  Thank you. I placed the folder on my desktop and then changed the icon. Then I moved the icon (which did NOT show the new icon - just a file photo), to the quick launch. I think I just clicked and clicked on properties and then the icon HE chose displayed, I clicked on it Ant then display many icons displayed and then I found the icon who had chosen before was in the displayed list. Then clicked on it and then apply and it worked. Without doing this way many icons display never came and I didn't and still don't know why.   With or without a dvd, you must enter the product key that was included with the media or have bought and downloaded via the store Ms. The product key is usually on the plastic case, the dvd of Vista arrives or accompanies electronic download and is that you enter during the installation/update level or when you use the control panel > system > change the product key to see active Windows.

  The sad truth is that if the camera is not compatible with Vista, you can not do anything to make sure.  Sometimes, who works with the software (using the Compatibiliity Mode) but does not work for hardware.

  Before giving up, contact Panasonic http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-electronics/support/Cameras-Camcorders/Camcorders/DVD-Camcorders/model.VDR-M70 and make sure that it is not compatible and that they do not have drivers, firmware and/or software available to do work.  If this isn't the case, you're out of luck.

  We are told that for the link to work we must have free port 80.
  Tried run netstat - and it makes account of nothing - and a few other programs - and they bring nothing - but running ' telnet 192.168.2.2 80 "at the command prompt an error.
  Apparently, this means that something else IS using it, according to the support team who install the software.
