I didn't have anything wrong with my Vista OS before

Thanks in advance

Hi and welcome to the forums!

I read very well Spanish, but did you leave the connected Blackberry when you

restarted the PC? Vista may have tried to use the BB as a drive for system functions or error checking.

Thank you

  • Windows 7 blue screens after connection and reboots

    Hello

I had a problem with windows 7 lately. It is more than an annoyance rather than a real problem, but after I connect to windows, my PC will be blue screen, to restart, go to the black screen where I can choose to start windows normally or in mode without failure and when I log in, everything will be fine (I'll have a little message saying that windows has detected an unexpected shutdown, but that's all).

I have a custom built PC, here are my details:

    GPU: Gigabyte GTX 660

    CPU: AMD FX-6350

    Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 r2.0

Hard drive: Western Digital Blue 1 TB

    RAM: 8 GB

I use a USB keyboard and USB mouse (also well connected in USB 2.0 slots), a configuration double monitor (the two are from different manufacturers, one from dell, the other from Asus) and a USB headset (plugged in the back of my PC into the USB 2.0 Ports)

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    Thank you!

We have two coherent bug checks:

    NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM (24)

This indicates there was a problem in ntfs.sys, the driver file that allows the system to read and write on NTFS drives.

One possible cause of this bug check is damaged drive. Corruption in the system of NTFS file or defective (sectors) on the hard disk can cause this error. Corrupted drivers SCSI and IDE may also compromise the ability to read and write to the disk system, so causing the error.

Another possible cause is the depletion of memory pool non paged. If the nonpaged memory is exhausted, this error can shut down the system. However, during the indexing process, if the amount of memory available nonpaged pool is very small, another driver in nonpaged kernel memory in pool mode may also cause this error.

  • Satellite P20-771: Error Message blue screen after the reinstallation of the OS

    I have a portable Satellite P20-771 / Pentium 4 3.40 GHz (800/HTT) / XP Home / 17' with nVidia Geo5700 driver.

As I had a few problems with the software, and I reinstalled everything using the supplied CD. Unfortunately the canned computer malfunction sent me blue screen errors, which are due (it comes when I sumbit error to Microsoft) to device drivers. I've updated everything (I hope) of the Toshiba page, but I'm not an expert and I'm worried that I missed something or that something has not been loaded in the right order or that the parameter is incorrect.

I thank in advance for your help

    Hello

I read in this forum that the Blues screen error message appears due to hardware malfunction or malfunction serious software.
Usually after installing the new OS since the portable Toshiba Recovery CD should work properly.
It is not easy to say why the blue screen appears on you laptop.
Maybe you can post the content of the error message in this forum, and maybe we will find a solution.

  • A60: Error Message blue screen after the recovery procedure

I have an A60 and in the course of the last 3 months, I ran the recovery of 10 to 15 times disc, windows installs fine, then a few days later the computer either freezes and gives a blue screen of death, when you try to turn it on, or it turns on and comes up with a message saying "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem" and then completely stops responding , or gives a similar message on the subject of what we call the Dr. Watson debugger core and similarly, unresponsive, now. After trying to format and analysis as well as on my knees and beg the computer please please please work, I'm out of ideas, the hard drive is perhaps the problem? is this a common fault of A60?

also in a completely different topic, where can I get a new 'c' key, mine keeps falling off the coast for some reason any.

    Hello

The blue screen appears usually due to hardware malfunction or bad software.
If you, I suggest that there could be something wrong with the hardware. Of course there is also something wrong with the HARD drive. But to be 100% sure, you should contact Toshiba service. He can do some diagnostic tests.
You can also order the additional keys of the Toshiba service partner who is responsible for your country.

  • Error on blue screen after Vista upgrade and also don't can't activate Windows Vista.

