  Your printer is not designed to print on that size of paper. If you want to print on the paper, I think that a DesignJet is better suited for these types of photos.

  I recently bought a photosmart 5520. It's my fourth HP printer. So far, I've been more than happy with the HP printers and that's why I've stuck with them.

  I am extremely disappointed by the print quality of the 5520. When you print a document in black Black is almost gray. It just doesn't seem to be enough ink and when printing photo skin tones are not accurate. It seems to be too much red.

  I got a deskjet 2180, which is only a printer not expensive but the quality of the print is much better than the print quality of the 5520.

  The quality of printing of documents printed from your computer is controlled be the printer driver on the computer.  The quality can be set from the PIXMA MG6320 himself.

  We have a database of labels created in Photoshop. When you want to print several of them on larger paperformat, put us in an Indesign file. When we print, small texts come out all fuzzy. When I save the PSD to PDF or EPS and that place in InDesign, the text is much clearer.

  The PSD file consists of layers and the text is all in text layers.

  We use CS6.

  Is there a setting that improves the print quality of the PSD files from any registration as a PDF file is a LOT of work.

  Type in Photoshop is rasterized when saved as PSD or EPS. If you want to keep it as a vector type, save them in PDF format. Does that is not to say that if you open a PSD with live type in Photoshop that the type is no longer the category, but when placed in InDesign, it's raster data if it's a PSD.

  Of course, the real question is why you create labels in Photoshop?

  Moreover, if you have a lot of PSD files you want to convert to PDF, you can do with an action or a droplet and the work will be done very quickly with little effort.

  I am trying to print from iPhoto, which Ive done hundreds of times and am on premium glossy inkjet photo paper (a new package, incidentally).  I have not changed the settings recently when printing.  Flash Info - just ran a report of print quality and also checked the settings.  Then I printed the same image that I had tried before, and it seems very well!  Have no idea why, but it looks like Im back in business! • Photosmart Premium C310a printing blank Pages

  I have a printer Photosmart Premium C310a that I already returned a printer to the store for this same problem.   I have a Photosmart Premium C309g which, until a day or two before, worked very well. Black ink does not work.

  • Change both black cartridges (regular and photo)
  • Cleaning
  • Alignment (when I try to align printer says "Alignment failed."

  Print fine - but not black color.

  Problem happens both when printing from a computer, as well as select black copy then copy - gives only a blank page.

  If the printer is on a guaranteed thing might be worth the time soak the print head, as described below...

  (1) get a pan and put 1/2 "of very hot (not boiling) water in the bottom.
  (2) remove all ink cartridges, then remove the print head Assembly.
  (3) gently put the printhead nozzles down in water and soak for 5 minutes.
  (4) remove the print head and gently dry the electrical contacts.
  (5) replace the print head in the printer and then reinstall the ink cartridges.
