Home page continues to change even after reset.

I set my homepage to www.bing.com

However, when I turn off FF and then bring it back on, it will reset to Yahoo. How can I fix? By the way, restarting the work. It's just when FF is completely closed, and then open.

  • Firefox continues to run even after the release in Manager Windows tasks and has about as much memory to affect other applications

Firefox continues to run even after the release in Manager Windows tasks and has about as much memory to affect other applications. Firefox.exe must be completed manually in Windows Task Manager. • Page will go full screen, jump autour and the toolbar will appear/disappear and page continues to change constantly. No virus/malware after scanning

I have a laptop and I'm going on my home page (or go to another site from this page), the toolbar will back down in full screen. I'll go into 'tools' and disable the mode full screen (F11), then the entire screen "travel" up to down and will not stop. The toolbar will start to appear, and then back again and again, do not allow me to access anything whatsoever. It will last until I have completed the task with the future manager. I ran AVG, Spybot and malware (who, after working, I uninstalled) held, and nothing was found

It started about a week ago, and to at about the same time I started having the ' does not ' when loading a page. This has never happened before, and there is no notice of virus/malware. I think to potential problems with the keyboard of the computer laptop, but computer says everything is functioning normally.

If anyone has any ideas, it would be appreciated. I got the microphone. Security Essentials on my system, and tried to uninstall think there could be a problem there (computer ran incredibly slow, and this problem started a week after installation), and this shows it is not completely uninstalled and I get the error message whenever I start.

Thank you and hope that someone knows something that can help.

I have the same problem. Need help it fixing nothing I do works. I found another case of this in 2008 but does not say how it was resolved.

  • Firefox crashes for a single user at startup, even after reset; SafeMode OK.

Current crashes happen not yet reports of incidents, but maintained two falls earlier today:

    BP-cb495f8f-7ae2-4B48-86FF-63b6f2141013

It shows the same plugins installed and two extensions which are activated in the profiles of other users of this system startup in safe mode. It's only that Firefox user who crashes at startup, even after a reset.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Yet once, it hangs at startup for this user.

Event Viewer Windows has several entrances for an Application error:

Name of the failing application: plugin - container.exe, version: 32.0.3.5379, time stamp: 0x54224e6b

    Exception code: 0 x 80000003

but it is not clear that these entries to synchronize with the accidents.

This crash at startup began this morning; No new software or any other changes to the system (that I know) for several weeks now.

  • WRT160N v2 site blocking to the router even after reset and upgrade firmware

For some reason any my WRT160N v2 router blocks access to the following Web site: www.cngoons.com

I can connect on the site if I connect to the modem directly, or using the connection to the internet of someone else. However computers that connect through the router is unable to access the site via a web browser (IE, FF or Chrome), cannot ping the site, and a tracert also fails.

I have reset the router by default, but the site is still blocked. I've upgraded to the latest firmware (WRT160Nv2_v2.0.03.009_US_code.bin) and the problem persists.

Any ideas on what's going on?

And after a search even more, I found this old thread dealing with the same question:

    http://homecommunity.Cisco.com/T5/wireless-routers/Linksys-router-blocked-website/TD-p/12917

A solution is given at the end to change the MAC address of the router (I cloned MAC address of my PC), and then restart the cable modem. It worked for me!

  • I can re download my CC programs even after resetting my computer from scratch?

Hello my name is Youjin Choi and I use a Mac Pro laptop computer

On the 6 January, I downloaded Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one year).

After the download, some serious computer problems occurred caused by

software version does not. I got version 10.6 of mac when CC programs worked on 10.8 and above.

So now, so that my computer to work again, I need to reset my computer everything from scratch

which means that all downloaded programs would be deleted

Since I already spent on the transaction of money for the programs, I was wondering

If I could continue to use the same account (?) command after I sorted all the version of software for my computer

    to accept the programs.

Or would it be easier if I have to cancel the program account, refund and do it all again once after having solved my computer?

My order number is # AD001305431EDNZ

    Please help me

    Thank you very much.

    Virginia,

I'm just another Member, but I think I can answer your question. Your creative cloud membership allows you to re-download and install applications anytime. The license is tied to you (your Adobe ID) and not a specific computer. So even if your computer is messed up, your Creative cloud subscription should be good.

  • Unable to connect to the router (even after reset)

I'm really frustrated, and I hope that this community can provide an answer. After all the hype around this router, it is he who gave me the most trouble.

About a month and a half... completely randomly it seems to me, I could not connect to the router more. Not through intellectual property, routerlogin.net/com...nothing. It just says: cannot display the page. I did everything I could possibly think, tried all of the suggestions I could find here and elsewhere and still nothing would work.

I finally did a hard reset and obviously lost all my settings... and RIGHT AFTER the hard reset after upgrading the firmware, I can't connect to the router again. This could be the cause? Is there a way around it?

The router worked fine until about a month and half ago. Then I stopped being able to connect to the admin page. Several resets hard did nothing.

I ended up RMA'ing it and the new replacement works fine (for now).

  • [N900 / WNDR4500]-cannot use / access some sites web/services even after reset to factory settings

    Hello

I just moved into a new home; my old cable modem was damaged during the move, and so I had to replace it (same manufacturer, newer model). The problem started then with messeging (Messenger of the LINE) service not working at all when the wifi - direct connection has worked very well for the PC and the phone worked when using mobile data. Until now, it appeared that this app has been affected that I could still do other things very well (for example surf the web, email checked).

I tried the firmware update and later reset the router to the factory settings, or even delete the app and reinstalled it, but they've made the app worked part of the time only. However, I noticed recently that I couldn't access certain Web sites via wifi, too. Again, problem has disappeared during the use not wifi.

No idea on how to solve this problem is highly appreciated.

    Thank you

    b.

go to settings... internet configuration... Select use PC MAC address... restart the modem and router