    Original title: help

I have a HP Pavilion which is preinstalled with Windows Vista Home premium, after 3 years, I have the problem of blue screen with windows said, did a vista upgrade from the old drive to computer diff. now more problems, can I uninstall to retrieve the version preinstalled? STIL, blue screen, F11) key doesnn can't work, not activate the product key... Please help...

    Hello

Here is the HP for Vista recovery information.

"Performing a recovery of the system HP (Windows Vista)"

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/document?DocName=c00809678&LC=en&DLC=en&cc=us&product=18703

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:

"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html

And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.

And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

"How to activate Vista normally and by Activation of the phone '

    See you soon.

  • Connection USB blackBerry Smartphone problems

I have a BlackBerry Curve 8330 m running the latest OS updates.

Recently, my BlackBerry has stopped synchronizing via USB.  My computer is a Windows XP with Desktop Manager v.4.7.  I never had problems with synchronization previously.  Another Member of the family has a BlackBerry Curve as well, and them connects and syncs perfectly.  Thus, this addresses the problems with the USB cable and the computer itself.

When my BlackBerry is connected, the indicator is on, but my XP does not recognize that have plugged in at all.  In the Windows Device Manager, it is said that there is no active USB connection.

    Suggestions, please?

I tried all the stuff into the Knowledge Base of BlackBerry.  I also tried syncing my BlackBerry to the computer of a friend who use Desktop Manager and gave the same frustrating results.

After several hours of anguish, I decided to do a clean wipe of my phone... success!  Obviously, a file has been corrupted that was vital to the process of USB connection.   Fortunately, I made a backup last week, so I do not lose too much data.

  • Get windows error blue screen after installation Service

I'm getting error " PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA_ (nischifk.sys)" blue screen after installing the VISION acquisition software in my OS Windows 10.

I tried to install GO twice and got the same error.

    Awating for your valuable review

    Hi piZviZ,

Sorry to hear about installation problems going TO that appeal to you. I guess you use going TO February 2014 or slightly earlier - can you confirm? There was a problem with one of the components, NEITHER FlexRIO going to understand which caused this exact problem on systems with a UEFI BIOS. We have since fixed the problem. If that were the problem, here are a few options:

    (1) install GO without Support IMAQ i/o for all cards of the R series (1473R, 8237R, etc.). This means that the affected FlexRIO component will not be installed.

    (2) update to a newer version of GO - I think that going TO August 2014 f1 shoots in the FlexRIO patched component that could solve the problem. If you choose to upgrade, I would recommend just upgrading to the last GO, if you are capable of: going TO August 2015 f1

    (3) keep the version of going TO you and patch the component FlexRIO: How can I get a blue screen after installation OR FlexRIO 13.1?, NI FlexRIO 13.2.0 Patch détails

I recommend just update to the latest going TO if possible.

    Kind regards

  • 8530p blue screen after the awakening of the mode standby.

    Hello.

    Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit. (EDITED)

A user has a problem as his computer blue screens after he was awakened to "sleep" mode and the other thing is this problem is intermittent.

The error message I saw said that it was a KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR STOP error message is 0x0000007A and the second parameter was 0xC000009D.

According to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff559211 (v = vs. 85) .aspx this type of error indicates - "0xC000009D or STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED, indicates defective wiring or in bulk, termination or that the controller does not see the hard drive."

Hard disk, I ran the tests integrated in the BIOS, online tool check the system of HP for laptop PC (http://h20239.www2.hp.com/techcenter/HP_SystemCheck/hp_syscheck.htm) and same Seagates own Seatool because there is a Seagate drive in the machine. All these tests said nothing about a problem with the hard drive.

The online tool, said there is no update available on the BIOS drivers.

I even had the user to remove the hard drive and put it back to make sure he wasn't a wire loose, bad connection or something like that.

I phoned helpdesk of HP where I live and I told him this and he said that it is most likely a software problem.

So so I need help to find out what software might be behind this error.

I can't provide shocks either, given the error and blue screen also says "dump of physical memory failed with status 0xC0000010.".

