Download big blue screen

Hi John,.

Sorry for the delay in responding.

  1. Are you still facing the issue?
  2. What is the exact error message?
  3. Are you able to connect to the desktop computer?

See the article and check if that helps:

  • Windows crash - big blue screen with a sad smily comes then it reboots sometimes

Hi all, I bought an acer Aspire V3 - 772G with 8 windows pre installed. the thing is while in the middle of something, a blue screen appears just saying that your pc just came across a problem, gives error names such as IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, look for this error on the internet later... This has been driving nuts me lately. I thought that the problem was with windows 8, so I've upgraded to windows 8.1 but still sometimes. How the hell can I solve this problem? all of the suggestions. What exactly is the problem? any help is appreciated in advance.

After spending about $ 1,000 on the computer I wasn't expecting this kind of errors.

    Thank you.

    Yes, too common.

as suggestion, if you are still under warranty, call Acer customer service, probably isn't a hardware issue.

  • Dell XPS 420 with Vista Home Premium, replaced the hard drive, download now blue screen errors

My girlfriend has a desktop Dell XPS 420 quit working a year or 2 ago. A computer technician told me that it sounded as if the hard drive was bad, recently I purchased from Dell, a Seagate 1 TB hard drive (the original is a Western Digital 320 GB).

I bought also, once again from Dell, a copy of its installation discs for Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit.

I installed the new hard drive, correctly, as far as I can tell, but I tried several times over the past days to install Vista and a few times I got errors (BSoD) STOP and a few other times, Windows Installer errors.

    What's wrong?

I run Dell diagnostics that took almost a whole day, but I don't think anything. I have not partitioned the hard drive, it's like 931 GB.

I think that may be something related to the RAM, but I'm not sure.

    Thanks for any help.

  • Re: My new C50 of Satellite does not work / blue screen

    Hello

My mother just bought a new computer. We began to set it up (hopefully, this is the correct English word) for the first time. The operating system has stopped working after a few minutes.
I explain (I'm not very good at this ^^).

I turned it on, the computer asked a few things like what color, we would like to be, give a name to the computer. And then he Laura to be connected to the internet. I tried to do, but it did not work.
So now, I'm just a big blue screen and nothing I can do. I can't go back to the first step, and I can't move forward because there is nothing else than this big blus screen.

Can someone help or not the slightest idea what should I do?

    Thank you for your help

    Hello

Is there a button NEXT to proceed to the next step in the implementation?

Press the power button and hold the button until the phone switch. It again, and I hope that you will be able to continue the installation of Windows.
What I always do is to finish the configuration without WLAN settings. Later, when Windows is configured and fully charged, I put WIFI password and everything is OK.

  • I downloaded an update and restarted my computer, received the blue screen of death shortly after the computer restarts. Now it does not start

I don't know when the downloaded update, the computer has been restarted on September 10, 2010 to install updates. Shortlyl once the computer is restarted, I got the blue screen of death.  with the details of error like:

Stop 0 x 000000050 (0 x 000000000000000, 0xFFFFF88001DCAE4, 0xFFFFF8A00B490027, 0 x 00000000000002) do not know if the number of zeros is exactly right in one of those, but it's super frustrating.

I tried to restart my computer in repair as recommended (get blue screen of death), I tried to reboot normally, loop just restart procedures asking if I want to restart in repair mode.  I tried SafeMode (BSOD), I tried to restart with last working restart (restart loops), I tried to choose the "Computer repair" BSOD I tried a diagnosis and all past.

    Help!

    Thank you.

So yes actually hear nothing helped me.  Seems that, given that the computer is not stopped correctly and my hard drive was not recognized there starting the cycle upward or give me the BSOD.  Put it in my Ubuntu CD spare which I've had since my last PC hard drive became corrupt and force back across my hard drive.  After doing this, I was able to do a boot repair, who led for the BSOD.  Not sure how that actually fixed, lost about 10 hours of my day.  So I guess I can chalk up to Microsoft and a reminder on why I should buy Mac for now on... an update shouldn't really cause such problems.

