Click on the settings menu to copy on the front panel of the printer, it's the button down on the right, just below the Cancel button.
Using the arrows go in the standings, and press OK.
Set it on and then press the Start button.

I see by your post that you would like to know how to change the date and time on the printer. I would like to help you today.
This information was given by the manual on page 45. MFP LASERJET PRO.
You may have configured these settings when you installed the software. You can configure these settings
at any time by using the control of product or the HP Fax Setup Wizard panel.
LCD control panel:
1. on the product control panel, press the Setup button.
2. Select the System Configuration and then select Date/time.
3. Select the clock in 12-hour or 24-hour format.
4. use the keypad to enter the current time and press the OK button.
5 Select the date format.
6 use the keypad to enter the current date and then press the OK button.
7. Select Fax Setup, and then click Fax header.
8 use the keypad to enter your fax number and press the OK button.
NOTE: The maximum number of characters for the fax number is 20.
9. use the keyboard to enter your company name or header and press the OK button.
NOTE: The maximum number of characters for the fax header is 40.
(Windows) HP Fax Setup Wizard
1. click on start and then click programs.
2. click HP, click the name of the product, and then click Fax Configuration Wizard.
3. follow the on-screen instructions to configure fax settings.

We just purchased the MFP HP LaserJet Pro M127fn, and after reviewing several videos from HP support, he showed that all of the devices in the Laserjet Pro should support the scan to network folder option.
I've updated the device to the latest firmware, performed a hard reset on the device, and yet I can't get the Scan option to work at all.
I should clarify that the unit is configured via the IP network, I can log in, feel to it (the fax will not be used at all), but the requirement of the majority of this device is to analyze the files.
I need this feature to support scanning directly to the network (without the need to run the software on a machine to make the scan).
I have re-installed the download pack full pilot time on the CD, but also the drivers download site, and little matter what I do, I get not the scan configures network folder option. I have only the HP scan option (which is essentially useless to me).
If the Scan to network folder is unavailable for this device, I need to know that.

So I decided to call HP Business Support... what a waste of time udder.
Because I connect this device via the network through a switch, they cannot support this configuration... uh what?
I then asked, this devices support analysis to the network option, she did some research, and it came back as not supported.
So, despite site Web HP's own ( http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c03953940 ) saying that all LaserJet PRO devices are supported, this turns out not to be the case at all.
So either HP is clearly on their products, or their business support is frankly stupid, that they have no idea how to do to resolve their own devices.
Needless to say, it returned, and I'll go with one of the competitors of HP. Just dumb business.
This is my third attempt failed to install new drivers for the Laserjet Pro M127fn MFP printer on my laptop Acer windows 10 OEM. I used the HP installer with no customiztion of components (the default recommended) with USB cable connection. It goes up to the product configuration step 99% and then gives the error: "an installation operation took too long to run. It is a fatal error, preventing the use of the product. I also tried to use interface devices and printers after restart the computer by selecting Add Printer option, it seemed to have installed the printer but it couldn't print the test page. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Printer navigate through the Setup menu using the left and right arrows and locate the Service menu.
Search for HP Smart Install option in the Service menu (it may appear and may not be no depanding on the version of your printer), if it is there, select Disable for HP Scmart Install.
In your PC click on the right button on the start menu and select Control Panel, then select View devices and printers.
Do not forget to remove any icon (the M127 or any other driver HP) HP printer by clicking the icon and selecting Remove the device, and then restart the computer.
Go back to the devices and printers any queue remains left by clicking once, then select press the print server properties in the top menu bar.
Select any listed HP printer driver and select Remove, make sure to select the 2nd option to delete the printer and its driver package.
From the control panel home, type "change device Installation settings and open the option, then select No and confirm with OK."
Now, try to reinstall the most recent drivers and check for the difference.
I have a M127fn of MFP HP LaserJet Pro, I can't access the menu, he continues to ask for a password and for the life of me I'm not rember defining one. Is there a way to reset it and if so what is the default password.

I installed the M127fn as a network printer on 5 machines without problem, MAC, Win Vista, Win 7 and Win 8.1 (2). However on another machine, also running 8.1 Win, preparation for installation is at 73% and fails with the following: "error A problem occurred when the preparation install the software in your system." If please restart your computer and run this installer again. If the problem persists, please visit the web site of product support for your product. I have a HP printer/scanner/fax multifunction, and after updating my Mac OS X Sierra, the "HP Scan" app does not allow me to save my scans more. Printing seems to work very well. Scanning occurs, but when it comes to saving what I scanned, 'save' button is grayed. I have read elsewhere on the forum than what has happened to other people using ordinary scanners (not multifunction units), but the software offered for regular scanners would not apply to my device.
It is incompatible with the Sierra of HP scanning.

I'm trying to scan a document. I open the HP scanning software and try a scan. The overview of the charges on 3/4ths of the way and then disappears. It is said he scanned and I can choose where to save it. As soon as I did this, I get an error.

So, naturally, I reboot and try again. It will not uninstall. It won't even uninstall in safe mode. I tried to use Revo and he used to uninstall with either. I called HP Support and they told me to reinstall my OS... Please point me in the right direction. An assistance is greatly appreciated.

I emptied all the temporary files, empty the bin recycling and rebooted. No change at all. I have however decide to upgrade to Windows 10. After the upgrade, everything works without error. I don't know exactly what it was, but the upgrade set. Thank you for your time and effort!

Thanks for letting me know. Since you are able to print with the older USB cable, it should not be a problem. Now if you had intermittent printing problems, then it could very well be caused by the cable. If you have a spare a kicking around, you could try, just to exclude.
As the firmware will not update, I suggest to call our technical support at the 800-474-6836 and inquire about a replacement printer. I installed Easy Scan for my LaserJet MFP M127fw Pro on my iMac with OSX 10.11.1 and it worked fine until recently. I have not installed anything else or changed anything either, but when I run the program of the scan window does not appear and the program title bar is grey. Clicking on it will make the menus work and I can see the name of material, but even to open a new session of analysis does not show the real program window.

Just bought a LaserJet MFP M127fw Pro and having, I think, connection problems.
A lot of net traffic, but nothing is ever done. I was wondering if the windows firewall is keeps something.
Activation ePrint attempted, but that doesn't seem to do anything... 20 minutes of "wheels".
and the printer goes to sleep...

Please define Manual of the printer an IP address manually and DNS servers. The steps on how to proceed can be found as "three Solution: the printer of the assign a static IP address" in the document of printer is not maintaining the wireless connection . For the DNS primary please use 220.127.116.11 and auxiliary DNS, use 18.104.22.168. These are public DNS servers of Level3.

Hello, I just bought a printer hp laserjet MFP M125a pro yesterday and during printing a document of 30 pages, I noticed the steam that comes out of the printer and the fumes forming. I have that it is quite normal on cheap laser printers that don't have a fan built in red (I assume that this printer has not), but again, this is not a cheap device. I'll try to get a new high of paper and see if it is still "steam". Does anyone have this problem with this printer?
According to me, there is nothing to worry.
HP has tested the performance of this product extensively, and this moisture is part of the normal operation of the product. The steam occurs because moisture condenses in the output area until the internal temperature reaches a level at which occurs without condensation.

I see that your range of printers Laserjet M127fw shows as printer Laserjet M127nw in connected HP. If the printer prints correctly via ePrint, it of a typo and has no effect on the operation of the printer.
