EX60 Touch Panel software upgrade failure

I just got a brand-new EX60 and once all parameters have been configured, I noticed a failure with the touch screen.  I have no day the software it came with TC7.3.2.  I can't speak with TAC again since it has not been entered by the seller, but I thought that it might help in the short term. I rolled with the power of the Panel plugged in and out and also reinstalled the TC7.3.2 with no luck.  Should I now a brick?

Touch 8 manufacturing is not able to upgrade to TC7.3.2

TC 7.3.2 is released for units on March 20. The production was arrested April 23 and April 24 shipping units will not be affected.

    The error message "has no signature verification" indicates that the pkg file you are trying to install has been corrupted.

    you get this error message on touch screen or on the unity of the EX60 CLI?

    I will recommend you to configure a DHCP server on the PC and assign IP address to the unit (as by default it is on DHCP as IP assginment Protocol) and then access the unit to improve TC 6.3 and then connect touch panel.

    You can use DHCP32 software for it and a cross over connection between ex60 and PC.

    I recently bought a laptop computer (PSAR9A-02J001) A500 under Windows 7 (32-bit) Home Premium. Not all the albums multimedia touch panel buttons work. When the buttons are pressed, brands of laptop beep (which is normal) but the corresponding function is not executed.

    Remove the preinstalled version, restart your computer and install the latest version of the Toshiba download page.

    I am trying to determine if it is possible to use with the LabVIEW Touch Panel Module ActiveX controls.

    There is no ActiveX container on the pallet in the Touch Panel Module and I can't find any mention of ActiveX controls in the manual of touch panel.  So, I'm gathering that ActiveX is NOT supported on LabVIEW Touch Panel running on Windows Embedded CE.

    Can anyone confirm if the ActiveX controls are supported on the LabVIEW Touch Panel Module?

    What buffer you want to erase?  Transmit or receive?

    Usually transmit didn't need compensation because anything in it usually gets sent immediately.  I rarely need to clear the receive buffer.  But an easy way to delete it just to read all the bytes in there and just nothing to do with the data.

    I have a BBQ10 and a Sonic Chevrolet with mylink. They have paired up to this Monday night everything has worked very well, and then I had a software upgrade on my BlackBerry. It installed just fine no problems there. Now when I try to make/receive calls while using bluetooth in the car my phone must be using speakers. Handset does not work, nor does the bluetooth. The first time I start the car upward and the pair of devices that I can get the bluetooth to ask me ' what u want to do' I can get all the way to connect the call. As soon as the call is connected it tells me that it is private mode. This is the point where only the speaker on the phone itself will work. I can't talk via bluetooth or "combined" speaker only or I can't hear people, but they hear me. I know that's not a problem with the mylink by car I've matched my MOM to "BOLD" and everything works as it should. Suggestions?

    Problem solved. Name of the phone has changed. Deleted the pairing between the phone and turned car restarted bluetooth phone car and turn it back on. Repair cameras and seems to be fine now

    I would try to reset your Hub first.

    Open the Hub and from the upper right corner, with the fingers sliding down to the center of the screen five times.

    The first firmware comes with RV042G is 4.2.0.03, so the firmware utility rescue v4.0.0.7 would not work.

    Given that your will to power cycle automatically RV042G every 45 seconds, and the problem has not disappeared after that you did a reset to factory default, the unit needs a new firmware downloaded. Please, try the following steps.

    1. disconnect the power cable to the unit.

    2. hold the reset (using a paperclip) button, while plugging in the power cable.

    3 look at the DIAG LEDS.

    4. release the reset button when you see the DIAG led are flashing.

    5. a flashing DIAG indicates that the unit runs in start mode, and a server tftp on the device is waiting for a picture of fresh firmware to the address 192.168.1.1.

    6. set up your PC with an IP address in the subnet 192.168.1.x, e.g. 192.168.1.100 and specify as default gateway 192.168.1.1.

    7. try to ping the unit with 192.168.1.1, and you should see a response from the unit.

    8. run a program client tftp (with a command line) and push an image good firmware, for example

    TFTP-I 192.168.1.1

    If the procedure above does not resolve the problem, contact the support center for RMA.
