DVD Maker crashes ever time I try to burn a DVD.

I first tried with a .mov file that I learned later is not compatible with the program. I converted the. MOV in .wma and it still crashes. I tried to exclude from the DEP (as suggested by an error message which jumped upwards), but Windows will not allow this program to be excluded. I went through msconfig to do a clean boot; that has not changed anything. I have not tried the suggestion of codecs because I have not the slightest idea how to do and my confidence in the advice I receive is deteriorating. How MS can have a program like this that simply does not work for so many people? Does anyone know a reliable alternative program I can buy?

    Could you launch Firefox in its Safe Mode and disable the use of Firefox hardware acceleration of graphics. This circumvents incompatibilities with different graphics card drivers.

    To start Firefox in Safe Mode, hold down the SHIFT key while starting Firefox.

    In the small dialog box that should appear, click 'Start mode safe' (not Reset)

    Hardware acceleration is automatically disabled in Mode without failure. To turn it off in normal mode, open:

    the button Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) > Options > advanced

    In the mini ' General' tab, uncheck the box for "use hardware acceleration when available.

    When you restart Firefox normally, this should take effect. Any improvement?

    CS6 is not supported under El Capitan. There will be no Adobe solution, since the software is of 3-1/2 years.

    InDesign crashes every time you double-click to open an InDesign file and has done so since the replacement of the original version of InDesign into the launch of CC.  Does anyone else have this problem?  I would say it was unique to my system if I had not met the problem several times on several different systems now.  You must restart InDesign which then opens the recovery file, so he saw the file you are trying to launch in the first place.  This leads me to believe that the problem lies in the registry file to InDesign inside Windows systems association.  I find it incredible that this problem still exists and remains declared that a solution has not been implemented by Adobe to rectify the problem.

    Double click is a fundamental tenant of open files on a Windows system in the same way, that a click is on a Mac.  Does InDesign crash ever time a Mac user clicks to open their records, I don't think.

    Someone at - it ideas other than the obvious which is Adobe actually released their figure and fixed it.

    Yes, I think you're onto something when you identify yourself as a registry problem. Maybe try another registry cleaner/checker? Maybe someone has published the specific registry fix.

    If you uninstall, restart, then clean the registry, then reboot, then reinstall, you may have the opportunity to fix the registry corruption.

    Hi, I got a cd of Windows 7 from my friend who is a software engineer so he gets all the programs (operating systems). It burned in a DVD instead of CD. So, every time I try to load from the DVD the error appears as:

    Then when I click ok, it says:

    Try this:

    Before you import your files, go to file > project settings > General and change the rendering engine video software of Mercury playback engine only. Click OK, and then select Remove previews. Then import your files.
