  FWIW, I also have FiOS and I have been on 5 GHz since its release. I just tried 2.5 GHz and now I can't connect to it either. Might be time for a call to Verizon.

  Looks like some of the parameters of the network to the printer is maybe not correct or the ISP DNS servers may have been a problem for ePrint servers.

  Try to set an IP static, as shown in step 6 of this document from HP.  The only change I recommend is what DNS servers are used.  Use auxiliary favorite for DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for DNS.  These are Google's public DNS servers, but they tend to work very well with ePrint connection problems.

  Also, make sure that the proxy settings are blank and not controlled.  This is possible access SAP, as indicated in the document, and then go to network > Networking > Proxy Server.  If you receive a certificate warning, select the option that allows you to continue anyway.

  Once the static IP address with Google's DNS servers are defined and the proxy is disabled, try to re-enable web services.

  Let me know what happens.

  I have a Power Mac G3 (blue and white case), processor 400 MHz, 512 MB RAM, 120 GB HDD and currently running OS 9.2.2/OS X 10.4.11 and I am unable to connect to my user profile on OS X.

  Yes, the Internet access worked perfectly every time when it is connected through the Ethernet cable. Ultimately I phoned the helpline.   The idea was that when the WiFi did not work, the WiFi card wasn't physically visiable in the list of available adapters, nor has the Bluetooth adapter. Apparently in this device, the Bluetooth and WiFi functions are on the same network adapter and apparently those elements should not disappear from the list of available adapters. So the fact that they disappeared together intermittently indicated a hardware problem with the card.

  Now that I got my laptop back and I think that the WiFicard has been replaced. Hoping all is well now and I hope this post helps someone else.
