  The message on the "Home" of the NETGEAR engineering page indicates that the device you are using does not have a wireless adapter, or you turn off / disabled. If you are using a laptop, it is possible that there a physical wireless switch that must be turned on and off. I recommend the manual for it.

  I can't turn on the wifi in my laptop. When I press Fn + F2, a notification icon appear on the screen that allowed wireless, but it does appear that Bluetooth adapter only.

  I tried two or three drivers http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/inspiron-15r-n5110/drivers network, but does not work.

  I installed the tool Speccy. It says "not turned on wifi.

  In my HP laptop (5 years, not a single remedy yet), there is a broadcom driver in Device Manager, but I don't see not everything related to wifi with dell.

  There is also a driver, unidentified, called "network controller".

  Can someone tell me which is the correct driver?

  I am using Windows 7 32 bit SP1.

  I upgraded the BIOS to A11 version and there is no such option to activate the wifi from the BIOS.

His friend has installed a new operating system before selling. Boyfriend is not very gifted in computer science and has not activated within 30 days of activation-registration/product key, because he never uses the laptop. He has paid the initial Windows 7 Professional OS (about $70, as he recollects), but we can talk to the friend, he bought the laptop from the (contracting companies in the Australian Outback), incommunicado.
