Hope for my dysfunctional e280
I have an e280 refurb that I bought several years ago. Earlier this week, it was pretty cold here, and when I'm in my truck for work, I noticed that my sansa turn on properly, it hung on the Sandisk splash screen. I took in the office and let it warm up to the top, then hooked to my computer and got the same results, hung on the start screen. I disconnected it and if is it turned off then assign mode of recovery and pluged it back into the computer. I unplugged the computer to see if he would restore is on its own, but it did not. I rebooted it recovery mode connected to the computer, come to her with explore (identified as 16 MB - FORMAT), downloaded the firmware v1 files and copied to the player and unplugged then it. I started to install the firmware, and then when it's finished, restarted at a white screen. Now, it's all I can get it to power up. It does not start in recovery mode more.
Someone at - it suggestions?
Thank you

I wonder if I use the wrong version of firmware when I did the format. I saw a warning on the page of download of the firmware that said if you are using the worng version you may make the device unusable, which seems to be what I did. Since it lights not properly, I couldn't inspected the uint to see what version it was so I guessed it was a v1 because it is quite old and it only supported upward to 2 GB flash cards. Something that I read on a sandisk page led me to believe that v2 units supported up to 8 GB flash cards.
When he didn't recover after following the update procedure, I've done some reading more and I now think that when I was able to boot in recovery mode, I should have created the empty folder sansa.fmt and him trying to re - format sound ' auto as stated in a post that I read of TheMarkster of 14/10/2008.
Your 1st post, you have not format the unit; only manually, you re-installed the firmware. They are 2 different procedures. The fact that you have even a Recovery Mode indicates that you have a model v1. V2 is not.
It wouldn't hurt to get in shape via the Recovery Mode / method of folder (or file) to sansa.fmt. Please note that this will delete all the content added by the user in the memory, so if it works, you will need to re - load all of the files you had on this subject. He also wouldn't hut to try reinstalling the firmware again, in case something is not right the first time. It looks like not is your problem, it can't hurt to do it again. You can do the format and the firmware install at the same time when connected in Recovery Mode if you wish; you have to do, then the other.
One thing I remember in stubborn cases like this, it's that people have sometimes had success goinig back and re - install the original firmware and the file version.txt to get it going again once, then update to the version of the firmware newest (and last). You may want or need to try this.
There are a multitude of discussions, information and firmware, etc. archived on the Forums of ABI here may be useful.

The good news is that the rain water, isn't salt water and also does not contain a lot of minerals. Indented battery and ensuring the camera is completely dry (don't rush not part) there is a chance he will be ok.

ASA 5505 Split tunneling stopped working when upgraded to 8.3 (1) 8.4 (3).
A user has to connect to the old device of 8.3 (1) that they could access all of our subnets: 10.1.0.0/16, 10.33.0.0/16, 10.89.0.0/16, 10.60.0.0/16
but now, they can't and in the newspapers, I see just

Is there a hope for Windows Mobile/Phone to have LR and Photoshop?
I know I could just use iPhone or android phone, but I just want to know if there is a hope for windows mobile to get the same offering from adobe.
I am aware of the market share of windows phone was less than 3%.
Could anyone predict or confirm what % of market share for windows phone should be for adobe to fully support this OS?
Now he has only Adobe Photoshop Express for windows that has very limited use.
Thank you. :)
Hi Ameil,
I understand, I suggest you to please add your vote to the: s-phone https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/lightroom-mobile-support-for-window
Kind regards

Apart from your hard drive, you have bad stuff installed: CleanMyMac. You must get rid of it - it cleans so that it deletes the components required by the system. You have also Avast installed - you must uninstall. The rest of the report is missing.
Now, regarding your hard drive: you can try using disk utility to repair, but it may be on its way. You must ensure that you have a backup NOW that the drive can fail at any time. After that, try to fix it-if it is not repairable, then it must be replaced.

Hello friends, I was hoping that the theme I've selected would fill the full screen. Is it possible to do so. Thank you
Do you mean that you'd have your picture full screen on every web page? Or only on tabs/windows empty (when you open a new tab for example)?
In the second case, consider using an add-on like Browser Backgrounds.

Before I float test this thing, all hope for my kernel_task fly?
I'm at my wit's end. I asked this question before but I had a temporary improvement, but those days are gone.
I ended up having my machine to grind to a halt when I have any kind of video running, either with EyeTV VLC with kernel_task showing 500 + % CPU utilization (on a side note, someone could explain to me how it works?). Therefore, the video starts stuttering and gets very bad. He made sure that I can't really watch anything on this machine and I'm ready to throw it into the Hudson River.
Usually it will work correctly for a period of time, in minutes, hours, but then once it starts to get carried away, he castigated for hours, even when all applications are closed.
Yet once, I ran EtreCheck while this thing has been stolen, what I have here. I haven't run as administrator then if I need to re - run as admin please let me know.
I am also including a list of crazy activity monitor process screen Cap.
Any help is always greatly appreciated!

