Excel 2010 spreadsheet won't print in landscape

When I try to print an Excel 2010 worksheet in landscape, I get only 2 columns and those who are in portrait mode.

HP Photosmart C4680, Vista 32-bit.

It is perhaps a problem with the formatting in Excel.  If I were you, I contact Microsoft and make sure that it is not all parameters that might have missed.  There may be a problem with Excel that Microsoft is aware of and has a fix for.  Anyway, they would be the best people to ask about this problem.  Let me know what they say.

Installed the Vista SP2. Now have printing problems as well as many crashes with only resort to restart. I also installed Office 2010, the same day and crashes when you use Excel.

I uninstalled SP2. I put auto BU 1 minute on Excel 2010.   I get "WINDOWS has ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM" popup in Excel often and randomly. I'm out of Excel. When I go back the program, my file is there. I save the file almost after each data entry. It's very frustrating. I would go back to Office 2007 but do not know if that would solve anything.  I also save all the new files in the old format, I guess.  I put 2010 on this computer because my new laptop wit windows 7 Office 2010 has as well.  Help would be appreciated.

  • Fill the cartridges of ink on deskjet 9800. Red light flashing, won't print. Always worked before.

Your Question: I haven't found new, original HP cartridges for my deskjet 9800 in any store. I so did my ink on deskjet 9800 as I did with success several times in the past. Two red lights keep flashing. It won't print. [Someone suggested that I need a new print head?] What should do? thanx

The coding strip only should be cleaned if there is a problem - it is very fragile and can be damaged, making the printer inoperable.  There is a post here that describes how do to clean the MICR band, but respect the warnings and don't do it unless necessary.  There is also a post here that shows how to solve one of the problems mishandling can cause.  Do not clean the Strip unless necessary.

The coding is the band one located just behind the stem of transport semi-claire. It aims to help the print cartridge faithfully keep track of its position as it moves along the stem of transport. Sometimes dust, ink or oil can accumulate on this strip and cause the following problems:

    • Prints "stairs" to the bottom of the left margin of the self-test page.
    • The margins left or right of the self-test are not properly placed.
    • Ink cartridges carriage slams on the left side of the printer.
    • Automatic test double-print or obscured shows the letters.
    • Defects to flow the length of a printed page (portrait orientation), or on the whole page (landscape orientation).
    • Printing stops and the lights of the Control Panel on the printer indicate an error.
    • Gaps appear in the printed text or images.
    • Slow printing

    CAUTION:

Do not clean the strip of coding for the following symptoms: media pick questions, paper jam tilt, ink cartridge, missing points or rejection white stripes with printing and smeared or streaked black ink.

  • F2200 SERIES PILOT CLASHES WITH EXCEL 2010

When I plug my HP F2280 printer, the driver that is installed is series F2200.
    The printer works fine.

However, Microsoft5 Excel 2010, crashes after that, whenever I try to open a document...

When I remove the device, Excel files open fine. However, of course, I can't print.

This will not occur with Microsoft Word or powerpoint etc.

You let Windows automatically installs the driver, or if you have installed the drivers from the HP website. If you have not installed the drivers from HP, I suggest you:

    1. disconnect the printer from the PC and check that it no longer appears in devices and printers in Control Panel.

    2. download your printer drivers / software * HP here:

    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=4063&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=3390947#N191 .

(Make sure that get you drivers 32 or 64-bit according to your version of the Windows)

    3. install the drivers/software from HP.

4 reconnect the printer to your computer.

    * To see if you're running 32-bit or 64-Bit Windows click:

    Start-> Control Panel-> system

Then look at where it says, "System Type".

  • How can I add a comma after each entry of text in an Excel 2010 worksheet

I have a spreadsheet in Excel 2010 and you want to convert to a csv file to download lists of contacts on Yahoo and Gmail.  All online help says to use a formula in an empty column that refers to a line of text like: = B1 + "","," it doesn't work! If you want to create a CSV with excel all what you need to do is to use save it under and save the file in the csv format.  Following gives more information (ignore the part of import as kind of 'wanted'): http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/import-or-export-text-txt-or-csv-files-HP010342598.aspx?CTT=1

  • TDM excel 2010 component snap with limitation of 65536 lines.

    Hello

I installed TDM excel 2010 component snap and have excel 2010 (32-bit version) on my laptop.

When I open a file PDM with 300000 lines using excel importer of PDM, it will automatically start the excel. But it will display a dialog box saying that the number of rows exceeds the limitation of the program (65536). It confuses me because excel 2010 is supposed to be able to open the data file more than 1 million rows.

The add-in works great with any TDMS file within the limit of 65536 lines.

Any thought or idea, let me know, thanks.
