Different Smartphones blackBerry send e-mail address

Dilemma: I want to send the email from my Blackberry with a different email address than the 'one' email account I have set up in the Blackberry. An alias of sorts!

I ran three email accounts in gmail but gmail configuration so that my corporate email account is the only account to send emails through. That's why evryone receives e-mail from my corporate email account and not gmail.

The problem is with my Blackberry. Gmail is configured in my blackberry so that I can receive all my email from my acocunts. When I answer them, or send a new email, the gmail acocunt, which is what I want not.

It doesn't seem to be a way to have the emails I send from my blackberry the list my company as the sender unless email account I have set up this account in my Blackberry. But I was told that I will receive emails duplicate gmail (bus acct to gmail) and my business account. I asked if there was a way to create an account to send only and not receive, but I was told no.

How can I configure my blackberry to send with the name of my company acocunt and not receive duplicate emails?

Thanks - this SEM to have worked.

I created my business account to my BB, done by default in my phone as email always say they're from my business account, then on the Web through T-mobile to set the filter so that this account does not have e-mail. I haven't saw any dups on my phone.

I'll let the tmobil people know.

See you soon

I did get it back recently called numbers but I don't get how to recover the recently send sms numbers and email address.

can someone tell me please how to Thatcher?

You can read the messages in the sent folder and choose the e-mail addresses, the messages have been sent.  Or you could implement a SendListener, to capture and store the addresses of e-mail messages recently sent e-mail.

I've migrated to another carrier. I have set up a new blackberry on that email address. When I used the BB Desktop Manager catering to bring my data on the 9700, it brought to my old email with it. The new carrier has no idea on how to delete it. I have to watch that now to make sure I chose the new carrier when sending emails otherwise they don't send.

How can I remove the old e-mail address of carrier? Leave the handset or Desktop Manager?

  • 'Show' / show sender e-mail address of emails sent

When you use mail on my iPhone, I'm more able to view the the sender email (my email address) of e-mails sent (in the "sent" folder).

So I don't know why this happened, but I have no idea how to do to reverse the trend: I opened an email I'd sent, and I accidentally pressed 'hide' (upper-right next to my email address), making the email of the sender disappear, not only for this account, but for all other e-mail accounts as well.

I would really like to "show", while I am able to see the e-mail address of the sender (that I have multiple IMAP/Exchange e-mail accounts set up on my phone, and I have to be able to see which account I sent him since.)

Does anyone know how to do this? Any help is really appreciated!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry 8330 - E-mail Delete discounts on Blackberry and computer at home

    I currently have a Blackberry 8330, v4.5.0.186 (Platform 3.4.0.59).

I used to be asked to delete e-mails power off my blackberry and Windows Mail from my computer at home.  I think that after the update to Blackberry, this option was no longer available, which forces me to read emails on my Blackberry, then having to remove them from my home computer.

Does anyone know of a way I can restore this feature on my Blackberry?

    Thanks in advance.

When you say "update BlackBerry' say you you updated the software or you updated the device from an older device?

When you open an email, scroll upward in the headers.  Next to "Receipt using" lists the e-mail address, or should I say unknown?

If it says 'unknown', you simply return your service books.

Go to the icon on your device which indicates the configuration of e-mail (manage Internet Email on some devices) and go to the configuration of your e-mail.  There is an option to "return the directories of service."

If it shows your email address then it is not bad to go and return service even when directories but then you will need to:

Go to Messages > Options > email reconciliation.

Choose the Message Service in question (there may be multiple ones if you have more than one e-mail address set up on top of the unit.

Then change ' remove the ' to 'ask '.

  • Problems of Smartphones blackBerry with E-mail put in place

Hi guys... I think I need a little help. I got my BB (Bold 9900) fors last week, and since then, I was not able to set up my e-mail. First I thought that maybe it is related with my data package.

In any case, I go to the email setup icon who ask me my e-mail address, and then when I get home he said requiring a connection of Enterprise Server.

I am so frustrated and I don't know where to go to fix the problem.

    Thanks for your help,

    TERI

It seems that the phone has a policy on what needs to be removed. I guess you don't have the new phone.
To remove an it strategy from a phone (and therefore have the opportunity to set up a personal email account), you must do a cleaning of the device security.
Since I write from a mobile device, your phone model is not visible for me, so to your home screen, you'll follow either Options > Security > Security wipe or Options > device > Security > Security wipe. Once there, follow the instructions.

    I hope that helps you.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones can send E-mails or change the default Services

    Hello

I have 2 email addresses on my BB Storm, a Comcast account and a job.  I have no problems when I try to answer an e-mail from work.  However, when I try to respond to an email from Comcast, I do not get an option "send", just "Save as draft" or many other options.  I read another thread who suggested I go into Options > Advanced Options > default Services.  When I'm here, these three areas, calendar (CICAL), list (SYNC) contacts and messaging (CMIME) are all set to "Desktop" when I try to pull it down, a black box appears on the word "desktop" and there seems to be no more options pull down.  Any suggestions?

