  To replace the Toner Locks you removed the Main Drive Gear Assembly in order to reach the locks broken,

  Note: Make sure of course have a look to time before the GET it back, if not will give an error or color will not come.

  Distinctive tone for e-mail to nobody in particular is not possible. But you can have a distinct tone for each e-mail ID built into your device.

• Society feeling that I used to be able to modify a file of tones for me?

  I recently sent a document in a large printing company to have a printed record.  The document was created in Illustrator using only two colors. They said they couldn't print because he was still more than two colors, and I need to change it to a document of two colours using the Pantone Spot color.

  I've never had to do for a company to print before, but I also never had a project of two color before. I opened the file upwards and my selected objects and 'customized' work and remove all samples except the two colours which were now Pantone Spot Color (HSB) I needed. Literally, it took me 2 minutes.

  The reason I ask is because they pretty much said I don't know what I'm doing, that a designer is totally insulting.  We all have to make new things from time to time, but it's an insult. Should not, a large company of printing with years of experience, know how to do this for me? They took the original design file... Maybe they don't know what they're doing?

  Any clarity on as to why I needed to do and not them is greatly appreciated.  Also... any direction as the best way to use tones on CMYK is appreciated also.

  Yes, a printing company should be able to make these changes for you and if their time is negligible and that they would in most cases not charge you.

  Several times, you talk to a customer representative and not a real person with Illustrator in order to make the changes. They probably just got aggravated with your work and did not want to put the extensions in for someone else that your job right.

  Make sure that your file is built in only 2 colors, using the palette of separations he and only confirming the presentation of CMYK inks.

• M45-311: Modem passes the diagnosis, but sets the tone for no..

  I have a portable Satellite M45-311 model.
  The modem responds with a no. tone.
  Tested phone line.

  * I ran the test of diagnosis of the modem and the modem passes.
  * I hear the modem click to open the port.
  * I removed the modem from Device Manager and rebooted, Modem found the same results.
  * I deleted and downloaded the drivers on the Toshiba site. Re-installed and receive the same results.
  * I noticed that there is just no "Ports" not listed in Device Manager, but I think it's ok for the 'software Modem.

  Any suggestions on additional tests I could try?

  Go to Device Manager and select the modem. Go to the properties of the Modem. You will find the Modem tab. Please check if the controller speaker volume is set to high and not to stop.

• Get the right order of tones for DTMF decoder

  I'm trying to decoder stream DTMF signal (contains mutiple tones, delay, noise), however, I have the problem to separate each tone of the stream signal in order to enter the Goertzel for later analysis.

  The phone number is 534-343-3436. To the decoder input, I don't know what's the phone number again. However, I want to separate 5 then 3 then 4 then 3... your if I put analysis individual tone is what key corresponding to this phone number.

  There should always be an interval of no signal between pairs of tone - if not, you can not detect repeating values. For phone number 534-343-3333 you can not just look for a frequency change. Your signaling protocol must specify the minimum length of a pair of tone to be considered a valid signal and a minimum without your being a separation valid between the numbers. Maximum number of hours is useful, but not as important, except to determine how long the system will wait for a valid number.  Time settings may depend on the acceptable minimum signal to noise ratio.

  The algorithm would be something like this: amplitude discrimination allows to find gaps between pairs of tone. There is no need to be too good - just find approximate segments. It will use timing specifications for set time periods to consider. Within each segment threshold use the FFT to identify the pair of tone. You can also use a FFT on the gap segments to check that they do not contain a pair of tone.

  Also consider various errors. On tampons in your Western Electric simultaneously pressing two or more keys in a row or a column results in a single tone. I have not watched the DTMF generators for a few years so I don't know how how some of the IC-based generators to handle this situation.

• Droid: How to add a ring tone for Messages

  Ok.  I know how to add a ring tone and I know how to change ringtones for emails and text Messages, phone calls, but I can't understand how to add a ringtone that will be available for text and e-mail messages. I added a buch of ringtones on my phone and they are all available for me to use for phone calls, but they do NOT appear when I go to change my ringtones to text or e-mail message notification.  Anyone know why or how to fix?  Is there a solution?

  How do you add ringtones. If you add directly to the sd card from the computer to media/audio/ringtones, so you added the media/audio/notifications folder on the SD also. These are the folders that I added to the mine and the rings appear in the list on my droid.

  I set an alarm to wake me up. My "BOLD" rang at all the next day so I slept too long. I was wondering why. So, just to double check, I set an alarm to 0917 am (it was 0915 am when I started again). And even once, it didn't ring. He has just shown a screen of fire or rehearsal.

  Oh Yes... your alerts, ringtones and notifications are very customizable.

  1. Select the profiles icon

  2. a box will appear where you can quickly choose between Loud, vibrate, quiet, normal, phone only, and outside. If you like quick-change device profiles and select the one you want and get out.

  3. If you want to change the tones assigned to the applications in the device, and then select the last option, advanced options
  (some older models and 'Advanced' OS 4.1 and below will not step - so advanced is not present go directly to step 4 below).

  4. Select the profile you want to change. (Loud, vibrate, quiet, Normal (default), phone only, Off)
  Note: on the 8100, 8800 and 8300 models: do not click on the trackball. Instead of this, click on the menu button to the left of the trackball).
  Note: The profile that is in use will tell: (active)

  5. you will now see a list of all applications that can have an assigned tone (browser, calendar, level 1 Messages, Messages ([email protected]), Messenger, MMS, phone, SMS, job ect..)

  6. Select the application you want to change the tone / notification for

  7. you can now edit the tones of the case and Holster / notifications.
  (a) select between: none, Tone, vibrate, vibrate + tone
  (b) select the range that you want to use
  (c) Select Volume (the options are mute, low, medium, high, climbing)
  (d) to select the number of beeps (the options are 1, 2, 3)
  (e) select Repeat Notification (options are None, flashing LED)
  (f) if value vibrator or vibrate + tone and select number of Vibrations (the options are 1, 2, 3)

  8. repeat a to e for each of the applications set out in number 5 above
