HP Omni 120-1050xt: screen goes to red, green, blue, white, black after upgrade to Windows 10
When the PC is idle, the screen turns red, green, blue, white, black, and every time I need to turn off the machine. He said "best driver for your device is already installed" - Intel HD Graphics. I tried to uninstall, install.
Greetings,
HP not support your PC when you run Win 10.
I suggest that use the "Go Back " process win 10 ASAP.
If this is not possible because of your graphics problems you'll have to do a restore to factory HP.
I can help you more with this if you wish.
If the upgrade was forced on you there are ways to stop the involuntary update.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

I looked through the forum to find answers to this and have found nothing so far.
The computer, when it is turned on, does not display the BIOS (or POST); It goes straight to the screen showing the red, green, blue, white and black alternatley at about 2/3 second intervals. This sequence is repeated.
He did at the first stop of the loop and show a version hurt badly formed of what I had on screen before it started doing this.
I tried to restart (turn off by 6 second hold button / stop and remove the battery and power supply).
No more recent hardware changes.
Works with Windows XP Pro SP2.
64 MB Nvidia GeForce Go 5200
3.06 processor Pentium 4 GHz
1.25 GB OF RAM
* Edit * SXGA + 15 "screen
Help with this is appreciated the most.

Toshiba Kira - screen flashes red green blue black
Hi all
I have a Ultrabook Kira I bought last year and it worked fine until about 3 months ago.
But now he has a problem with the screen as follows.
She suddenly starts cycling continuously full-color on-screen, and then sometimes it returns to normal for some time and randomly goes back again to the annoying cycling colors.Depending on the problem, it will loop the following exact sequence of colors: red, green, blue, black, gray.
I don't think that it is a loose cable problem because it goes into the problem and comes back without any movement of the machine.
I mean, the machine itself starts the dysfunction and restores normality by itself.
These days, I can't work without an external monitor, since the problem is now practically constant.
I've updated the bios but the problem remains.I searched for this problem all around the internet and could see that many people, who bought this laptop model, have the same problem. Thus, it seems to be a failure of the design.
Thank you!
> These days, I can't work without an external monitor, since the problem is now practically constant.
For me, it would mean that the graphics card is OK and the problem must be linked to the internal display.
However, it looks like hardware problem and that's why I recommend you contact the after-sales service provider authorized to set especially if the warranty is still valid.Your comments would be appreciated

Now 23-d044 - installed MXM video card - HP Envy screen flashes red green blue black
Hello
I'm a 23-d044 I wanted to do the update/install video card instead of using the integrated graphics card. I tried two different cards, a nVidia GeForce GT 540 m 2 GB and a part of HP AMD card #707804-002. In each case the applied heat sink was part HP #694456-001. In each case, whenever I go back to the PC and it works, the screen flashes red, green, blue, black, white to infinity. I have read these and other forums indicating that this is a fault with the GPU, but I find that is unlikely given that I tried two different cards. I thought that maybe the MXM connection on the motherboard, but on the original motherboard power connector was defective, I have since replaced the motherboard (about 2 weeks ago) with the same part number. I downloaded both the AMD and nVidia drivers the most recent for each card (while running the integrated graphics card), but not joy. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help!
Sean
Sean, I had the same problem too. I finally thought to it. Just above where the grafics card go is two connectors and one of them has a plug in there. above the connectors, said uma_lvds, the other says MXM_LVDS. Swap the power cord of the uma_lvds to the mxm_lvds. This will fix the problem and you will be running.

Hello
My 2407WFP won't go into fashion, economy of energy even when the computer is off. (He used to do this properly).
When the computer sleeps, turned off, or when the cable is disconnected, the monitor will be full-screen flash red, green, blue, black, white, then go to sleep for about 5 seconds. Then, he repeats this sequence instead of going right to sleep/wake.
Different computers, different cables, no change. Is it possible that this is somehow the self-test mode?
Thank you.
* Turn off the monitor
* Press and hold the plus button and menu button at the same time, and then click the power button
* Once back on, press the "-" and the service menu should appear
* Press the button "-". The Service Menu should appear
* Scroll down to Burnin Mode using the button ""
* Press the Menu button to turn on this setting
* Press the button "-" to turn it Off (it should be blue when selected)
* Press the "+" to highlight the Menu exit
* Press the Menu key -