    Hello! I'll jump in...

When you reply to an email from Comcast, your default value (of office) does not apply, since you're replying to Comcast. The default applies when you create a new piece of e-mail as the originator - it will default to send your default setting, you can override, by using the 'send' at the top of the screen, when you create the message).

But, since your Comcast seems to be mucked up somehow, you must (as also recommended), re - send service directories to try to get it straightened out. For me, the best way to send the books is to use your Web of BIS carrier site... If you do not know the URL, find it with this link:

    http://www.BlackBerryFAQ.com/index.php/Where_can_I_log_into_my_BIS_account%3F

If you have not used before, you will need to associate the Web site interface to your storm - and IMO that is more easily done on the storm... Settings > e-mail settings, create a username and a password (NOT a @BB e-mail account), then use these credentials to the site via a PC.

Once you're set up with the BIS Web site, you can manage all BIS configurations you have - and you will find a configuration option is to send the service directories.  What you will find also, is that to manage your BIS accounts via the site or the storm interface has the same result - if you change something in a single interface, it will reflect in the other... they actually control the same, simply via a different interface.

  • Restrictions on areas of Smartphones from blackBerry on e-mail addresses

    Hello

Thanks for any idea, you may be able to provide.

We seem to be impossible to get the email from a domain that uses a two-character (mhsa.ws) extension and I wonder this is a system function or if there may be another way to work around it so that e-mail can be received.

    Again, thank you.

    Tom Eldred

    Lansing MI

The problem has been resolved by simply adding the person who sends the e-mail with the extension to two digits for the address of the owner of the phone contacts.

    Thank you for your time.

  • Smartphones blackBerry Internet e-mail not activating account

My BB Bold 9780 went recently slot software wipe out and then had the software downloaded due to questions of JVM error and an error 102 blackberry. Since then, I was not able to get the email set up wizard to accept my password so that I can activate my personal email account. I have a data plan, so this isn't a problem, but whenever I try to log on I get this message "sorry, cannot conigtue your session.» Please log in again. "I tried several times, have sent the registration again then rebooted nothing doesn't. Help, please. I'm tired of this works is not after my accident of blackberry about 20 times in the last 5 days.

Hi, was able to do steps 1 and 2 and deleted the service book, but I can add the service book as always, it detects my email address and requires me to login, but there will not accept my password.

The password he needs is not your password by e-mail. It is rather your password BIS, that you may or may not have implemented with the same credentials as your email address. If you do not know your BIS account credentials, then you must contact your service provider to manage the account for you.

  • Smartphones blackBerry with e-mail setup question

    Hi all

I'm having a problem with my Blackberry. BBM and internet work very well, but my e-mail does not work (I can not receive or send emails). When I click on the email configuration, nothing happen.

I called Orange, and they told me that it is a problem with blackberry and not with the operator.

Does anyone have the solution for me? or a number to call the Blackberry service?

    Thank you very much!!

If it has not been suggested by your company, try to send the service on your phone directories.  To do this, on your home screen, follow the installer > >(Menu Key) E-mail accounts > Service books > Send Service directories.  No more problems with configuration of e-mail can be resolved by typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in the browser on your phone.

Let us know if that helps you.

  • Smartphones blackBerry RE Newbie question: address book/Sim Card

I have a BB 8820 Smartphone & my carrier is AT & T. I previously had an LG view & upgraded yesterday to my BB (which I LOVE BTW!) I copied my contacts from my SIM card and managed to transfer all my existing addresses to the new BB. However, for some reason-all addresses see contact phone numbers in the field 'Work' rather than 'Mobile' or 'Home' "They were not show them that way on reading my previous phone screen - so my question is that I have to go in every & each entry address to re - enter the number in the 'Mobile' field & then disable it ' work ' field in order so that it appears as"Sue Mobile"or even just"Sue"when she calls instead of display"Work of Sue"there are entires that are numbers of work , but the majority are not & it gets confusing... make sense? Laughing out loud

Not to be confused... Yes you have to it manually.

And you need to transfer all the numbers from your SIM card to your BlackBerry address book, too.

Then, you can synchronize the BlackBerry to Outlook or Outlook Express and do the editing there. Much easier.

  • BlackBerry® send E-mail of Z10 Z10

    Hey all,.

I hope someone out there can help. My BBZ10 will not send email unless the person is in my address book. It sounds ridiculous, but I want to be able to enter the address and send the message.

After typing the address entirely, you touch the address in the blue bar under the address you entered. That will add it in the field of the shipment. If you do not touch the blue bar it will leave the Send button grayed out.
