  Hello

  We have a customer requirement to download the image to measure for the MSE 8510/8710 balde. Essentially when they call the standard AUTOMATIC or TMR, they won't see the Codian image (built in) and they need to see their own custom image with the custome made audio.

  I know that we can load the audio files on command. can we upload the image static (such as a company logo) as a bunch of customization?

  Note: The TANDBERG (MCU, ISDN GW) products had this option to download the custom image made.

  We can only toggle the lobby screen. From now there is no provision to load a custom image.

  To turn on global basis

  1. go in configuration > system settings

  ' 2. check or uncheck the box ' display entry screen "checkbox

  To do this on a per Conference basis

  1. go to configuration of particluar conference

  2. Select the appropriate option in "View the lobby screen" menu drop-down.

  In addition, you can apply feature through the appropriate channels.

  I need to install this in order to install WLE2011 and Internet Explorer 9 beta.  I tried all the other installation methods in the help text, but still do not show the Windows Update updates and or they settle in the proper download pages.  What can I do next?

  Norton and McAfee applications are known to not upgrade or uninstall itself.

  [You may want to print these instructions for reference offline. If a step said to reboot, reboot.]

  1. download the McAfee Consumer Product Removal, save it to your desktop tool: http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

  1B. download the Norton removal tool, save it to your desktop: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

  2. close all open applications (that is, anything with an icon on the taskbar).

  3. After completing some you have a copy of your handy product key, uninstall all Norton software (including LiveUpdate and everything Norton Add ons) via Control Panel | Programs | Uninstall a program (or Control Panel |) Programs and features, if you are using the classic view).

  4 IMPORTANT! -Online activate Windows Firewall immediately after the restart.

  NB: Now you're "working without a net": no to ANYTHING else online (e.g., navigation, reading e-mail, chat) until you have completed step #8 below!

  I recently had trouble with an update called "Cumulative security update for Windows Internet explorer 8 for Windows Vista" or KB976325.
  Each time it downloads and supposedly settled and then asks to restart the laptop. I do and it goes through three stages when stopping down.

  Then, when he turns computer language lines appear on the screen (white writing on a black background) for about 30 seconds. He tries to go through three stages of the configuration of the parameters. Sometimes to step 3 of 3 and then not moving from 0% and, for about 5 minutes until giving back and "default settings" and go back to the old settings.

• Three Windows Vista security updates continue to fail every time.

  Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.

  Step 1:

  Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  Step 2:

  Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

  Step 3:

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  AppData

  Then go to the Local > Adobe.

  I want to install a HP 8720 via ethernet. I can see the printer during the installation of the software, but when I choose to go to the page for installing the software, I get a message telling me communication error.  I disabled the firewall of the window and can't seem to get the printer via eprint.

  What I found is what seems to be a potential bug in the software install. When installing (ethernet connection), the software asks you see your printer - what I'm doing. However when I click on the printer to continue the installation, I get the error message "cannot communicate with the printer. I found that if you close this window and ignore it, you can proceed normally configure the printer with no problems at all.

  Thanks for dropping by the HP's Support Forums! I see that you do not want to reconnect to your HP Officejet 8720 to your wireless network. When you try to do that, you get a message that the feature has been disabled.

  You should be able to do this by restoring the network defaults in the front panel. Follow the steps below:

  Icon Wireless > Wireless menu > restore default network values > Yes

  I also noticed that you use the Mac OS X 10.6, in order to install the printer you need to install a Mac printer driver using Apple Software Update

  Click on the link above to start. What are the results? You are now able to access the control panel and connect the printer to your network?

• HP OfficeJet Pro 8710: 8710 Officejet Pro Maintence of software will not work

  Brand new Officejet Pro 8710 replacing Officejet Pro 8600.

  Installed all the software (I think) and am connected to my PC via USB Windows 10.

  All functions seem to work fine - scan, copy, fax and print of the PC software.

  When I open the printer software, I can't do maintenance tasks such as printing a page of diagonostics, situation report, alignment and cleaning of the print head. It is said "... impossible to print.

  I discovered I can do these tasks using the EWS in the process line, but not with the PC software.

  How to restore this functionality.

  I see that you are having problems running the HP printer assistant software maintenance. It seems that the problem with the software of the printer. Try the following steps:

  • Unplug the USB cable from the printer.
  • Go to control panel of configuration-programs and feature - select all of the HP Officejet printer entries and uninstall them.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Now, click http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJ8710/OJ8710_Basicx64_1881.exe and install the printer drivers.
  • Connect the USB cable until you are prompted in the connection type window.

  These measures should do the trick, let me know the result!

  1. to the user of Scan interface, select "Save to PDF" and then click on "More" (upper right corner)

  

  2. Select 'Destination', enter the destination under the 'Save to Folder' folder, don't forget to "Save"!  Subsequently, all analyses are saved in the folder - and "Scan to Computer".

  The best way to do this is to download the manual and read.  On page 103 is your answer.

  Enable or disable the printer WiFi
  On the printer Panel blue wireless light is lit when the printer WiFi enabled.
  NOTE: Connecting an Ethernet cable to the printer automatically turns off the wireless feature and the
  Wireless lighting.

  Dashboard, press (wireless) and then press (settings).

  I have a friend who just got an OfficeJet 8710 printer and software installation problems.

  She has a computer HP (listed as p6110y), 64-bit Vista Home Prem w/SP2

  When we try to install the software from the CD is States that the operating system is not supported. I went to the HP site and it detected running on Vista and downloaded the webpack_OJ8710_1881.

  A ran it and the same error, the operating system that is not supported. Tried running it as an administrator, even. Went into the temp folder to run the installer directly, even. Uninstalled the old 8600 printer, rebooted, tried the installation, same error.

  Wireless printer and * not * connected USB.

  What else can we try?

  I suggest you to contact the retailer and replace the printer with a different model, the 8710 is not compatible with Vista 64 bit

  Open on your printer control panel.

  Press down left 4 times to access support menu.

  Scroll to the tab toggle.

  Go on wireless and enable the option.

  See the picture to see where the low left key.

  

  If the provided step does not work, you can select menu in the same reset and reconfigure the printer again.