I can't change the resolution of my screen and the brightness of the screen after I upgraded the Windows of windows 7 ultimate for windows pro 8.1 build 9600
I have already installed the graphics card, but I can't change my resolution of more than 1024 x 768
My laptop is HP 431 with processor intel core i3 - 2310 m 2.10 GHz, AMD graphics 7450 M DDR3 1 GB HD (I don't know why, but I have already installed graphics AMD HD series 7400 M because my laptop is not compatible with the other AMD graphics), 64-bit OS
I think that's the problem
http://prntscr.com/3mf9l5
What do you think guys? Please, help me
Thank you
I'm sorry that this driver has not worked.
The pilot I posted should be only for laptops with the series 7 Intel chipsets.
I guess W8.1 is not in charge of your model.
You can see if this W8 driver works, but I think that nothing is going to work for this model.

AoC crashes on black screen after upgrading to Windows 7
My upgrade to Vista (64 bit) to Windows 7 appears smooth, with all works well. When I tried Age of Conan mmo for the first time, he loaded the game, but within seconds, the screen started flickering black/game/Office a few times alternately between the three with in game its operation across all three screens. After 30 seconds, the screen freezes on the game screen, or freezes on the black screen or briefly blue screens (no time to read the error message) and the computer restarts.
I have updated drivers for my card (Nvidia 8800GT) video with Windows 7 compatible drivers, and the problem persists.
The game went well on before Vista upgrade.
Help!
Thank you

Satellite A200 - please I need help, the screen goes pink and green
Hello world
I have a Satellite A200 and I have a problem with my screen. It appears suddenly pink and green and it resolves on its own or when I close the lid. It starts from the Toshiba logo before windows logon. Please help me, thanks in advance.
Hello
You can try to find what's wrong with your laptop if you would connect it to the external monitor.
If the same question would be visible on the second, the external monitor then this screen problem could be related to the graphics chip.If the image on the external monitor would be nice laptop computer s internal monitor could be faulty.
However, in both cases, you must contact the ASP in your country for replacement.
Good luck

I have a HP IQ500.UK OS computer original Vista 64 with GeForce 9300 M GS Driver version 174.62. Update of the operating system Windows 8 has replaced the driver NVIDIA version 9.18.13.0286, which is unstable for display, causing frequent display flicker every other second or so, sometimes not get back and goes to black screen. Reboot needed to recover and a phenomenon. The original driver can be deployed in windows 8? HP or Nvidia has a solution? Should I revert to original driver Vista 64?
Update: I have now the Nvidia driver works and have not had an accident in days. Here's what I did:
- You must stop Windows 8 tries to automatically update drivers every time it starts up because that's what's causing all the problems, to do follow this tutorial:
http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/6cde20/automatically-updates-drivers-in-Windows-8/ - Then up to uninstall everything what you have loaded upward and loading the driver VGA Windows options base which is available under find it locally. Do all this in Device Manager
- Download the Windows 7 Nvidia driver on the HP support site - don't try Nvidia card who are not compatible
- Remove your ethernet cable and/or disable wireless - very important. You'll re-enable it after all this is over, but you do not want Windows to do something unexpected...
- Using 7-Zip or some other programs self-extracting unzip the exe that you downloaded. My memory was SP44488 or something like that (I'm at work sorry). Extract it to your desktop or something
- Go back into Device Manager, right click on the graphics card and select update or install drivers option.
- Select the manual installation option
- Select the diskette provided at the bottom of the screen and then go to your exe file extracted in step 4
- Windows will look for the name of the driver then install it from there. Your screen, wobbles a bit and you think that its going to crash but mine did not. It takes a while to load so be patient.
- Once loaded to reboot the machine. When it restarts it will likely screen black right now that even if you did mine has actually updated the driver to version 9, I think only the first step.
- Stop and try again and your father's brother Bob
I did the above and all my problems disappeared and I have the Nvidia drivers loaded. You'll see the pilot who caused all the problems turn upward in Windows Update as an optional download - INSTALLER DONT IT
Now, my PC is not the fans screaming as he did when the driver has been disabled and it is much more receptive.
Hope this helps
see you soon
Steve