The kernel uses excessive CPU cycles. Here are a few possible causes for the State. Some may not apply to you.
FileVault
Please, open the security and privacy pane in system preferences and click the FileVault tab. If there is an indication that the encryption or decryption is in progress, wait (possibly several hours) so he can finish and see if there is an improvement.
Limitation of the
When he does readings of high temperature in the material, or a MacBook battery low voltage readings, the kernel can try to compensate by interrupting the processor to slow them down and reduce energy consumption. This condition may be due to:
☞ an accumulation of dust on the logic board
High ambient temperature ☞
☞ a defective battery or worn in a laptop
☞ the malfunction of a cooling fan, temperature probe, a probe or some other component voltage internal
Note that if the problem is caused by a sensor, there can be no real overheating or undervoltage.
If the computer is portable, try with and without the power adapter connected. If pigs kernel_task processor only on current alternative, load is causing the machine to heat up. This behavior may be normal for some models, but it can also be an indication of a hardware failure.
Apple diagnostics or the Apple Hardware Test, although not very reliable, is sometimes able to detect a fault. For more in-depth equipment tests, an appointment 'Genius' on an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.
If all goes well with the material, then everything that you can do to improve the cooling can help.
Software installed
The software installed by the user which includes a device driver or other kernel code can thrash of the kernel. This category includes virtualization, such as Parallels and VMware software, as well as products 'anti-virus' more commercial. Some system monitoring applications, like "iStat", may also contribute to the problem. You can test this possibility to completely disable or remove the software according to the instructions of the developer or start in safe mode. However, it should be noted that the deactivation of a modification of the system without removing or test in safe mode is not as easy as you think.
If you do not know what software could contribute to the problem, please hold down the option key and select
Information system...
in the Apple menu. The system information window opens. Select
The software extensions ▹
in the menu on the left. After a delay of a minute or two, a list of all installed kernel extensions should appear in the upper right window.
In the extensions list, click the results achieved since twice column header to sort by source, with Apple down. At or near the top, you may see a few third-party extensions. Choose an answer and the information on it, including the location, will be displayed in the lower pane right window. What do you see?
Corrupt NVRAM or MSC data
Sometimes, the problem is cleared up by resetting NVRAM memory or MSC.
External display
Connect an external display to some models of MacBook Pro while the lid is open can cause this problem. If necessary, use the external clamshell modescreen.
Other devices
Disconnect devices wired everything except those needed at startup and remove all the expansion cards of third parties (if your model.) If the problem is resolved, reconnecting devices one by one by one until you identify the culprit.

A hope for the e-mail in El Capitan issues?
Hi - I've upgraded to El Capitan of Mavericks (big BONE btw and wish I could still use it) and nothing went right ever since, especially with mail.
At least 98% of the time I can't answer emails (using the Gmail server) in the mail. I hit 'reply' and get a new window and a frozen program. I went to mail to force to quit and restart, after what I see pieces box of each thread. After reboot, I can not always respond well, the situation becomes an exercise of "Groundhog Day" - not pleasant and professional.
This has been an ongoing problem for me since January 7, and no discussion with several Apple Care helped senior advisers. I keep saying they "work on it" and, as I found out, I'm not the only person to have that kind of question.
While I realize that problems with the utility software is not sexy - as if we were trying to defeat the FBI stupid in a discussion of national security - I think that Apple has forgotten its roots, its core fan base.
We buy phones, tablets, and Apple computers because the material is magnificent and we have always wanted that software is easy to use - and rarely failed. This has changed in recent years, and not for the better. Yes, the material is always beautiful and functional, but the supplied software is anything but. If there is a better platform to use on these elegant machines I would, thanks to inefficiency cited here and the inability - reluctance? d ' Apple to make it right.
Where do we go from here? Anyone got any kind of a solution so that I can work on that machine again?
If you have any problems then detail as much as you can. See writing an effective communities of Apple support question. This isn't a complaint forum, so ignore the parts of the rant.

Is there a hope for an iPod Touch 3rd generation that must often be restored?
My iPOd Touch 3rd works Gen very well... Until the battery begins to fail and needs to be restored. Is there something else I can try or it is intended in the trash? I expect to continue to use it for when I go to the gym. They have treadmills with iPod docs. :-)
Everything that happens?
It will just black and yo have to connect to the computer and restore in order to market?
How long a battery charge last?
Have you tried just factory settings restore / new iPod (no backup)?
Perhaps a battery change can fix this... Yo can do it yourself. A replacement battery costs about $15

