  Hi - I assume that the page that you see printed is the alignment page.  This happens usually if the alignment process has not been made.  All you should have to do is take the printed alignment page and place it face down on the scan scanner glass and press.  Who must complete the alignment process and eliminate the page printing every time.  If you have problems, try following the procedure described in this document.

• Do not print Officejet 6700 Premium: Magenta, yellow and new cartridges, others do it.

  Replaced all four "setup" in new ink cartridges, they were recognized, show "full ink" on the Panel, but only cyan and black printed, yellow and magenta only. Test print on printer directly report page: same result, cyan and black are OK, yellow and magenta will not print. Any help? Bought these original cartridges again, 933XL.

  Thanks for the link/document showing how to solve my problem. I had already done most of the steps proposed but remained the problem of horizontal white streaks in magenta during Diagnostics.

  I called HP support, this time to connect to a branch in the United States,-(not supported by the 'HP' I had initially called with foreigners, answering the line who tried to get me to buy a service contract).

  HP will send a replacement magenta cartridge and I'll see if that solved the problem. Otherwise, I was told my printer is still within the warranty and will be replaced by another which has been refurbished.

  That will be fine. However, it is always frustrating to pay $42.00 for the new original HP ink cartridges, then half their levels making cleaning head printer and diagnostics on an old printer for 2 months of use.

  We have 4 HP Laserjet M401dn printers 400 in school.  These have been delivered and installed in time last September.

  A problem highlighted recently when one of the teachers tried to print a simple Word document with a title in large font.  Whenever they printed the document, pages with the large font size came out white.

  We tried new documents and other things, but whenever we have changed the size of the police to more than 70pt, the page would come out blank.

  We then tested the same documents on other printers and it printed perfectly on 2 of the 3.

  The 3rd company of the party in charge of our network took a look at the problem and it's associated Firmware.

  PE / printer of geography are the two stamped Date of 20140521 Firmware.  Two of these printers cannot print fonts of size greater than 70pt.

  Staff room printer was Date stamped 20120907 Firmware and prints ok.

  ICT after the Date stamped printer Firmware of 20131214 and prints ok.

  Can you HP and other users of this particular model, please test?  If the results are the same, HP can please release a updated Firmware to fix the problem?

  If this isn't the case, please tell me where can I find previous versions of the firmware and the utility to restore the affected printers 2?

  I have a HP Color LaserJet M570dw MFP printer and have tried to activate the Services Web of HP, but without success.

  My printer is configured on an IP-fixed, with a gateway by default and, of course, with static DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) servers.

  Every time when I try to activate the Web Services feature I get the error message "connection error. Check your internet connection. ».

  My internet connection works very well and the printer is able to communicate through the firewall too. When I do a follow-up I see the printer communicating to the public IP "23.21.172.122" but there is no response in return. So I guess the problem is unrelated to my internal and external configuration. I tested with a completely open Firewall (allowing all communications on my local network to the Internet) with exactly the same results. There is no response from the IP "23.21.172.122".

  Also I find not the HP Color LaserJet M570dw MFP printer in HP ePrint printerlist support.

  The 400 series is supported, the 500 series is not mentioned.

  But since the interface Web of my HP Color LaserJet M570dw MFP printer gives me the HP Web Services configuration page, I asumed this type would be too strong...

  Someone has an idea how to get ePrint working on the HP Color LaserJet M570dw MFP printer?

  This problem has just appeared out of nowhere the LaserJet printer prints (so it is connected), but when I run the HP basic digitization program, I get the error message that the scanner is not connected.  I rebooted and restarted the printer.   I fought this problem since I bought the color printer. I understand that the printer is discontinued. I love it, I have two, they work great, except for this problem.

  Now my conclusions and solution.

  After installing the software, it works fine. After a while it doesn't. Some software installed HP must be retired by anti-virus programs or gets too writes because he went, so that the scanner doesn't scan. I have yet to find what is happening to the scan software, but it disappears.

  I solved the problem.

  I have LAN in my house. My HP P1606dn is a NETWORK ETHERNET printer.  I went into the PORTS on the printer and CHANGED my PORT for the TCP/IP connection.

  THIS WORKS.

  If the instructions that you need a cable then you need a cable. On several printers now, you don't need USB cable for Setup (that's why many boxes do not have) and you can run the installation on your computer or a button on the printer.
