• Expanding menu problem

  I need somehelp thereafter. I have (below) the following menu expanding - what is happening is that I only see the text, but nothing happens. Even when I go over it or click it - nothing happens. It should expand downwards and shows the submenu, but who does not.

  I'm in the middle of an update on a project.
  I need to create a menu of extendable/retractable text.
  I have a picture of what I have a train to do here:

  So when you click on a category from the menu grows vertically and the other elements move down as well.
  
  The menus will be by eventrally driven by a database for heights will change.
  
  I was experamenting with layers, but the layers superimposed.
  
  So if anyone has examples of code from a text only extendable/retractable menu please let me know.

  I see a few similar threads, but not exactly the same problem, I do not see the menu.

  I inserted a JPG > selected the img > open the Properties menu > expanded menu: lack of hot spot Menu

  I tried to delete the "macfilecach...". "no luck, then I tried uninstaller and reinstalling is also no luck.

• Newly purchased HP 7520 does not scan the e-all-in-one in color on mu Mac OS 10.9

  Need help, totally frustrated.

  Just installed a brand new HP 7520 e-all-in-one on my new MAC OS 10.9. The product prints and copies in color. However, all scans come out in black and white?  Who can help me, desperately in need of time. I have the printer what USB connected.

  The workflow default scanning set up to scan documents in black and white. Be sure to change the settings for scanning to scan color documents:
  
  1 open the HP utility and select your device.
  2. based on Scan Settings open the "Scan to Computer".
  3. click on the tab scan tasks.
  4. Select the affected shortcut and click on change... (or double-click on the shortcut).
  5. in the section of scanning from an HP device, click the blue triangle or button view details to expand the menu.
  6. in the expanded menu now, open the drop-down next to the Mode
  7. now select the color option, and then click OK to save the changes. The next scanned using this workflow is displayed in color.

• Analysis of controls

  I have a HP Photosmart 5510 and I use a MacBook Pro. I'm scanning my check to my computer and it keeps scanning only 3/4 of the audit, leaving the numbers, the most important part, cut. No matter how I flip, how I move it, it still cuts it. What can I do to fix this?

  If you use Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion), make sure to install the critical update below, otherwise skip to the next step:

  Now change the settings as follows:

• Why my scanner scan only certain sections of a document?

  Printer: HP Envy D411c 110 series.

  When I scan as part of 'document', it scans the whole document and the text is fine, but the pictures are unreadable.

  Thus, to search for pages containing the text and images, I scan through the 'photo', the image quality is good, but only a small part of the document is scanned.

  When I select 'Preview' in the 'photo', the image displayed on the small screen at the front of the printer displays the entire document, but when I go to scan and save, the result is only a small part of the document (useless).

  There seems to be no rare menus seetings of the printer I can find that control the amount of a document that is scanned, so what's the problem?  My product is defective?

  I remember that it works correctly when I bought it first, but unfortunately, I have not tried scanning yet so far, and my warranty expired, so I am disappointed and frustrated with this HP product.  I hope you can help solve this problem.

• HP 6510 Photo Scan for MacBook fails

  I have a HP 6510, which worked perfectly with my old PC.  Yesterday I got a MacBook Pro OS X 10.7 Lion.  The printer is installed properly.  It prints.  It scans a document.   It does not analyze the pictures.  The result is an empty file, even if the HP it scans, says that it is finished and put it in the directory images on the MacBook.  There isn't any image

• HP Officejet Pro 8500 Premium a scanned PDF files in legal format, but I want letter format

  Hi, I have an iMac with OS 10.7.5 and my Officejet Pro 8500 a Premium makes the computer scans that are of legal size, when well even the original is letter size. I don't see how to change this in the HP utility. I don't have a scanner software, because I was able to install HP. My doc driver does not work either. Any ideas? Thank you.

  I understand that you encounter, software, scanning and ADF questions on your HP Officejet Pro 8500 a Premium e-all-in-one printer. I would like to work with you today with the resolution of these problems. To make the resolution of the problems I will divide this post into three sections. Each section represents one of your problems. I know that in your message you can set your analysis of the rather than a legal letter and that you use the HP utility by scanning because your drivers and software HP does not able to install correctly on your Mac. I'll also provide you with steps to solve this issue.

  Question 1: The software installs:

  Please perform the steps below to properly install your HP software and drivers for your printer on your Mac OS X 10.7.5 Officejet operating system.

  Step 1: Uninstall the drivers and software:

  Uninstalling the printer software
  
  Step 2: Check and repair your Mac disk permissions:

  1. Open Macintosh HD and go to Applications
  2. Go to the Utilities folder
  3. Open disk utility
  4. Select the hard disk volume, you use (usually on the left)
  5. Select verify disk permissions
  6. Once this process is complete, select repair disk permissions

  Step 3: Check the Apple updates:

  1. Go to the Apple
  2. Select System Preferences
  3. Select software update
  4. Click update now
  5. Install your available updates

  Question 2: Could not parse the format letter:

  Once your software is installed properly your HP or HP Scan utility software parameters must be set correctly once more. Here is the HP document on how to Scan with the HP scanning and software without scanning your Mac computer HP software. The support document also explains how to change the settings for scanning.

  Question No. 3: Automatic Document does not work:

  Finally, in order to get your ADF, work again on your product, that I will give you some detailed troubleshooting steps. Because you have not noticed if you having paper jam errors or that the product just will not pick up paper at all in the charger, I'll give you the steps of troubleshooting for both scenarios.

  I am trying to scan images full page that contain text and pictures, but the scanner software keeps breaking analysis components, rather than just an entire page. I get a separate picture file and another with just the text for example.

  How can I select only a full page?

  Maybe you have a Mac and you scan from the front of the pritner?

• X476dw - MacOS 10.09 Scan image in green, but in the pdf file is gray

  Hello. When I scan the logo of our company in green, the PDF displays the logo in grey. I have not tried with other colors.

  The second problem is: when I scan a document with 2 logos, extracts JPEG, it extracted in 2 jpeg files, each file for each logo. But works well with Windows 7 PCs.

  I use the driver HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP Software complete Solution - 10.6 of Mac OS X v10.7, v10.8 v10.9 .

  I have a HP Photosmart 7525.   I use the Mac OS X 10.6.8 version.  I'm analyzing my grandmother's recipes.  On some of the TI keep break them into multiple images.  How can I disable this feature.  I'm just a complete picture of each recipe when I scan one at a time.
