  Disassembly guides are not for the public, you can download the manual on the official website of Toshiba. I've never seen there other documentation.

  In any case, exchange of keyboard should not be complicated. Just remove the keyboard between the speakers and the keyboard stand. After that, you can lift the keyboard itself but be careful with the keyboard under the keyboard cable. You must remove it also.

  Just in case someone stumbles across this thread. Before you ask here for help, I tried to solve the problem by adjusting the settings language/region under W xp on the drive. Do not have I managed blaimed VMware who installed a wrong driver.   It IS possible, and there should be no technical difference between these keyboards. I Don t know if it s very difficult to exchange a keyboard but it shouldn´t be.
  Today I would recommend you to refer to an authorized partner and order this part here. It may be appropriate to ask them to respect the terms of the warranty after replacing such a keyboard by yourself because if damage you something you can lose the warranty on your machine.