So is it a known software that could be the cause of these problems?

EDIT: As pointed out by erico, I forgot the information about this operating system. That's why I added this information at the top of my first post.

Sorry I have not responded earlier.

It seems that the problem is solved since the user had no blue screens for over a week now.

The solution was quite simple: reinstall on a new hard drive, even if each test drive, I ran on the subject, said the old drive was ok. This includes BIOS integrated HP and test online, chkdsk in Windows 7 and Seagate tool own Seatool.

    Best regards

    Ljungan.

My thoughts are that it is a driver problem. Try to update your drivers, and then stop the updated driver in Windows Updates.

    -----------------------------------------

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - note the brand and complete model of your
video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now click on UPdate Driver (this
cannot do anything as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT
This will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their
own the software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now go to the site of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration) and then of the manufacturer of the device
(Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for the BIOS, Chipset and software)
updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This
because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a
pilot - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver in the Windows updates,
This leaves ONE of Windows updates, but it will not install the drivers who are generally older and cause
questions. If updates offers a new driver and then hide it (right click on it) and then go look for new ones
    manually if you wish.

My generic blue screen troubleshooting if necessary:

Here are a few ways to possibly fix the blue screen issue. If you could give the info from the blue screen that would be
Help. Such as ITC and 4 others entered at the bottom left. And any other information such as STOP error
codes and info like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA and similar messages.

    As examples:

    BCP1: 87BC9510
    BCP2: 8C013D80
    BCP3: 00000000
    BCP4: 00000002

    or in this format:

Stop: 0 x 00000000 (oxoooooooo oxoooooooo oxoooooooo oxooooooooo)
    Tcpip.sys - address blocking 0 x 0 00000000 000000000 DateStamp 0 x 000000000

Hello, I get a blue screen after waking up from my computer Windows 7 sleep mode.  The message isblue problem signature: problem event name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48 locale ID: 1033 additional information about the problem: BCCode: 116 BCP1: FFFFFA80068823E0 BCP2: FFFFF880057E7394 BCP3: 0000000000000000 BCP4: 0000000000000002 OS Version: 6_1_7601 Service Pack: 1_0 product: 256_1.  Can anyone help?

    Hi Jaycee,

Blue screen errors can occur if a problem causes Windows 7 to stop or restart unexpectedly. You might see a message that says: "Windows was arrested to avoid damaging your computer."

These errors can be caused by hardware and software issues, and it can be difficult to solve the problem. The following methods and tools can often help get Windows running again.

I suggest you remove all external devices except the keyboard and mouse and check if it helps.

Please follow the methods and the update below us on the State of the question.

Resolve stop (blue screen) error in Windows 7:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-GB/Windows7/resolving-stop-blue-screen-errors-in-Windows-7

Note: When you restore the system to a previous state, programs and updates installed later will be deleted.

Important: Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.

Warning: Before performing a reinstallation of Windows 7, should be prepared for the worst scenarios that led to your existing data on your computer being deleted. These data include data personal, settings, information about the hardware and software drivers. In case of a worst case scenario, you may have to reinstall all the programs. Make sure that you back up personal data to disks or other external storage devices before you reinstall the operating system.

You can also download the last dump file so that we are able to help you. C:\windows\Minidump

You can use Windows Explorer and copy the dump files to your desktop or your personal documents folder. Then download them to your Sky Drive folder.

If you are not able to find the dump file, and then check if it has been activated. To so proceed as follows:

    a. click Start, point to settingsand then click on Panel.

    b. double-click on System.

    c. click on the Advanced tab and then click settings under start-up and recovery.

    d. in the Write debugging information list, click on image partial memory (64 KB).

    For reference:

Send a copy of your dump file in a shared file on your disc of sky with a link here.

To change the folder location for memory dump files, type a new path in the dump file box (or in the directory of small box discharge, depending on your version of Windows). You can go through the link for more information
