  After completing the installation steps of my new HP Envy 5530 on Windows 8, I can't get anything to print, but a print quality diagnostic report.   What I see is the document is in the queue of the printer for about 30 seconds (as it is printing), but the printer itself does nothing.   Subsequently, the document is deleted from the queue.

  Please, try the following steps and let me know if that can help you:

  1. In the Control Panel, select uninstall a program and uninstall the rated HP Envy 5530 base driver software.
  2. Click the R keys on your keyboard and the Windows Logo appears in the Run dialog box.
  3. Spool type and click OK.
  4. Open the Drivers folder, and then select the x 64 folder if you have a 64-bit OS or the w32x86 if you have a 32 bit OS
     Note: visit http://whatsmyos.com/ to find your type of operating system if necessary.
  5. Open the 3 folder, locate the HPBXPSRENDER. DLL file and rename it to HPBXPSRENDER. OLD
  6. Reinstall the latest version of the HP software:

ONE WAS FOR THE PRINTER AND OTHER FAX. WHEN THE HP PRINTER HAS BEEN REINSTALLED, I DON'T KNOW IF IT STARTED WITH ONLY ONE PORT. THE PORT IS ENABLED BY IT AND HAS THE FAX FROM WORD TO THE END ON WINDOWS VISTA, BOTH PORTS HAVE THE SAME INFORMATION, EXCEPT A EU FAX OF WORD AT THE END ANY HELP ON WHAT SE PAST.

  My hp psc 2410 photosmart printer repeatedly gives me the following message in the queue of the printer:

  Failure to communicate: the computer is no longer able to communicate with your printer. Turn off the printer, check your printer connections and look for errors in the printer and turn on the printer.

  I have deleted all the files of hp of the system library (suggested in an Apple forum), ran from the Apple software updates and recreated the printer queue in the printer preferences and Scan.

  What to do before having to run out and get another printer? Everything that I am interested is in the printing industry;

  analysis on this hp didn't happen for several OS updates.

  I'm sorry to hear that the problem persists.

  Please, check the following:

  1. The printer is connected directly to a free port on your Mac OS and not via a Usb hub, extention, a port of Mac keyboard or through any airport base?
  2. Make sure that the cable is not more than 2-3 meters of length and directly connected to the Mac as described above.
  3. Try to switch to a different USB port on your Mac.

  If the problem continues without change, I suggest you try using another USB cable and then check for any progress.

  Although the printer worked fine with the previous Mac OS (as far as I can understand your description), any defective USB may react differently on another OS...

  3. You have security software installed on the computer?
  4. Have you performed an installation clean Windows XP and even after that this problem exists?

  Method 1

  As the computer starts up fine in safe mode there is a possibility that some third-party programs installed on the computer is the origin of the problem.

  I suggest that you configure the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

  To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  If you have reinstalled your system using the Toshiba recovery disks the touchpad should have the right drivers and be fully functional. I seem to remember that it is possible to disable the touch pad using one of the "keyboard shortcuts" (F9 on my SA30) in order to check that it has not been inadvertently pressed.

  For me, the micro HDMI port works fine. I use an active adapter, so that could make a difference.

  The HDMI on the dock works well, but only if I directly connect to an HDMI display. If I try to use a passive DVI adapter, then the external screen is not recognized. In addition, the DisplayPort on the wharf is also unnecessary, regardless of the type of cable or attached monitor.

  I encounter this problem after performing a new installation of Win 10, using the brand Dell drivers and latest drivers Intel installed by Windows update.
