Help blackBerry Smartphones! Cannot stop my camera to save the copy of the messages of the snet

Whenever I send an email from my account, my BB or my e-mail service, it saves a copy of this email on my BB.  I upgraded to 4.5 and am following the directions to disable this feature.  I'll list-options-email message settings, but I don't have the 'send an email to Pocket"here to change to 'no '.  I don't know what to do, and it is very annoying to get a copy of your message will alert you whenever you send one. Can someone please?

    When I try and open the hub Excel xlsm files, I get the following error message:

    "No observer available for 'filename.xlsm'. Download a Google Reader app to display the attachment.

    I know that leaves can open the file because I can open it my onedrive using leaves. I tried to save the attachment for the PRIV and then try to open it but I get the same error. Without doubt, I was able to download another app like Docs to go, but I don't want to do because we have a fleet of 100 PRIVs and I want a solution that does not receive a new application for all my users. Especially when I know leaves can open the file with no problem.

    I tried to go into the settings of application for sheets, but of course there is no way actually associate .xlsm (or any extension of specific file) manually. All I can do is "Clear Defaults" that does nothing.

    I also discovered that if I send the exact same attachment to my gmail account and open it with gmail on PRIV icon, the attachment opens fine.

    Another thing I learned during troubleshooting is if I save the file to the workstation account or my hotmail account in the download on the PRIVATE folder, then try and open the download icon he will say 'cannot open file'. However, if I save my OneDrive downloads and then try and open it from the download icon will be

    -Several months when I was still on 5 Android (I'm now on 6) I was able to open my hotmail account .xlsm attachment in the hub, but not my work account in the hub. It's the excact same email simply sent to my e-mail from work to my hotmail account and I could open the attachment does but not the other.

    -J' was also able to save the file to my PRIVATE and open it. This is no longer the case. Now when I try and open the file from the "downloads" folder/app, it says: "cannot open file."

    Anyone have any ideas other than download a new application?

    After working with the support of Blackberry, they have achknowledged behavior is constant in the devices and the problem of development has intensified. They say a future update will solve the problem and allow the Hub to open xlsm files. In the meantime, the best solution I found is to save all the xlsm files in your download folder and then open them using ES Explorer Google game store. He is smart enough to open them with leaves.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones suddenly stopped to receive almost all the emails on 8830.

    A lot of email this AM, then this afternoon, nothing.

    Messaging works.  Phone works.  I can even send a message from my computer to my BB, but nobody else can send messages.  Cannot be re-sent service books because I don't remember my password.  When I request, it is sent to my Blackberry, which is not receive emails.   Help!

    After HOURS of trying to figure out and reading the online support forums, I thought about it!   Yay!

    Here's what I did: go to the e-mail settings.  Once opened, press 'Books of Service', then 'send Service directories '.

    Don't know why this happened, but after 15-20 minutes, you should be flooded w/e-mail good luck!

  • BlackBerry smartphones cannot create new email address and the password are correct

    Just transferred one of my domains hosting that I use for my other domain. Went to create an e-mail account for the 3 email addresses I had the BB under prior host. Removed the old accounts. Click Setup mail accounts, then other then entered the correct address and the correct password. Received message 'invalid address or password '. Not possible I installed these accounts on my PC and my IPad with no problems. It seems that BB won't accept any new domain name account that I transferred 10 days ago, can someone help me please?     TCC - I THANK YOU first to respond to my situation and the second to be ON - it appears that you are an expert on the RIM! That was the problem - integration. Apparently my Blackberry account 'forgotten' about my domain name and had to be reinstated. I discovered by obtaining technical support for my carrier, AT & T and when they could not understand why the e-mail accounts could not be created, they transferred me to RIM. The first level of technology was also confused, but Nick and then of the immediately higher level of tech told me exactly what you have written here - same problem, same solution. CptS, thank you!

    In general, it is the package BB OS exact that you install (via your PC) to your BB, and further, then by selecting the languages that you want to appear on the BB. Is what I recommend, on a PC (you can't do this on MAC):

    1) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

    (2) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

    (3) download and install to your PC, the BB OS package you want:

    (4) If this OS package comes from one carrier other carrier for which your BB was built, then remove, on your PC, all copies of the SELLER. XML (there will be at least one, maybe 2)

    (5) run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should offer the operating system package you have installed on your PC. If, during the process, your BB votre BB a '507' error, simply unplug the power cord of the BB USB and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

    Do not forget to save.

    If you are on a MAC, you are limited to only your sanctioned carriers OS packages... but can still use any level they currently have to sanction. See this procedure:

    Thanks for the reply.  A friend told me to stop the BB, remove the battery and then turn it back on.  The BB took a few mintues to come back but it worked and everything was restored.  He explained that the BB goes through a process of battery conservation and stop all programs in order to save energy.  He thinks that the current BB software is apparently not restored these programs stop you.  Maybe the upgrade of the software you suggested will do just that (?).  In any case, thanks for the effort.

    With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    2) books of forwarding Service

    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    3) restart

    • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

When I try to save a photo from Facebook, for example, it gives me options to record on my camera or on the memory card, but when I go to my pictures, there is NOTHING! Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider to support formal... consider that you pay for your services and official support and now they seem not to be to deliver. They have even the power to escalate your case officially until BlackBerry if they can't solve it, but you have does them not you fob off the coast with things like "it seems" good on our end... they are responsible for the provision of services to you, you pay for it.
