Only, I have encountered a problem and has been updated to adobe flash. It would download, but as soon as it starts to install, I get a message: "this user has not sufficiently privleges." If you get this error, I'll post the links I used to solve the problem below the solution. I do not guarantee they will work, but they did for me. If not, just follow the step by step solution below:

  EDIT: I forgot to mention that, before using the links to solve the problem of permission with adobe, I had created another account to administrator in Windows 8 and activate the default Administrator account, which is hidden.   Recently I bought HP Envy 4500 printer. Connected to my router ok TP-Link3631 and have successfully printed from android phone and portable computer connected wifi but cannot print wireless from the office, running XP Pro, but allows you to print via a USB connection. Office see printer through a router using 192.168. etc and printed the report. Have tried to install the software via disc cd and internet several times, Inc. reinstall, but can not get computer to connect. Have been round and round in circles several times, also used print and scan doctor without success. It seems that the software is not fully installed. Or maybe something wrong with the network.   I see by your post that one of the computers is not recognizing the printer on the network, but you can print by a USB connection. I can help you with this.

  Type the IP address in the address bar of Internet Explorer to see if the built-in Web page printer server load on this computer.

  Check the computer IPV4 address to see if it matches the first 3 games of the IP address of the printer.

  Go to start, type cmd in the search box, enter, then type ipconfig.
  Check the IPV4 address.
  Now, check the IPV4 address for the printer. (192.168.1.9)
  Do the first 3 sets of numbers match? (if they do not match then the computer is not on the right network)

  Try and ping the printer.

  In the same window, type ping printers (space between ping and IP address) IP address
  What are the results?

  If the available printer built-in Web server, the first 3 sets of numbers of computers had matched the address IPV4 of the printer and you could ping the printer, then try and configure the connection to printer wireless via the USB connection.

  Hi thanks for Jamieson, for getting back to me.  We have now resolved the issue - '' We '' being myself and mark of the HP support team.  I tried all methods mention you several times and uninstalled, re-installed updates 3 times on etc. before contacting the forum.
  Finally, we found that the software of the printer was responsible and don't not all parameters.   Mark used Remoting to clear the printer software and start again and now it works a treat.   On the negative side I lost 8 hours of my time, not wanting to not give up the printer when we realize now it was never going to work. On the rise, Mark has been absolutely fantastic to talk me through the process of correction and the end result is a satisfied customer.  I also subscribe to e-print, which will be extremely useful to me in my travels

  Don't forget to select PDF as the source file.

  Click Scan to scan the first page, once completed, click the same button to add another page and continue to use the scan button until you are finished.

  The final PDF should include any page scanned in the same session.

  I don't see any HP help files in my Start menu.  There is a HP folder in programs, filled with a ton of shit I don't need except for the simple instructions, basic to connect the printer to my pc.

  A good part of my research, I was beginning to think I was going crazy and it wasn't an option on the Mac, but I think I found the problem. The booklet option that you see is gray it seems to be due to the HP driver.

  If you install the printer using the driver AirPrint (first bullet under #4) you should then be able to select this option booklet. I was able to see it using the AirPrint driver in TextEdit.

  -What changes anything? Let me know and we'll go from there
