  Because there was a registry error in your installation, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the printer software. Below, I've posted some links to documents that offer instructions on how to uninstall, and then reinstall the HP software. • OfficeJet 4500 Solution Center says "disconnected".

  I got this HP Officejet 4500 since last October and he has no problem, but something that came just earlier, I get this message on the solution Center HP saying that the printer is disconnected, but everything IS linked and it works.  Y at - it no adjustment I could do short of re - install the software?

  I was on the point to re - install the software but I ran my registry cleaner first, and that solved the problem.  Thanks for your comments.

• B110 series printer: HP Solution Center suddenly does not work

  Even if you have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software, I suggest you to perform an uninstall, but with a different approach. Please use the following steps to perform a complete uninstall:

  1. Hold down the Windows Logo key on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run, type % temp %
  2. Delete all files and folders in the temp folder. Choose Skip if all pop ups seem to say all files cannot be deleted
  3. Download the software and choose Save as, save to desktop > PS_AIO_07_B110_USW_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 5.exe
  4. After downloading software and extracts, reopen the temp folder, use the instructions in step 1.
  5. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)
  6. Open the Util folder
  7. The CCC folder
  8. If you have a computer HP run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have acomputer no HP , run the L4uninstall.exe
  9. Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the computer
  10. Follow these steps to reset the registry settings and options for Windows Installer.
  • Hold down the key of the Windows Logo on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run
  • In the Open box, type msiexec / unregister, and then click OK.
  • Hold down the key of the Windows Logo on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run
  • In the Open box, type msiexec/regserver, and then click OK

  * Note: there is a space between the c and the /.

  My printer Photosmart 3310 scanner was working fine, but I recently had to reinstall the HP Solution Center software.

  Now the solution Center can not find my printer on the LAN.

  • I can connect to the printer via its IP address and see all the information about the printer and scan
  • Printing and scanning doctor can find the printer
  • Windows can see the printer and print

  But the HP Solution Center can not find the printer to install it, even when I type the IP address of the printer in the 'wired network' installation part of the Setup program.

  I used the latest version of the HP Photosmart and Officejet full feature software and drivers (August 2015).

  I don't know what else to do to try to get the HP Solution Center to find my pronter, I disabled the firewall, I tried to connect wireless and USB, but nothing seems to get the solution center to recognize my printer.

• Printers HP Deskjet 1510: ADD ANOTHER PRINTER HP SOLUTION CENTER

  My problem is the digitization.   I found ways to digitize unique photos/documents and send them to a separate email documents/photos.   I can't scan multiple documents/photos under a single file in the email.  The only way I can to do this is to use the HP Solution Center.  Is there another way to do this?

  I have a printer (C4700) located in the HP Solution Center.   I want to add a different printer (HP 1510) to the HP Solution Center.   I reinstalled the printer disc several times, etc. with no luck.   What is the best way to add a different printer?

• Officejet Pro K5400 printer - no solution center or equivalent on MAC

  I have a new iMac running OS x 10.9.3. During the process the K5400 printer in network has been found, drivers downloaded and everything seems to work fine. However there is no center of Solution being present on my Windows system, and if there is a HP Applications folder on my Mac, I can't find. I used the Solutiuon Center to check the ink level and other things.

  Question: is there a center of Solution for Mac and if is not there and equivalent and if not (one might wonder why not!) How to find things on this printer from my Mac, not having to go to the porinter in another part of the building.

  I found the answer to this problem, I asked. Apologies for experienced Mac users who I am sure that already know such things, but as a new convert Windows I don't have and this info can be useful similar folk.

  Click on Preferences system-> printers and Scanners-> the listed HP printer you want information on-> them status will take you to a set of options that will do everything that was available in the HP Windows solution Center.

  It is excellent and can work for another fact of printer--I know I do not have!

• Update from HP solution center windows 8.1 &amp; printer B110a

  I upgraded from win 8 to 8.1 Win. HP printer B110a works fine but (14.0 update) HP Solution Center does not work I get an error message saying incomplete installation and the installation by using the Setup disk. The Setup disk is only for Win 7 in any case. I can't use the scanner of the printer without Solution Center.

  I uninstalled the HP Solution Center and tried to download the free only earn 8.1 HP solution center I could find, but that seems to be associated with a different printer so I gave up installing.

