  A12E5 is a download error. Please follow the steps:

  Mac:

  Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old.

  Go to Applications/Utilities and trash Application Manager and creative cloud desktop folder.

  Download and install CC Office again. If the problem still persists, then restart the Mac start-up and try reinstalling: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/start-safe-boot-mode-mac.htm l .

  My wife HP Pavilion Elite m9150f desktop PC had problems, so I ran the Diagnostics.  He said that memory does not have, so I re-sat 4 chips and re-directed diagnostics.  This time I got "error Code: BIOME-1", but could not find a definition anywhere on HP - does anyone know what this means?

  4 memory modules were a couple - slot 1 contained a 1 GB module, slot 2 contained a module of 512 MB. slot 3 contained a module of 1 GB and slot 4 contained a module of 512 MB.  I removed the module in slot 1 and revived the base memory test and got the same error.  After removing the module slot 2 (location 1 remained outside) and rerun the test, it came back normal.  I put the module 1 GB back to location 1 (so now we have 1 GB in slot 1, 1 GB in slot 3 and 512 MB in the 4 Groove) and revived the memory test - it came back normal.

  So I replace the 512 MB module and the PC should be back in 3 GB of RAM.

  I still don't understand why the explanation has been found somewhere in HP.COM!

  ·        If your computer came pre-installed with Windows Vista, or you don't have it installed separately?

  You receive this error 0xC004E003 when the Software Licensing Service reported that license evaluation failed on your computer. You can access the link below and follow the steps in method C and check if that helps you solve the problem of activation. If the C method does not work, you can follow the steps in method G and try activation using the automated phone system.
