Help on PCI 6280 connector

Hello everyone

I'm about to buy a card daqcard pci 6280. However, there is always a little doubt about it:

The DAQ card connector, is it male or female?

I need to be a male, so it can be directly connected to my sensor cable. But if it's a female, I would like to know if the cable (what I can buy with the DAQ card) is a male/male connector.

I would appreciate your help and quick asnwer.

Thanks for the help and see ya.

    Hello

I want to read analog input using BNC 2110 as an interface connected to the PCI-6280. In the first step I want to use the Signal Express to see only the data, but when I choose one of the input and then string I want to see the connection, I get this message:

    ------------------------------

Connection scheme tool does not send the accessory on the connector 0 of your device:

Please select one of the following accessories to display the supported connection diagram:

What should I do in this step?

    Hi MiladAk,

There is this sentence in the Manual "the BNC-2110 is only intended for differential analog input signals. The 16 channels HAVE on PCI-6280 are mapped to 8 connectors BNC AI0 - AI7 on BNC-2110. HAVE [n] with I [n + 8] represent a differential channel. This means that if you select channel differential AI0 in Signal Express with Terminal configuration it will also use AI8. These two channels is represented by a single BNC connector (connection central driver is positive = AI0, negative connection is shielding = AI8).

After obtaining the 88705, PCI-6280 card error has been removed but MAX still sees the jury and cannot be deleted in the attempt to re - install in the new location.  Any ideas?

    TJ,

When you say that it cannot be deleted, the option simply in gray? It is after the card has been removed from the system completely?

Could you also tell me what version of the DAQ hardware drivers you are using as well as the operating system with this computer?

I found a knowledge base about the error 88705 you can pass by this way: http://ae.natinst.com/public.nsf/webPreview/89A6279147AA994A862572DF00491BCA

  • 23 - d130ea pci express connector envy

Recently purchased a dvb - s2 (pci express) card, can't find the connector motherboard relevant.

    Any help much appreciated

HP ENVY 23 - d130ea TouchSmart all-in-One desktop PC is a computer 'All-in-one' who doesn't have any full size PCI Express slots in it.  The PCI Express slots only this computer, are strictly internal PCI Express mini card Sockets and a PCI Express MXM slot for special MXM graphics card.

  • What is this on my PCI DAQ connector? (PCI 6259, M-Series)

I'm building a new rig which includes a PCI-6259, am confused by this connector:

What this is, and which mates with it? This is the place where I expect the power connector PCI-E to the power of the system, or the 'hard drive connector"that the M series is supposed to have. But this has about four times as many pins I guess than to have. It is not schematized or mentioned in any job I can find online.

Yes, version PCIe card has the supply and on the back of the card connector.  The PCI version does not work.  I think it's because PCIe is a lot of current as long as PCI, so the extra power is needed.

Both versions have if the RTSI connector.

  • ... Should help I PCI slot available in my HP Pavilion Slimline s5xt?

    Hi guys!

I recently bought a HP Pavilion Slimline s5xt.  I discovered that I need a firewire port so I need to install this PCI Express card.  Make my day... Please say this is possible.

Here is the link to the map that I need to install:

    Please let me know.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello:

This link to the motherboard for your specific model record confirms the existence of 3 PCIe x 1 slots, each of them can be used for the PCIe x 1 firewire card that you are considering buying.

Given that the package specifications indicate that you get the profile regularly mounting brackets and low profile, your bases are covered.

  • Pavilion HPE: I need the jetty (or HP) part number connector PCI-e edge to replace on a H8 - 1360t

PCI-e GPU in my H8 - 1360t was pulled without releasing the tab on the connector edge first. Therefore, the connector plastic pulled free of the fingers. The PC is long out of warranty and it would be excluded from the guarantee in any case.

This leaves the PC unusable because plastic case can not be delayed to the fingers. If the motherboard will need to be removed and replaced the edge of the PCI-e connector.

The connector is made by Jetty, but has no part on that number. I need a reference number in order to get a replacement. As far as I know, there is no manual tech specific part for the motherboard I could mention this information. She will have to come from a person to HP.

    Help.

A difficult search for the part.

    1. in the connection of my power adapter, do I plug the unit into the 8 pin or 6 PIN auxiliary connector?

    2. where can I connect the other end of the power adapter?

