to the Toshiba Diagnostics tool his shows that the battery is fully charged and it is in good condition. I wonder how that happened?

Please help and thanks in advance.

    Hello

What happens if you unplug the AC adapter when the laptop is running?

    The laptop shut down automatically?

Do not know what could cause this but I recommend that you first update the BIOS.
If the question was still available, then you should check if the new block could help solve this problem

  • Webcam on Satellite L655 shows a very blurry picture

    Hi guys

I bought Toshiba Satellite L655-158 last Sunday. Just checked the webcam. Used via Skype and everyone complains about the quality of the image. I tried to use an another older Dell laptop on the same internet connection (because I know that could have been because of the internet connection speed), but the picture quality on this one was very good.

I'm tempted to return the laptop but I thought I'll check if there is a solution available on this forum.
    Thank you

Did you remove the protective foil of the cam?

  • Satellite L655 - popup Message 0xC200

Hi, I have this weird popup when I start.
I own a toshiba satellite L655. I have no idea where this came from, but I would like to know.

I did an analysis of the system using norton, used spybot and malware bytes to analyze, and did a system restore. Please help, thank you in advance.

Also, here's a screenshot of what it looks like.

    Hello

For me, the message is clear.
You tried to install a software that has been detected as malware.
The screenshot provides no details of the application that could send this pop-up message so it of difficult to say anything about this tool.

But generally, the software should run in the background in order to send the notification. To check in your right corner (in the taskbar) what applications run.
You should then see what tool to send this message.

  • How to install Recovery on my Satellite L655-121 image?

I have labtop to a Toshiba SATELLITE L655-121,

I did a restore to get rid of the problems that I have encountered in Windows 8 beta, but the recovery has not filled :(

Now I can't fix or redo the recovery! I had him!

I can't use HARD drive recovery that was present on "pilot! and I don't have the CD on which the copy is present, I have just the serial number :D

Widows is "7 Home Premium OA.

The laptop is useless now, what should I do? If I downloaded this Microsoft Windows and used the S.N I, if it works correctly?

    >... but the recovery did not complete
    How to understand this?
    > if I downloaded this Microsoft Windows and used the S.N I, if it works correctly?
N ° serial number has nothing to do with the recovery image.

If you want to have the original Toshiba installed on your laptop recovery image you must order the Toshiba recovery disc - https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx

Another option is to install the clean version of the OS and later install all necessary drivers, tools and utilities more. Each of them you can find and download from Toshiba support page - http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp
