Hewlett Packard Officejet 7000 e809a thick paper won't load

Hello

have problem wit my new habit of wich HP Officejet 7000 load dense environments like the 150-200 g/m2 an i just have no idea why, when it should support the card up to the 200 media and photo media up to 280 g/m2, no way here is a video and a few attached pictures on what is happening with paper , resembles paper crashing to something inside the printer

http://www.pasteall.org/PIC/22538

80 g/m² a4 Office is responsible for relatively thin same a3

on paper of driver installation is anything I put or how much paper is load (thick paper BTW charges fine when I put it wide sides as on a3 size) any operating system even problem under windows and linux

question is what I would do with this issues

60 to 105 g/m2 paper tray
Office paper paper 180 gm is outside specification.

Kind regards
ERICO

HP Officejet 7000, model # E809a, began to print horizontal black lines, at equal distance about 1/2 in., through photos.  I ran a cleaning cycle that showed felt clean, without burrs, without black lines.  Please advise...

    Hello MerlotLady,

The lines are clearly visible and look like, they are caused by the inkt not bleeding very well through the paper. In this case I advise to use another document. I checked the HP website for you and HP recommend the advanced use of paper. If any kind of HP Advanced paper will do, either gloss or high gloss as long as it's the HP Advanced line. A copy of the recommendation below. If this will still not solved the problem, best thing to do is contact your local HP support. Let me know if it helps.

  • The Hewlett-Packard 786 7 v01.02 BIOS update

    Hello

I installed a nvidia geforce gtx 560 card ti graph in the workstation HP xw4400 of my son as a Christmas gift, and I get the following error message:

"Your computer's system firmware includes enough information to set up and use this.

My understanding is that I need to update the BIOS, but I can't find an update for Hewlett-Packard 786 7 v01.02 on this site. I've attached a screenshot of system information.

Thanks in advance for your support.

The XW4400 is currently in the BIOS v2.07 Rev A, 8 December 2010 , but the history tab provides no story at all... so I can't find the old versions of BIOS and as such can't see if it's OK to jump directly from v1.02 to v2.07 without problem...

But the tab notes relase v2.07 includes following:

This package contains the system BIOS (BIOS family 7 786) and BIOS image the and remote flash utility for the HP xw4400 workstation. These utilities can be used to restore or update THE system BIOS. System BIOS is the operating system
    independent.

If the BIOS linked above is for your XW4400 that uses the BIOS 786 7 family...

But please note that the XW4400 has only updates for XP & VISTA and not Windows8. So the XW4400 updates may or may not work as expected when it is used with Windows 8. Both such and especially with a BIOS update that can be risky, I won't use the method of updating windows (HPQFlash) flashing the BIOS from version HPQFlash may not be completely compatible Win8... Instead, I would like to use the 'flash-BACK' or "BIOS CD" methods.

You can learn more about the different methods of updating BIOS by looking at all the README files in sp51215.exe. You can either run sp51215.exe to unzip the contents of c:\swsetup\sp51215\ (but do not perform a bios update, just close the tool) or 7-zip to directly view the content of sp51215.exe...

Some other info on your error code 35 can be seen here and here.

As a species at HP by doing as little work as possible, my still under warranty Z210 running Win7 Pro 64 bit has issues with Estate HDD support. Last iRST driver Intel 13.2.4.1000 does not support the "cougar point" such chipset used in my Z210 and causes weird problems when I Estate connected HARD drive (and sometimes when not connected)... But Intels TSRI version 12.9.0.1001 driver supports chipsets "cougar point" and so I can finally esata hard drive appears as removable devices...

Unfortunately, HP has not bothered to update their drivers for centuries and they stay with a 10.6.0.1002 defective TSRI pilot... As you seem, HP wont always do the necessary work, and it's on a support and still under warranty machine... I call it "HP." Support '...

