If I select 'cancel all documents' all other jobs are deleted, but it is still there. I chose this & tried to cancel it, but I get a message "Error processing command" at the bottom.

LaserJet Pro 400 M451dn: Problems copying documents from the printer scanner
I use a Mark II of Canon Canoscan 9000F scanner to scan documents and copy them into the HP LaserJet Pro 400 451dn color laser printer. I use the 'Copy' button on the front of the scanner function. When a color or photo document is scanned this way the red and blue colors are reversed when it comes to the printer off.
Both the scanner and the printer work perfectly in all other situations.
Somehow the red and blue colors are to be swapped when a document goes to the scanner to the printer.
I called the Support Canon technique and they told me that they have never heard of this problem and have never had it reported before. When you use the "Copy" button function there is no setting that can be done. The scanner copy what he sees.
So why the red and blue are exchanged on the printer?
Teknishun
What happens if you scan the document itself to the computer and then print the scanned copy? If it is ok, then the question must be the scanner software which sends the document to the printer and has nothing to do with the printer. Sorry, but it's a hot issue.

Please, regarding the Envy 110 printer I need to know the following things: with the old printer (3650), it was not necessary to turn on the printer before phone the document to the printer itself (it's automatic). WTH Neuve (envy 110 I wrote before) if I forgot to turn on the printer I have no impression at all and I need to start printing again. WHY?
The 110 want to once you have turned it on and it is not used it should go in mode 'sleep' and once you send a document to the printer to print. One suggestion I would make sure printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet.

HP Deskjet 1050: 1050 printer won't delete document queue the printer on a Surface of 3 pro
I have a 3 pro Windows 8.1 running surface. My printer is HP Deskjet 1050. I printed a document, but the queue of the printer says that the document was still printing. I tried to delete the document, and the queue has written that it is deleting. I deleted all the documents in the queue. It remains, said it is deleting. I restarted the Surface, the printer off, disconnected and then restarted and all connected. Always the deletion. I deleted the printer as a device, but when I add again, it comes with a print queue that is always remove only a single document.
I am up to date on all updates.
What should I do? I can not print anything else, until it disappeared from the queue.
Hello
Try the following.
From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R. In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.
Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.
Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
Restart the computer and you should find that the document has been deleted.
