  I got Photosmart 7760 for quite awhile and have been using it extensively with MAC OSX 10.6 until 2 days ago.  Then printing guest said that it is in offline mode.  I've been online for 2 days to look for solutions... with absolutely no success.  Downloaded the drivers... all unplugged and reconnected... downloaded the drivers.

  Please make sure that you gave permission for the folders listed in the article, follow these steps.

  1 - give read and write permissions for the Application Support folder and preferably on User Library and the secret library.

  2 - Add user and admin both permissions.

  When you open the Get Info option for specific folder.

  Make sure you click on '+' symbol, it will open the list of user accounts. Add currently logged in user account and Director of user account, if it is not added.

  Both must have read and write to prevent access these some questions in the future.

  Important:

  Once you added as currently logged on user account and administrator user accounts and provided access for reading and writing.

  Make sure you click on the gear icon and select apply to closed.

  Lock dialog box and close the Get Info .

  So that all the folders in the folder Adobe will get read and write access.

• 4.0 SQLDeveloper Git error on Mac OSX

  I recently downloaded the new version of production SQLDeveloper 4.0. I'm on Mac OSX 10.7 running java 1.7.0_25. Whenever I am trying to use the features of Git, I get errors, the most telling of which is:

  It does not appear that the IDE does the following JAR files. These JAR files are present in the/Applications/SQLDeveloper.app installation directory, and they contain the missing classes.

  ./Resources/sqldeveloper/NetBeans/IDE/modules/org-NetBeans-libs-git.jar

  If it would be useful, I can provide an export dialog box "About Oracle SQL Developer" containing things like classpath values. I checked, and these files are not included. Any suggestions as to why these files would not be included by the launch scripts?

  Could you try to clear your saved settings (rename the originals or export connections) and try again, listing the exact measurements you take.

  It is specific to a particular file or all the files that you are trying to open, gives you the error.

  Followed the instructions of the support, but without success:

  computer restarted twice,

  uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop,

  all are trying to find a direct download always lead to Panel cloud creative, returning the error message and a link to try again.

  Giovanni may there is a download error affecting this archive.  You see specific errors when reviewing the download logs?  There is information on how to resolve the errors of download, as well as the location of the download logs for error downloading applications Cloud Creative - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html.

  As an alternative, please try using the steps listed in all updates of Adobe CC 2014: Direct Download links for Windows | ProDesignTools to attempt to download and apply the applicable update directly.  Please make sure you fill the very important Instructions before clicking on the download link.

  If so, and you are trying to update to 13.0.1.2 13.1.2, uninstall ps cs6.  reinstall using adobe application manager.  Mao immediately close once ps cs6 closed its installation.

  Open ps cs6, click Help > updates and select 13.1.2. do not 13.0.1.2 day, first.

  I saw that you encounter a problem when you try to add your Scanjet G4010 to your Mac up-to-date 10.9.2. If you have not yet downloaded the installation for the Scanjet, please do it here: HP Scanjet ICA software for Mac OS X 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 or 10.9.

  If that is not always do the trick, follow these 2 steps and add the printer and back scanjet.

  At the same time, I bought my MacBook Pro about 4 years ago and my HP Photosmart C4780. Recently I replaced my hard drive, so I now have the OS of Mac OSX version 10.9.4. I can always print to my RESUME, but I can scan is no longer. If I try to open HP scan, I get an error message. I tried to go to the--> Printers Scanners &--> scan system preferences, and everything seems to sweep but is not save to my computer. I looked at to download the driver, but it does not list my specific operating system... but lists "Mac OSX" which seems ambiguous for me (it lists specific versions up to 10.6). There is no option to download a driver, but there is an option to have a disk sent by post (paying), but I am unclear if this driver works with my version of Mac OS x.

  Are you sure?  Try to save it on your desktop - give it a distinctive name, so you can easily find it.

• Could not load the firmware on P1102w (Mac OSX 10.9.2)

  I bought a new P1102w printer, connected to a Mac OSX 10.9.2.  During installation, it asked me to "update" the firmware, which I did but (too late) I noticed that I was "updating" with an * older * version of the firmware!  Yes, that was crazy, I should read more carefully the screen.

  Now I can't get the printer to work on the wireless at all (I tried * everything * on the pages of HP, all the alternatives) and it does not print a test page for the computer, and the Setup page: print with boxes completely empty (without text).  The supplies button returns nothing.  So I tried to reinstall the firmerware by going to the HP page

  Although it does not say here that this firmware supports OSX 10.9 (only up to 10.8).   And of course, I can't launch the HP Firmware Upgrade Utility App.  The error message says that it cannot be opened and more in detail, said "permission to the application has been revoked.

  So, what can I do?  This printer seems to work OK on USB (but the printer utility returns no information at all) but I would like to make it work wireless and that the printer utility work.    I insist, I applied * all * the options described on the pages of HP and also that I'm under the latest version of Mac OS x.  I would really appreciate the help.  The situation is irretrievable?

  I was informed by another respondent to reset the printer by turning off, then pressing X and wireless keys while turn on... but it did not work.  He advised - if his suggestion did not work - I called the Customer Service, I did.

  I was very impressed by the Customer Service Engineer.  He took control of my Mac via LogMeIn.  Like me, he tried all the obvious things (10 min).  He downloaded the firmware for 10.8 (I 10.9) and tried to open it, but the Mac refused to open it.  However, unlike me, he knew how to get around this (the normal Mac workaround does not work, it took him 10 minutes to do this step) and once it has been opened, of course, my printer had the OLD firmware.  Loading the latest firmware, everything's fine now.

  So my advice is: telephone Customer Service!  I had just bought the printer while it was under warranty.

  I have a Photosmart C4580. I upgraded my Mac OSX Lion book about 6 months ago. Reinstalled the printer software and had no problems. It is up to AT & T Uverse sent me a new gateway/modem. I have of course with the new wireless modem get the printer connected to the network. I couldn't get this to work so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the printer. When I go to the HP website there are no drivers for this printer for Mac OSX. I'm not a tech savvy person, btw. Thank you.

  It seems that you have installed the printer twice and there is some sort of bug with the printer 'offline '. I would just move forward a delete it if everything works as it should with the new printer 'lazy '.