I still have high hopes for Motorola
When I came to the conclusion that I had to leave AT@T and go to Verizon, I took a lot of things into account. An I was angry against AT@T to put an end to the unlimited plan, (even if it does not effect me). He told me that they do not have the resources to deal with all these data, which, in my opinion, is the future of mobile. So, I picked the big red. My contract was up on August 23 and I started watching Verizons phones. I have pretty much narrowed down to the Droid X and the Samsung Fascinate. At the time the Fascinate was beginning to resemble vaporware and rumors about Bing, I found to be troublesome. Then I saw that Froyo is released for the original Motorola Droid. It was good news for me, because I felt like Motorola made a long-term commitment to its current owners. I thought I could see Gingerbread on the Droid X a day and probably never see on a Galaxy S device.
However, I never expected that the flagship of Motorola Droid family phone would be the last to receive Froyo... And that Motorola would be so tight discreet about it... And for those who say ' we are not what anyone more than 2.1 ', I might remind you that the Flash part of the marketing strategy for this device. So, Yes, I think that we are to her. Well, I say that, I think that really do even not a specific date. We just need a few details on why it takes so long. Is - this due to exchange, Motoblur or any other reason? That's all we really need to know. A simple official post that says: "we are working to obtain (XYZ) solved for the update to Froyo for the Droid X.
Honestly, I'm glad that I'm still in the window of my return and since I'm new to the carrier my options are limitless.

BlackBerry Smartphones ALL hope for 'moisture damage?
A few months ago - my phone got wet - and I got it cleaned up guy and I was good to go. Then last week, he started to act up - husband he got in and she said that she had to do a "hard reset" before she could order me a new phone. I had not synchronized anything yet (I know, BAD for me) so I took the phone back to the to do. NOW, yesterday, he just died! I have back in French - and another Rep told me and showed me the indicators 'pink' that he had water damage and that he would send in, but he doesn't think it would be under warranty and I have no insurance (again, BAD for me)! My question - have anyone of you had some luck with your suppliers to find more than just the stupid pink line and in fact replace the phone under warranty? Another question - do you know if there is ANY way I can retrieve my stuff from this phone? I can't do anything other than red flash and give me the hourglass on white screen... I am so sad and desperate! I don't understand why the first girl last week did not mention these moisture damage - and nothing happened to her during the week - and now I'm screwed?
Thank you.
Please mark the thread has been resolved, thank you

Next hop for the static route on the VPN site to site ASA?
Hi all
I would be grateful if someone could help me with my problem ASA/misunderstanding. I have a VPN site-to site on a SAA. I want to add a floating static route to point to the VPN on the ASA. Note that the traffic in this way is not with in subnets cryptographic ACL that is used to bring up the VPN. This VPN is used only as a backup.
The static route with the next hop add local public address or the remote public address of the VPN? The next break maybe local ASA isp internet facing interface? I intend to do on the ASDM. I'm sorry if it's a simple question but I found no material that explains this?
Concerning
Ahh, ok, makes sense.
The next hop should be the next jump to the interface that ends the VPN connection, essentially the same as your Internet connection / outside the next hop interface.
Example of topology:
Site B (outside interface - 1.1.1.1) - (next hop: 1.1.1.2) Internet
The static route must tell:
outdoor 10.2.2.2 255.255.255.255 1.1.1.2 200
I hope this helps.

I hope for change in CS5.5 / CS6?
Hello
I am father, teacher and coach of tennis at the research to edit videos shot in 1080 p with my Canon DSLRS. My goal is to be able to edit and improve my family videos, DVDs for my loved ones, and create short videos (with limited AE) for my students of mathematics at high school puzzle in new and interesting ways. I can do this with the machine I have, or I'm in over my head?
My specs:
HP Pavilion DV7 laptop
Quad Core i7-2630QM (2.0 ghz, Sandy Bridge)
16 GB of Ram DDR3 1333
GPU ATI Radeon 6770M 1 GB
3 x 7 200 RPM HDs (two internal 750 GB, a 300 GB USB 3.0)
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
17 "1600 x 900 screen
I was hoping that CS6 would support CL open for my graphics card, but he was disappointed to know that it will be only for Mac owners. Assuming that there will be probably no update to support AMD OpenCL in Windows, it's a waste of time for me to try to edit with Premiere Pro? I really don't want to use Vegas, and consumer video editing programs are these garbage. I'll be able to make changes to basic, or experience would be too painful without card CUDA?
Thanks for your time and your input!
I wouldn't say a circuit breaker, but if you had the choice, he would have been obvious. Because this is not the case, just accept it and live with the longest export. You do not have forward to the final result, customers don't you?

Export quick question (I hope) for the reader
I use the following button created in livecycle:
Form1. Submit::click - (JavaScript, client)
xfa.host.exportData("",0);
In Acrobat Pro, I got a prompt to save the file .xml (behavior)
I have activated the form with 'extend the functionality of adobe reader' using Pro and have the menu option "save under" available in Reader, so I know that works.
However, when the user clicks the export button in Reader, it flickers and does nothing.
Any ideas on this one?
Thank you!
LiveCycle is a range of products and not a specific product. You are referring to LiveCycle Designer to create your form. To be able to extend drive to export/import data, you would need the LiveCycle Reader Extensions Server product. It cannot be done in the designer or Acrobat. As it is a server product a complete platform (Web applications, database server) is necessary. The good news is that you can download a trial version and use a turnkey facility which will give you a JBoss server and a mySql database. The bad news is that you need the appropriate server hardware to run all this.
