HP Deskjet 2512: HP Deskjet 2512 not print or copy in black but the color of the works very well

HP Photosmart c4780 not print or copy in black. Color seems to print OK. Both cartridges display complete. Problem started after an error message appears that says he has been a failure of the black cartridge. I replaced the black cartridge with a new one. Alignment printed with only the page surface color - no black areas. Took test page of the HP utility and still printed with surfaces of color only - no black areas. Tried to make a black copy directly on the printer and it acted like it was printing, but just put a page of the Bank. Alignment has tried once again, cleaned heads and a reset (disconnect), but doesn't change anything. Even after replacing the cartridge completely black again with another new black cartridge, it will still not print from the computer or make a copy of the all-in-one in black.
I have a Macbook Pro Mac OS X 10.6.8 but these problems occur when you use the HP Photosmart c7180 all-in-one device to make a copy or print a test page.
The cartridge seems to have a problem. What you can do is to call our technical support at the 800-474-6836 and the agent can determine if the cartridge is defective, and if it is still covered by the warranty date on the cartridge. If defective, and still in warranty, they can then send you a replacement cartridge. Method 1: Try to run the printer Troubleshooter:

Method 2: Try the clean boot:

When I try to print, all the colors, including gray, print very well, but black does not print. I tried two new cartridges which do not solve the problem. I went on this forum and tried EVERYTHING. New cartridges (always use HP) cleaning printhead two online and with warm water and papertowels/qtips. Re loaded drivers. Nothing... and I don't even know why...
Well if you have tried everything on HP website and checked out all the Youtube videos and removed and cleaned the printhead without result.

Printer works fine with windows 8.1 lap top. When it is connected to the desktop with windows XP Professional 32-bit does not print.

Firefox won't print Web pages correctly. The pdf comes out blurry but rather using the Safari browser. Apple store could not understand what is the problem. All plugin and java are up-to-date. Has happened since switching to Mac from the PC.

Change back to the default font of windows, I did a test print to pdf preview and it is not blurry. Now, I'm playing with different fonts to see what will work best. So far I have Arial and Times New Roman both work very well.

HP Photosmart Premioum all-in-one C309A works very well - is wired to the Mac with USB, works PC wirelessl. Tried to print from Mac CDs and had no drop down menu for the CD option. Fingered and finally did print from the PC. Everything, including the 26 April 2012 updates HP for Mac users have reinstalled and could go down drop with CD option - looking, but then print a live project and no longer displayed option.
