  Hello, I did a disk eraser and reinstalled everything (to clean computers), then when I had to reinstall firefox I had a problem. I play a game called Fallensword. He has a script called Fallenswordhelper. So I installed GreaseMonkey, then when I tried to install the scripts said "Script cannot be installed error: failed @require json2.js. I did it for my computer every year since I started to use computers. I've never had this before. Please help me to get a fix for this, because I google it and cannot find an answer.

  Unfortunately, none of the above worked. However, I downloaded a file recommended by Flight1 (the creators of one of the 2 games I had problems with) surprisingly, thisinstantly solved the problem it is called http://www.flight1.com/dx7vb.exe.

  Perhaps in the future someone else have this same problem with Vista 64-bit where the game, they could also try this "correction". Of course, it worked for me!

  My machine now works. Here's what happened between my last post and the MS update feature works once more.

  I answered my own question about the SubInACL is allowed file to use on my machine. Googling it I found that it is a 'security descriptor and Editing Migration command-line tool' and that it would work on my XP Home edition. So I have done no harm. But he didn't explain why the machine does not respond to a stop command.

  So, with no harm done and an available restore point, I thought that I would see what the SubInACL program since the drive light was working but no message readable in detail until it was over.

  Googling the first line (echo off) in the batch file led me to a MS page that explains the function of command to echo. If I wanted to see out all I had to do was remove the echo off line. So I used Notepad to remove the line and saved the file. Re-run the bat file then produces a flow of lines in the cmd window - moving too fast to read. I got what I asked for but don't want that I really needed.

  Google "screen xp file output. The second Google result was a link to www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation , which explains how to redirect the output of a command file into a text file. So I followed the example and added a ">" and a unique filename at the end of each line. Worked like a charm. Weres big, very big files. All order lines have reported no failure except HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet which had modified 204160 entries and lines 901 has failed. Looking at a small sample of these faulty items, that they seem to belong to my McAfee AV, so I expect them to be special.

  A reboot of the machine successfully. Still didn't update.

  I ran the MicrosoftFixit program with no error reported.

  Rebooted and found the update feature works again. Cross my fingers batch of this next month of MS updates does not return this ghost.

  Hope someone can benefit from my experiences.

  OPatch succeeded.

  This indicates that the hotfix has been applied with success - you can also confirm the same by issuing the command "opatch lsinventory.

  I don't know if it's the right way to do it. as a parameter the ORACLE_HOME to the new is not mentioned in the Readme of the Patch file

  As you have downloaded the patch for 11.2.0.3 you need to set your ORACLE_HOME to the 11.2.0.3 a. And the Readme of the fix for the 11.2.0.3 version clearly indicates (Product Version #: 11.2.0.3)-https://updates.oracle.com/Orion/Services/download?type=readme&aru=14211388

  On the Diadem 11.0 installation, I get a popup error message when I open the program first (and subsequent) time and the browser, view tab is corrupt:

  Thanks for the screenshots reposte - they gave R & D a better understanding of what's going on.  They now believe that the tiara installs fine and that the problem is a mismatch the launch between DIAdem and a Windows hotfix.  We see normally this problem when a DIAdem installation work for awhile and then all of a sudden does not launch after the customer installed an update of Windows or a new version/update of AutoCad or SQL Server, etc..  This fix for Windows is often bundled with other software so that you do not know that you're getting.  What it does is tell specifically Windows ignores the version (stored in the Windows registry) Windows DLL as tiara said the operating system installer to use and rather use a new version of the Windows DLL that does not work with the tiara.

  I posted an executable to our outgoing ftp site that has been very successful to this problem and allow DIAdem throw again.  Note that this file "St3ve.exe" will be there for a few days.

  I get the error code 80073712 - windows component store is damaged - when you try to install windows vista SP1 and also the Cumulative security update to explore 7 (KB978207). Fails every time.

  I followed the advice and installed the system update tool for Windows Vista (does this twice), but still cannot download and install updates - get error 80073712.

  How can I fix the corrupted windows components store?

  If the SFC was not able to repair files then the best thing to do is to reinstall Windows.  You can try running a disk error check, if it fixes all of the problems, and then rerun the SFC and then install and run the System Update tool.  If there is still a problem with the SFC nto be able to complete then you should do a reinstall.
