  Well, I have had two drives and when I put the first disc start to install it it doesn't appear even in my player

  I always take good care of my discs and I checked for scratches and there is none but when I put the secondary drive that does not put appears but it is proberly because the first disc did not work

  There is a possibility that the first disc is defective.

  To check if the disc is defective, I suggest that you check if the drive works fine on another computer.

  You have successfully updated your hardware drivers (video, sound, etc...)?  If this is not the case, make sure that you do this.  You can do a right click on the game .exe file set the compatibility mode on an earlier version of Windows and right-click on it and select run as administrator.
  If these elements do not help then you can use the event viewer and see if an error is generated.  If so, post what is the error so we can address the issue.

  Step 1: Clean and examine the CD

  If you have problems to install the program from the CD, the CD may be dirty or damaged.

  Use a CD-ROM cleaning kit, or gently wipe the silver part of the CD-ROM with a soft and Lint cotton cloth. Don't use paper. Paper can scratch the plastic and leave streaks. When you clean the CD-ROM, wipe from the center of the disc outward. Do not use a circular motion.

  If the drive does still not work, clean the disc using warm water or with a CD-ROM. wipe cleaning kit disc and then retest the drive.

  Step 2: check if the drive is detected on another computer.