  How should I proceed? The printer as of 2011, the Office of Jan 2013.

  Problem is NOW SOLVED!

  I uninstalled the all in one series printer software.

  Then I downloaded the wizard who is now on the HP Web site (rather than the solution suggested by the respondent, who is option 1, on the site of support of HP that should have worked but for some reason any is not) install the printer.

  This correctly reinstalled the printer and all allied software, including the elusive Solution Center.

  Solution Center works and I can now the two scanning and printing.

  Phew, it took all afternoon!

  After receiving 10 Windows scanner upgrade would not work. Installed new drivers, but the Solution Center still will not open.

  Can select scan destination etc. using HP Scan and print Doctor but it's obviously a method long and clumsy. Can someone help me get my Solution Center.

• HP Pavilion dv6: HP Solution Center does not open on my computer.

  I use the HP Photosmart Premium all-in-One C410a printer, and until recently the HP Solution Center works very well for scanning, at least most of the time, now, I can't open it to all.

  Also, I keep losing my connection for wireless printing.

  Any ideas.

• OfficeJet 6500 Wireless: Win 10 - Solution Center - scan not performed as another program using the imaging device

  I upgraded to 10 Windows on a laptop ASUS, then updated the software for a HP Officejet 6500 E709n Series printer HP solutions Center.

  I can print successfully to the printer but when I open the solution Center and then try to scan an image or a Document, I get the following error "Scan cannot be performed because another program or computer using the networked imaging device.

  Extended error information is 8, [(0.18,-2147467259)]

  When I look in device under imaging devices Manager, two devices are displayed ASUS USB2.0 WebCam (1) and (2) Officejet 6500 E709n.

  It would be much appreciated if someone could help me solve this problem.

  I downloaded the "HP Scan and capture App" and can now easily scan photos and documents.

• Solution Center did not offer my solution, one that worked. HP Photosmart c510 NET

  I was a paper get stuck in the setting duplex, followed instructions well depicted on the Zeen, authorized and continued to pursue my impression. But nothing does not print. Solution Center says "unable to print Documant. [BIG surprise} Clicked & received a message that says, "work has not print because of an error in the printing system." Went through e ^ ery step Solution Center & nothing works. I tried the box tool, but I could not print a diagnostic test page. Tried a few other suggestions in the section practical help, but without success.

  So I re ^ erted in the old, tried & true, If everything fails. ... I turned the printer off & started again. Has got two sets of diagnostic tests for self-control, extended, not less. Works perfectly now. (Center of solutions suggested to shut my computer down, but I ha ^ e on the six open process in ^ multiple steps of my doing something, so I did not like this solution.) (I also lost the ^ on my keyboard today...)

  I'm having a really hard time trying to get the software of Center of Solution for my departure Officejet 8500 Pro Wireless A909G. I am trying to install on a laptop Toshiba T130 new that came with Windows 7 Pro.

  I use the latest version of the software (full version) for Windows 7, downloaded from the website of HP (32-bit).

  The installation process works very well. Once completed, if I launch the centre of Solution without restarting the computer, it works fine.

  As soon as I restart the machine, that's right--I can't launch the centre of Solution more and I can't use the PRINTER. Solution Center told me that the installation failed.

  I also tried the following so far:

  -Windows patched with the latest updates-to - no chance.

  -read through the different posts of people with similar problems and tried some of the suggestions (so far, update of flash player and by applying the patch DOT4 seem to be most applicable to my situation)-no luck.

  -rebuild the machine (even if it's new!) - no luck.

  If there is another job out there dealing with this, I missed it. Feel free to point me in that direction... Thank you.

  Looks like I solved my problem (after the days of play)

  There is not a lot to it:

  • Completely uninstall the software and reboot
  • Open the folder that contains the complete software (mine was called OJP8500vA909_Full_13.exe) self-extracting exe
  • Right-click on the file, then select Properties from the menu
  • Click on the compatibility tab, located in the upper part
  • Downstairs, you'll see the option that says to run this program as an administrator. By default, it is not checked. I checked, click apply then OK.
  • Run the installer as usual through until the end.

  That's it - and it worked for me. I hope this helps.