The update of the BIOS may or may not help your situation, but in all cases, you have still some problems with drivers and the Windows 8 to settle as the XW4400 was never certified for Win8. You may need to perform a job detective to ensure that drivers, especially the chipset drivers, used during the Win8 installed and updates post install actually support the hardware itself... He is a guy to know what is the problem that the documents appear to be getting dumbed down and therefore, you will need to do a lot of reading...

Otherwise, you could try to install a different generation or make card but a bike may have been a more easy Christmas gift...

    See you soon...

  • HP Officejet 7000 - biased and slanted printing

HP Officejet 7000 wide format printer (A3 and A4)

Operating system: Windows 7 (32 bit)

We use this printer for 6 months without any problems for our SMEs.

Recently we have had problems with the print quality.

A3 prints are spread between 2.5 to 3 inches.

I have changed all the print cartridges, run the HP software to re - align the cartridges and clean the printheads several times.

The paper adjustment arm is ok and his training online right.

I checked the rear access panel and it is fixed properly.

We use only one type of paper - a lightweight conqueror.

We print mainly table A3 with her plans.

Mainly use us MS publisher, Illustrator, but also print PDFS as well.

We do the photos printed with this printer - text for graphic images.

The printer has no intensive use - we have another HP laserjet for the majority of the other the methoeds.

I think that the printer has a harware issue.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

  • HP Officejet Pro 6835: The computer won't send jobs to the printer

My HP OfficeJet Pro 6835 is on and it says it is connected to my wireless network, but nothing will be printed on it.  I ran the HP Print doctor and he says that he has no problem.  I rebooted the computer and the printer and also deleted and redownloaded the drivers and the software of HP.  The HP Print doctor can get her pinter to print an internal test page, but no program will send a document to the printer (for example, word, excel, adobe).

    Hello

Lets try an other ways so that you should at least be able to print.

(if the printer is connected with USB)

Click START > device and printer > add a printer > add a local printer >

Select "Use existing Port" then Virtual USB from the drop-down menu, click on NEXT, in the production list, select HP / Hewlett-packard and in the right pane, select Deskjet 6980 and finish the wizard

    OR

    (if the printer is networked)

Click START > device and printer > add a printer > add a local printer > choose "Create a new Port" > type in the printer IP address click NEXT, in the manufacture of the list, select HP / Hewlett-packard and in the right pane, select Deskjet 6980 and finish the wizard

Now try printing from lotus and hopefully it should work.

    Hello

I downloaded the versions Basic, both full of drivers for printer OfficeJet 7000.  Move cleanly - error code 2203.  When talking about this issue with the Support technical they tried several different things, but nothing has worked.  I have a service ticket number - 80356333671

After turning off the phone (more than 90 minutes) - I searched on google and all the hits that were displayed were the same steps I saw technician employment, made you ask - is google, the new standard Tech support?

Currently, I own a nice weight and pretty paper.  Anyone can help - I'd appreciate it.

With the help of technical support, I ran the "Officejet software and driver Removal Utility" for my particular model (available on HP website - driver download page) and then ran the installation of the driver and it worked perfectly.  Why? I do not know.

Thank you! I found that Printshare will BE the print job while I'm in my own network and on the web as long I have let one of my computers and share the printer on my network. It is not the same thing, but I get change paper size to tabloid size, which I couldn't do it with any one of these HP software applications. PrintShare to use so if you need to print something in your office from your phone. It works very well! I even printed a drawing file in PDF format at full scale, but to change, so it's been a BIG favorite for that.

If you have two HP Eprint home and Printshare options. Both work on this printer, BUT only Printshare allows you to choose ALL the paper sizes.

My HP Officejet 7000 (printer large format) is no longer print tabloid or more, I do not see even an option super b3 (13 x 19) on my list drop-down media printing in Illustrator format. When I try to print tabloid, it indicates the paper size is incompatible when it is not and sends a blank sheet of paper through. It prints well 8.5 x 11 but nothing more. Any ideas?

I deleted and added the printer to my list and it fixed the problem.