Edit: Here is this link related to this issue.  It goes also to other topics with excellent similar information:

    http://www.TomsHardware.com/reviews/power-supply-specifications-ATX-reference, 3061 - 12.html

First, it is important to know that there is another interface "6 to 8 pins" which is a feature of power-for - motherboard power ... you don't want that, sure, and connectors plastic is having different shapes.  You can see that he has 4 yellow wires (usually the supply wires) and would not have the sequence of correct wiring of a PCIe 6 to 8 pins supplementary power converter:

I don't know the show, too, is not what you want.  This looks like an 8 pin to two adapter 6 pins.  You want a 6-pin to 8 pin adapter.  Is attached another picture of the nVidia type tells you to do.  If you look at the hyperlink at the top of this post you will find the wiring of 6 pins on 8 wire and for your project, you will probably want to follow the advice of nVidia for best results.  There is power to the ground and 'sense' son to all be correctly connected to the adapter.

There is also some PCIe additional adapters that allow you to convert several sheets supply 4 son "molex" grouping in a single 6-pin PCIe or connector 8.  It is best to not do this if you have a power with official ones built in.  Your the fact, and to check the manual, it looks like your top rated power supply has 3 of these auxiliary PCIe power cords (G1, G2 and G3 will be printed on the side of the end of your 3 card).  On the other hand, offer reduced rated power of the Z820 has only 2 additional PCIe (auxiliary) cords supplied by it.

I don't know if you are forced to use a good 6-8 converter or could if away with plug 6 pin right in the correct position on the plug 8 pins of your videocard directly, according to article of the hyperlink.  I, personally, would get an adapter.

EDIT: Here is a picture of two ends of what is supposed to be a PCIe 6-pin supplementary power adapter PCIe 8 pins.  The first and third power pins 6 pins are officially DC 12v (some references have each of the first 3 pins being 12vDC) and subsequently, the rest are supposed to be a 'sense' or earthed.  When I look at the plug 8-pole end wiring I do not see a ground wire or ground jumper coming to pin 8.  I would not recommend it, unless I'm wrong about his son:

  • HP Compaq 8100 Elite: Video unrecognized card in PCI-Express x 16 slot for security

I disable the PCI Express connector in the computer - security - Slot Configuration on BIOS.

I don't know that my card on Board did not work and now machine does not start, machine beeps 6 times (error video card).

    I can't access the bios.

I try to reset the CMOS, remove the Green rider, remove CMOS battery, press the button within 10 seconds, press the power button (to remove rest of energy.

    But none of it works.

    Can someone help me?

How can I reactivate PCI Express x 16?

    Hello:

If your integrated graphics card does not work, and reset the CMOS does not work, you can try putting the PCI express x 16 video card, you now have in the location PCIe White x 4 slot (slot next to the slot PCIe x 16 black white video card) and see if you can get into the BIOS to change the PCI x 16 setting.  It might work in the x 4 slot.

If it does not, you will need to install a video card PCI (the one that goes in one of the white PCI slots) and use it to get into the BIOS, so you can change the settings to enable the location of PCIe x 16.

So see if you can find a cheap, used, video card PCI on eBay, and should allow you to have the video again.

You should also make sure you have removed all the connections of the computer when you reset the CMOS (all cables, power supply, mouse, monitor, etc.).

  • Help installing graphics card

Hi, I recently bought a new graphics card for my computer trying to install it, with the new card, that I can't in front of the screen of the bios at startup. I don't know much about computers, but am guessing it's a compatibility issue with some of my hardware. My pc is an HPE h9-1010 has and the new graphics card is overclocked Geforce GTX 660 2 GB Gigabyte-GV-N660OC-2GD. Any help would be appreciated.

Whereas the new map replaces an NVIDIA card and the power supply meets specifications and there are two available PCIe power connectors, it would seem that the video card may be defective.

Your PC and its characteristics do not meet the own GigaByte published system requirements for the video card. Contact the vendor for a replacement under warranty.

  • Built-in Wi - Fi card connector

My Equium A60-155 came without Wi - Fi but solder tabs are on the main map. Anyone have a connector Mini PCI 124 (connector side) of Type III, or know where I can get one?
I want to solder on the card and install a Wi - Fi card so I can release the slot in the PC.

And what's with Wi - Fi antenna? The laptop is not Wi - Fi ready, and I guess that the WLAN antenna is not there.
To use WIFI on board isn't so easy. Maybe you should continue to use the external solution.
