  Oh, no, do not use the CD, it is certainly not for 10.6.

  You can try to reset the printing system:

  -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
  -Right (control) click inside the box that lists your printers and select Reset Printing System.
  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
  -Select the sign + to add again. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

  Our HP Photosmart C6280 has always produced excellent results, but all of a sudden it won't print Magenta or Light Magenta, although they show of 75%.  We even tried to put in new ink cartridges, but they still does not print.

  Replaced the ink now the printer will not print black ink. I tried 3 virgins new ink cartridges HP and none worked. It will copy the color but won't copy black. Went on you tube and tried all of the solutions that have had this problem. Cartridge cleaning, coating everything. The test page has blocks of color on it and those who were ok but the printed part is more than a Brown cast and there is nothing in the black rectangle. To please please help, can't afford another printer and it desperately need.  Thank you

  When you installed the printer cartridge, did you remove the protective sticker on the cartridge? Sometimes people forget to remove this and install the cartridge.

  I have a new 7510, replacing one PhotoSmart more old.  I have 2 problems with printing.  First - when you print an email the top and bottom of the headings are cut, print off the page.  Is there a setting I can adjust for this problem?

  Second - when I print photos I get a small thin strip of white at the top of each photo.  I feel no margins selected in Picasa as well as in the printer settings.  I am an avid scrapbooking need full size 4 by 6 photos to print.

  Hi, having a problem of load. Laptop turns off suddenly while using. Tried to start but power light turns off and it stops again. With connected battery and ac adapter on the power light blue and yellow light of the battery lit a few seconds and then stops, not allowing does not start up.

  The old battery thinking it was this and my laptop starts fine just using the AC adapter because it is how I am currently this announcement. Replace the battery and the power light comes and turns off again every few seconds and prevents the starting upwards.

  Bought a new battery thinking it was defective, but nothing helped, exactly the same problem.
  Let the laptop to charge that battery again noticed but light blue and yellow power battery light goes on and out together all few seconds.

  If I try to start the laptop while the power led is turned on, it begins to start but as soon as the power light turns off, it stops. My thoughts are the unit load inside my laptop is in short-circuit, but I'm no expert.

  Anyone have any idea what the problem is, and it would be expensive to fix as I just spent £48 on a new battery for e.

  Are you sure that the battery is compatible? did you buy the genuine battery from Toshiba ASP?
  I think that 3rd party retailer batteries may not always be compatible so I would test the laptop with a battery that is recommended by Toshiba.

  On the other hand, it could be a motherboard problem, but if the notebook starts successfully by using the AC adapter, I wouldn't quite sure if he s really a motherboard problem.

  Also try this:
  Remove the battery and adapter, press the power 30 sec long.
  Then insert the battery and connect AC adapter and check if you could power the unit up.

  After you run the print doctor, cleaning and aligning the print heads that it is still print does not correctly. the first page comes out perfect so the print quality gets worse, with bits wilted and things missing. just print a page of print quality and black looks at all and the first steps of pink and yellow are strong, blue stripes and then 2nd very faded pink and yellow bar.

  HP Photosmart C310 cannot print black. Replace the cartridge and ran clean printhead multiple times. Still nothing. Print head alignment failed. Printer does not turn off with power button. Recycled/restarted by pulling out the plug, count to ten and reconnect it.

  Nothing changes except power button works again.
