  I use Mavericak on a Mac.  A former owner of the computer has an online creative suite installation.  I'm trying to download and try the software acrobat Pro 11.  It downloads and installs and everytime I try to start it, he thinks that the former owner is still connected.  Then I enter my adobe ID and it says that my time of 30 days is over.  Any ideas what to do?

• All of a sudden I can't connect to my firefox (get to the Google 404 error message); I tried to reinstall firefox, and it's the same thing; So how reinstall firefox?

  As you can see, this problem is changing. Now, I can download Firefox (thanks to Amistree - sorry, I know the spelling is wrong) but once I close Firefox, I can't re - open.   It's possible? I can't find any documentation about it. Essentially, because of the way our system has been designed, connect us the two our system and our front-end web server to the same processing back-end user. Now, we have an obligation to use PKI/SSL to connect users.

  I have experimented with OWM and the TCPS, and was finally able to get a connection between Client1 and the server a user to test called PKI_TEST. The problem is that I get an ORA-28860 error when I try to connect Client2 to the server to the same user. I tried to import the Client2 certificate into server's wallet, but which is perhaps the origin of the problem. So here are my thoughts/questions.

  1. how to import the client certificates in the server with the same CN wallet? Seems to be a 'no', but maybe I am doing something wrong.

  2. can I import certificate user of Client1 Client2 portfolio so Client2 performs authentication by using the same certificate that worked for Client1?

  3. can I copy portfolio of Client1 to Client2 so Client2 uses the same portfolio that has worked for Client1?

  4. can I associate a single user with multiple CNs for the client certificates will be different in the wallet of server?

  You can just copy the client1 client2 on portfolio, so the client2 can connect / authenticate over SSL to the same DB user.

• 13 Windows updates fail to configure when installed manually, one at a time

  I just bought this gateway DX4375 a couple of weeks with pre-installed Windows 8 and had 86 important to install updates. Whenever I tried to run the update, they could not set up and took hours to undo changes.

  I've refreshed the operating system reset a couple of times and even including erase the disc without success after trying to fix the problem with all of the recommendations of Microsoft.

  Finally I tried to install them all manually one at a time. 13 (attached) of them would not move because he could not set up and kept breaking the updater. Some of them even caused the update history to be wiped and all downloaded updates deleted.

  I ran to the resolution of the problems of updating to correct errors, but they would still not set up. Even with the updates that are successful the updater is often broken and requires repair.   I solved this problem by changing the setting to allow windows to establish the network connection, I guess it is made by toshiba software. If anyone knows WHY this would be the case, why all of a sudden we would lose the connection, would be useful.

I installed epma 11.1.1.3 on workstation to VMware windows 2003 that I have windows 7 laptop. oracle 10g installation created a user/database (epma) patterns (sm, ms) is trying to set up the foundation, essbase, planning and reporting and analysis services. the configuration database and register with shared services has failed. I'm doing something wrong. I followed some configuration documents that are documented with screenshots are still unsure as to what I do. Please advice on how to avoid these failures.

  Hi Srinivas,

  I suggest you to do separately from the configuration of the different components. First you configure shared services and continue with the other components.
  And also using the same relational database for all components is not recommended.
  Doing so will make you empty the things about it you give and would be easy to fix too.
  And I'm sckeptic on your database connection.

  Few things to check before you start the configuration.
  1. check are you can connect to the database on firewall problems.
  2 and also check the timeout values defined for the database.
