  • Creative Cloud Desktop App (Mac) does not load

I have updated for Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 a while a go and the application of Office CC began to turn does not. Now I am unable to sync my photos from Lightroom on Mac and iPad, I could not sign in my account in Lightroom CC.

Looks like the icon in the menu bar (medium grey I'm not connected):

And when I clicked it, the window looks like this:

I guess that means it loads, but this process should normally take only a few seconds, but it takes hours and days on my Mac. I have been using Google DNS (8.8.8.8) on my network because my position is subject to pollution of DNS. I tried to go back to my default DNS, but it has not changed the answer. Ideas and instructions would be helpful, thanks!

  • Update Vista crashed my computer - Windows does not load

I installed the Vista updates this weekend (02/01/09) on my HP Pavilion dv4.  It appeared to download without any problem, but then he asked me if I would like to restart now, and when I did it, Vista will no longer.  The file that it is identified as a problem is WMM2AE.dll.  I took the computer to Best Buy (it is still under warranty), but it seems that I may need to reinstall the operating system.  Does anyone have any suggestions to solve this problem?  Research on the web, it seems that there are MANY problems with Windows updates.

    samantha22,
I would first try to use the start option last good known in the Advanced Boot options screen.  If this does not work you can use Package Manager to remove the update that was installed.
Depending on your recovery media, you may be able to perform an installation that would move your current Windows folder and does not erase your information.  But I hope that we won't get to this point.  Mike - Engineer Support Microsoft Answers

  • Creative desktop cloud application does not load

I've just updated my OS to OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 to load Photoshop and LR CC 2015, but now the creative cloud desktop application will not open. This wheel of progress is everything.

I already tried to uninstall, but it won't let me; said there are still requests requiring the creative cloud desktop application.

I also turned down the computer and restarted, but it did not help either.

Cannot find the answer in the previous questions either.

    What could be done?

    Best regards

Here are some tips to help and troubleshoot battery issues.

Old battery? Unplug the power to the computer - remove the battery and clean the contacts with a pencil

  • Function for desktop computer keys does not

    Hello

I have a desktop running Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 - bit OS.  With it, I use a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 800.  I have used both for 4 years now without a problem.

Recently (last week inside or almost), the function keys (F1, F2, etc) stopped working.  All other keys on the keyboard work.  In addition, the virtual keyboard, the function keys work.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?  Everything I found online seems to be exclusive to laptops.

    Thank you!

    Brandon

SFC will produce this fictitious result, if one or both of these two Windows updates are installed on your computer.   Delete them.  They are not important for your computer.

    SFC: KB3022345
    SFC: KB3068708

Go to Windows Update. Lower left corner, click on view installed updates.  The display takes a long time to complete, so wait while the Green band moves all the way on the top of the window.  Now, type in one of these two KB codes in the search box.  If it is not installed, clear the check box for search and WAIT.  Enter now in the other.  If either are uninstall them.  Turn it back on.  Run the SFC.  If neither are installed, then come the real corrupt files in your operating system and the likely healing will be a re - install Windows 7.

  • Envy 17 t-K200: sudden computer failure - does not load, but the output of the AC charger is OK.

Recently, I unplugged the power supply current to work elsewhere in the House.  When I reconnected the power running and left the computer had entered a deep sleep mode.  He did wake up, and I could go on until the task was completed.  Yet once I left the computer.  When I came back the screen was dark and I assumed that he had turned on the hibernation mode.  However he would not resume.  I checked the plug on the computer for the light, which would indicate that power is being supplied to the computer.  It was DARK.  Because the power supply is plugged into a power strip, I checked to make sure that the band was on.  The indicator light remains DARK.  I plugged in the power supply into a known powered outlet.  The indicator light remains DARK.  Using a voltmeter, I found that was good and the output at the end the power supply DC showed 19,88 volts C.C.  At this point, I assumed that the power Jack cable harness had broken somehow.

Research of the internet, support HP and HP forum pages revealed no clear solution.  "I left a message on.

20/06/16 but have had no answer at this time to propose a telephone conversation.

Since then, I needed to have access to the information on the hard drive.  Removal of the hard drive means that the upper part of the computer had to be removed.  This gave access to the 'power Jack Cable Harness' and inspection at the end of the beam connection seems to be OK.  Visual inspection of the components gave no clear indication of the problem of overheating or else.

I am at the limit of what I can see and need help.

The computer is a HP Envy 17 t-K200 - 17.3 in laptop.  CPUI Intel i7-4720HQ.  The hard drive is 1 TB.  With 12 GB of RAM.  The SN is 6CF518162Z.  The machine is refurbished and is out of warranty as of February 16, 2016.

Apparently, after running the tests on my computer the conclusion strongly implies a failed motherboard.  Attempts to locate a source of reference 793272-601 (preferred) or part number 793272-501 failed.  Therefore, it seems that I'll be compeled to use the service of repair of HP at a high cost.  The good is that it will be a 'huge' 90 day warranty.

Thanks to Hüffer for suggestions he made.

  • Laptop battery does not load fully

I replaced battery week & last with a new original Toshiba battery when first start morning computer, it does not load, but not discharge does not, either.  The battery was working fine, but he is 7 years old.  I discovered that if I unplug the charger for a few minutes & plug it back, it will charge up to 100%.

When I first use in the morning, the charging light lights NOT at all & when you check the battery icon in the notification bar, it can say something like 97% charged and not charging.

    This is Madam.

Remove the battery and reinsert to ensure it is snugly in place. He could loose.

Download (free) BatteryCare to monitor the battery

Perhaps the battery is to give a false reading.  You have Toshiba Power Saver Tool?

Look in the Windows Event Viewer > system log

Are there listed errors that are related to the stop?

Check your power cord.  Make sure it is nice and warm.  Check your power strip if you have to determine is not surging or short-circuit.
