  Brayjd, I, too have just received my Y510p, and after reading your post, became curious as well. After trying all the same things you did, without any good results, I went into the Device Manager and got the hard drive part number and google it. It turns out that mine is a hybrid SSD/HD with a SSD 8 GB cache built into the player. A hybrid has the SSD completely autonomous in the HD itself and requires no external software to run. That's why we have found no information on the size - for what is the rest of the computer is the SSD is invisible. Try Googling the part number of the hard drive. I hope this will answer the question for you, too.

  I have a HP Envy 4 1054tx Ultrabook with 500 GB drive HARD + SSD of 32 GB. My HARD drive crashed and replaced it with a new one. Unfortunately, my restore disk does not work so I installed fresh new WIN7. I try to use the SSD caching capability of my laptop (which he did before, when I bought it).  Based on the forums I've read, the SSD cache implementation requires that the SATA controller must be set to RAID mode.  However, when I entered the BIOS, there is no option or the configuration that I can use to set SATA RAID my HARD disk mode.  In this regard, I can't meet one of the requirements of SSD caching.  Here are some of my BIOS Setup.  Can you help me please guys how to work on it? I am not convinced, on how my phone performs without SSD caching.

  Disk controllers hard HP consumer notebooks cannot be changed from their default values.

  More than likely if your model is equipped with a hybrid drive, the speed control is already defined with RAID.

  I am considering buying an iMac to replace my old MacBook Pro, and I was planning on getting to the fuser unit.  However, I discovered that in October 2015, Apple has downgraded the SSD in the 1 TB Fusion road for 128 GB to 24 GB iMac.

  So my question is twofold:

  (1) is the Fusion Drive 1 TB iMac has always only 24 GB of storage in the SSD?

  (2) what is the SSD in the Fusion Drive 2 TB iMac?

  I tried Googling for any new information, but what I find is October 2015, and Apple just says that people who buy the iMac 1 TB or 2 TB drive of Fusion can upgrade their SSDS up to 256 GB, without saying what is included by default.

  Nobody can tell you specifically, because it varies from the device and the user and according to your personal data on the device, etc. But you can expect anywhere in roughly around 175-195 MB.

  It depends on what you install. For most of the Adobe programs required hard drive storage is minimal and pretty much any computer that meets the system requirements for CC2015 will be adapted. I wish I could give you a number fast and strong, but I hope that gives you an idea.

  Wir haben yesterday following configuration:

  1 x HP DL380 G7 mit einem P410i HP controller

  2 x HP SSD (SAS / 6G / 200 GB)

  Installed ist ESXi 5.1.0 799733

  Wenn ich die habe beiden SSD im Server, aber nicht über den P410i als sharp peripheral logic läge habe, erkennt der ESXi sharp gar nicht (weder als space, noch als furs SSD caching of the host)

  Wenn ich die habe beiden SSD im Server, sharp uber den P410i als neuankömmlinge eigenstandige Logical Volumes läge habe, erkennt der ESXi zwar den Speicher, aber nicht als SSD, daher nicht as Chalet set cache host.

  Before're sehen kann ist das P410i ich in der von für die ESXi Version genutzte VMware HCL. Use Original HP - SSD (keine third-party SSD) WIR - von bin ich verwundert daher.

  Questions:

  Der should wish direkt SSD können die ESXi?

  Die Sollter der ESXi SSD, welche als volumes logics angebunden sind als SSD observes können?

  This does not mean that you are doing something wrong but,.

  [1] ESXi does not recognize some devices such as SSD when vendors do not support automatic detection of SSD.
  [2] in addition, some SAS non-SATA SSD can not be detected as local. When the disks are not recognized as local SSD, they are excluded from the list of available SSDS.

  So even though that your HW is in HCL, there is nothing wrong with trying the steps listed in the KB.

  I have creative cloud > [Settings] > Preferences Apps > Installation location set to a folder on a standard hard drive on my system which has Oceans of space to this topic.  All my creative Cloud apps have installed very well about it except for the Illustrator CC.  Whenever I try to install Illustrator CC I get an error message that says:

  The problem here is that my C:\ is on an SSD, so space on this dirve is tight.  Despite this, I started the process with more than 1 GB of free space (if I had to guess, I'd say 1.5 GB), and now, after the failure, I 539 MB of free space.  How much space should I erase on C:\ for my Illustrator CC installation actually works?

  Simply redefine the variables 'Temp' of your system. My computer--> right click--> Properties--> Advanced--> Environment Variables system settings. Similarly, move your user folders to the other drive through your user management. You try to attack the problem in the wrong place. Flush out just the remnants and temporary files never will free enough space, if you're really that tight.

  Your test is probably not very representative of a real system. Have you run this test with just a single JVM? In the real world you could run a cluster of a number of Java virtual machines.

  In removeStartWith what you do is iterate over the set of keys to cache and to keep a number of keys - that is going to be fast in a single machine virtual JAVA.
  In removeLike you do a query to filter on the cache and consistency builds a new set to match the keys. It's a lot more work and therefore slower.

  Your two method names are called "removeXXX' althpough, you do not actually remove anything. If you want to delete the corresponding entries or your methods are very effective ways to make the operation you are trying. With a good group, average the most effective to remove all entries that are preceded by a given string would be something like this...

  nc.invokeAll(filter, new ConditionalRemove(AlwaysFilter.INSTANCE));
  

  In the above code, the delete operation will happen on the cluster and will be distributed across all nodes in the cluster at the same time will be faster that bringing so everything they touch back and remove them one at a time as you do.

  In a true cluster works on the cluster where data is usually much more efficient and faster. If you do performance test there is no point in an environment that is not representative of a real-world deployment.
