Hello

In my opinion, you should contact the Service partner. You have purchased a new product and if you see that there is something wrong, you can contact them. I'm sure that the technicians can give you more information on this issue.

  • The dust under the screen of the Qosmio X 500

    Hello

I purchased a Qosmio X 500 to Saudi Arabia in April last year and Ive brought to the India where I currently reside. Last week when cleaning out my screen randomly, I noticed a few specks of dust in (lcd/led panel below). This does not preclude my intervention on the machine, or are facing other problems of performance. but the presence of these particles of dust under the screen gorgeous 18 '' becomes a horror.

I hardly take the laptop outside or use in difficult or dusty environments. I have a guarantee of the EMEA which is valid until April 2015 and I intended to ship the laptop in Saudi Arabia to rectify. Any suggestions on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you and best regards

  • Unbelievable, dust under the screen of the iPhone 7

    Good night everyone.

I've posted a few times before here in discussions about the dust under the screen of the iPhone 6 s, which mine was when I bought it, when they changed my screen 9 times and when they exanged to renovated ones and even an Envoy to Ireland brand new with new warranty at all.

Last Friday I went and waited all night to buy an iPhone 7 hoping being dust-tight its screen would be perfect, and as I got it, I saw something under the protection of screen thinking it was something that got stuck all by placing, but today, I deleted and found which can be seen in the attached picture (he can be seen in the crossbar left angle)

Is it not possible to exchange it for another iPhone during the day 14 guarantee now that West no stock?

    Thank you very much

1st world problems are something to see indeed!

    Hello

Well, I never heard talk about the dust inside the screen. Are you really sure you and have you ever tried to clean the screen with a cloth Microfiber?

Is if there is really a problem with the screen, you need to contact an authorized service provider and leave guys to check the situation of what needs to be done now and if the display should be replaced or not.

    popart,

It is not possible to say where the dust came into the camera, but the camera is not airtight seal.  I don't have an estimate, I can give you, but if you send the camera to the authorized Service Center, they will provide you with forecasts for your approval before cleaning inside the camera.

  • Bubble like spots on the screen LCD T410

Just noticed this a few minutes ago on my T410 (2516-CTO), there are three major tasks and three small spots on the centre-left of my screen. I tried to wipe the screen with a clean Microfiber cloth and a gentle jet of glasses cleaner on the cloth. All the dust was released, but the tasks remain. They appear only when I inspect the screen with a flashlight on dead. These tasks similar to white reflecting film-y areas, like the surface of the screen LCD is peeled off with very thin air bubbles. They seem to resemble defects under the surface - is my LCD delamination or anything else bad past?

Doesn't look like it, they think that his 'damage' I have to pay for. I've only had this T410 for a week.

Good news! After a long out of stock, the technician on-site, finally, came and succeeded him. Less than 15 minutes so I was looking at.

Hello everyone I see a dead pixel or dust under my iphone 7 jet black 128 GB should I go to apple?

If there is dust under the screen, it's a hardware fault.  Bring the phone to Apple for the Exchange.

These "streaks" seem to be the domain of the high frequency analysis; they can be eliminated by scrolling upwards or downwards.

Hello, maybe it's a problem with hardware acceleration - try updating your graphic driver, or in case this does not solve the problem, or there is no new version available at the time, disable hardware acceleration in the firefox menu

  • Satellite Pro 2100 two cables behind the screen

Hi, first post so be gentle with me please.

I have a Satellite Pro Satellite Pro 2100 and the hinges are shot, so I bought a 2100 piece to Exchange.
Everything was ok except that I have two sons that I can't find a place to plug in. A black white and they are attached to the small square gold Ribbons that are glued to each top corner at the back of the screen. The other ends have little, but when I stripped the laptop they were in bulk and I do not see where they are going.

However, the laptop works fine without them.
    Can anyone help please?

All laptops with WLAN have this. WLAN antenna is placed behind the screen and these two wires must be connected to the WLAN antenna.

If your laptop doesn't have WLAN card put just the cables aside and everything will be OK.

  • Satellite 1800-921: antenna integrated behind the screen?

Can someone tell me if the Satellite 1800-921 has an antenna behind the screen?
    Thank you
    Peter

I guess you mean a kind of antenna? As far as I know behind the screen is placed antenna WLAN for supported models with WLAN connectivity.

I wasn't able to find info on Satellite 1800-921, but if the unit is supplied without WIFI I guess that there is no WLAN antenna behind the screen. By the way: I believe that the Satellite 1800 series is delivered without a WLAN option.

  • Portege 4010 - brands behind the screen

    Hello
I, ve just had two of them, and they all have two points behind the screen. Almost looks like mold or a spill inside the surface, they are not trademarks of electronic type (pixels dead etc.). Can I access the back of the surface before disassembling the lid or isolating this part of some kind of glazing.
    considers that Mick.

    Hello

I can just imagine what it could be. I checked a few websites on this unit but I put t found no point. If you think that it s a hardware fault, so you should ask ASP for more information and help.
But you shouldn't t open or remove covers on your device

  • Satellite P - grains of dust between the screen and before

    Hello.

After a few weeks of suddenly, I have a speck of dust between the screen and front end.
How can he get there and so I have to send in the laptop to the service?

Greetings from the Germany and sorry for my bad English.

    Hello

I think that it of difficult to say something about it, but I think that in this case, you can't do anything. The only chance is in touch with an authorized service provider because technicians can disassemble the laptop and check this box. If you disassemble the notebook you will lose you warranty so I n t this

If you don't know where is the nearest ASP, you can search here:
http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com > support & downloads > find an authorized service provider

Simply contact the technicians. You will see that it s interesting to talk with them a little and they are friendly. ;)