I get that not everyone has the same PC, so it is difficult to tell if an update is bad, but he should not do this and if an update is the cause of a certain segment of consumers who are updating must be taken down for everyone, or at least the users with the configuration that is known to have problems with an update.

Problem is solved, had to go back to a previous version of good boot where I have not install updates again.  Now, I'm trying to understand who was was bad, so I can leave my computer knows to ignore.

    Nice day.

My computer got up until I get the blue screen whenever I try to install a Windows Update automatically downloaded.  The list of updates pending installation are KB978207, KB974470, KB971644, KB972270, KB905866, KB960362 and KB890830.  The first time that I have updated I just had the system install 7 all at the same time.  I got the blue screen and the computer may not restart normally.  Made the system restore and I tried to install each update one at a time.  7 all finished by gives me the blue screen with no reboot successfully after one of them.  I don't know what to do next.

I upgraded my card mother cpu ram and hard drive. I reinstalled windows xp home edition has got all of the updates. After 9 latest updates download and installtion was going well until I rebooted the computer and go to page window showing all the icons that I get a blue screen and the computer restarts its self and does not stop. How can this be corrected?

    Hi KevinRy,

Welcome to the Microsoft Answers site!

    Unplug all external devices.

Try to start in safe mode. If you can start in safe mode, and then do a system restore to restore the computer to an earlier point in time.

Change the recovery settings to disable automatic reboot, if you are able to boot up to the desktop computer:

    1.

Right-click my computerand then click Properties.

    2.

    Click the Advanced tab.

    3.

Under Startup and recovery, click settings to open the Startup and recovery dialog box.

    4.

Clear the automatically restart check box, and then click OK many times necessary.

    5.

Restart your computer so that the settings take effect.

Now, when you are going to close and a fatal error occurs, you will see at least and it won't cause an automatic restart.

Please reply back with the error message you get because it helps us to resolve the error.

    Kind regards
    Amal-Microsoft Support.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

It's my generic how updates of appropriate driver: (updating the video/display driver and BIOS)

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/HT/driverdlmfgr.htm

Installation and update of drivers under Windows 7 (updated drivers manually using the methods above
It is preferable to ensure that the latest drivers from the manufacturer of system and device manufacturers are located)
    http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/43216-installing-updating-drivers-7-a.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it) and

The story is: I came across the site to download DirectX programs. Once the download is complete, I guess that the downloaded file itself stuck on the original file, but I suddenly got the blue screen and my computer off. I'm not a stranger to it, but when I'm ready to understand the problem, my computer would not start. Of course, I see the screen saying that windows did not close properly and to recommend that I have run the Startup Repair tool. However, when I press on enter, the screen appears again. I chose "Start Windows normally" and the computer did a disk check. It restarted again, but on my computer, when loading Windows there is a small bar that crosses the screen several times. It is usually on about 15 to 20 seconds, but he remained for more than a minute, this time, then the cut screen (which is normal), and then it restarted abruptly again. I remembered that there is a way to do a system restore without having to connect, so I tried it, and the computer restarted again. I tried to run safe mode, but that no longer works. It just seems like anything where the mouse can run does not load. I don't know if it's a kind of graph question because I am trying to download DirectX, but it seems that he. Moreover, in the start menu, I chose "LAN start" and he said that it was a test of media or something, but then he says that the test failed and to check the cable. There was a code, but I forgot. Something with a P. I don't know what cable it means or if this could be a factor. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello

Everything you did corrupt the existing installation. Using the option boot LAN would do nothing for you, that is used to install windows from a network, not repairs.

Your best bet would be loaded from the recovery console or safe mode with system restore command prompt. If this fails, you might have to reinstall Windows to repair the file system damage. You will need a Vista installation disc to access the Recovery Console, from here, you can run rstrui.exe to start the system restore.

I tried all the options in the F8 menu, I tried F12 and I also tried to use a new Windows Vista disk to start. I also ran the repair of the system and checked every option it gives under the menu in advance. Someone please help me I am at a loss. How an update to do this.
