  If you use the Windows 8 Mail application and then print the message:

  -By pressing Ctrl + P will open the list of printers. Select the printer you want then choose from the list of print options and finally click print (lower-right) to print.

  -Display the charms bar then select devices then select your printer (and then follow the prompts) to print from the Mail app.

  With respect to attachments, simply open the attachment (after you click on it to download) by clicking right on it and selecting open/open with. Then you should be able to print the attachment in the program that was opened.

  Forever? Doubtful that many would be useful.

  You can save them to RTF or export them as PDF. If there are attachments, you will need to save those separately.

  Hello. My provider Standard Life pension, sent a response to an email I sent, which contains an attachment.
  I received no response or an attachment. So now written again today, I got a response saying the response was sent on 7 August 2014, but they were again sending the original response. I received the email explaining that, but still no attachment, and they asked me to check "Spam." I have never had this problem before and don't really know what is the 'Spam' and where to look for it. I checked "Undesirable" but nothing in there.   Since it's your providers Spam filter move your messages, you'll need to get the instructions from them on using their filters.

  I am currently using Eudora e-mail client, and so when I open the program that all emails are downloaded on my computer, even though I have not opened the so all are accessible offline, including all attachments. I need to upgrade because Eudora does not allow access to email gmail accounts where the authentication step 2 has been implemented. So I had recommended Thunderbird but everything I read suggests I won't have full access to e-mail and attachments offline, I'll only have offline access to any email I opened it, not sure how that applies to attachments. Can someone tell me what is the level of access in offline mode I would have with Thunderbird?

  Based on your description, I would say that POP-UP on the laptop would work well for you, but use the IMAP protocol on the phone, etc. Note that we can not give you the choice with the phone; the email clients on mobile devices tend to IMAP by default anyway.

  I would advise against POP on your "secondary" devices because if you download a message to one of them and you decide to keep also on the laptop, you will need to find a way to transfer to the laptop. With IMAP automatically would remain available for the laptop too. And the message will disappear eventually from the phone, after having supported by the laptop, so you will not have the additional job of removing of the phone. According to my experience, the phones stop working because they are filled to the top, and you don't want to aggravate it simply to store e-mail on the subject unnecessarily.

• Cannot open JPG attachments in Windows mail and outlook express

  Original title: I am running XP and windows 7.  On topic dec 15 times windows '7' mail and outlook 'XP' Explorer both started allowing not parts attached JPG to come or let them out.  Any help please? Dewey

  Whenever I get messages with windows mail or outlook express, all attachments of JPG will not come through.  I can change the security setting to allow dangerous files and they will come through.  I don't know what happened to two computers at the same time.  I had not changed all the parameter before it began.

• Problems with Windows mail and sending attachments

  I use Windows Mail and my computer is running on Vista Home Premium.  If I try to send an email with attachment (any size, sometimes with very small files, but also of large files), it seems that the message has been sent.  It appears in the sent items, but it never really happens to recipients.  I even tried from sending me messages with attachments, and they never appear in my Inbox.  If I go to sent items and then click on it and will communicate the message reached the recipient with the attachment.  So strange.  What is going on.  It seems to be sent, but just diappears in space somewhere, acting as if they were sent, but who never reach the recipient

  My first guess is that its your antivirus software.  Look at www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 there are a number of anti-virus just don't work well in WinMail, so see if that helps at all.  For example, if you have active scanning emails (or even if not) outgoing messages could have been blocked, but why are they OK transmission is kind of weird.  I suppose it could have to do with the database, then you can try compacting and repairing the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/), but I doubt, it's going to do a lot.

  The massive 38 version of space around the titles and toolbars; the "subject" bar takes the massive space and is therefore no longer minimizable and attachments display in a new toolbar background rather than in the bar as to, subject and SIZE.

  This makes useful reading the text or a very small image. See the image on 2 different screenshots.

  THANK YOU, WAYNE. This addon got the + and - back themed bar releasing much needed content space.

  It leaves the 'bar fixing' at the bottom that is just a minor inconvenience, takes little vertical space. In the old system, it was just an element in the list of properties for incoming e-mail.

  Hi people,

  Fortunately I could fix it myself.

  When checking the same mail on iOS, it was not broken, so, in this case is selected in the app OS X Mail sent mailbox, and rebuilt (Menu-->--> Rebuild mailbox). This process redownloads all mails and solves the problem.

  You don't mention what you use for e-mail.
   
  You can either transfer the messages all attachments, or save attachments and then attach them to a new message.
