  • I can't connect to windows user accounts

I'm unable to access the prompt or my own user account on my Acer Aspire One net book. When I enter my password, the computer begins to open a session (the message "loading your personal settings... ("appears under my account user name) but then it changes abruptly to"off record"and I returned to the scene of password entry.

I tried to connect with passwords incorrect which returns a message 'you have forgotten your password', and I also tried in safemode and met the same results with my own account and the administrator account.

This problem started after I restarted my netbook after uninstalling anti-virus (McAfee Security Center).

This problem is usually caused by a missing or damaged to userinit.exe, file found in the Windows folder (typically C:\Windows\System32).  You need to start on an external system to check/replace this file.  There is a possibility that you can do a restore of the system from a command prompt on a date before your problems, and if you're lucky, it might fix your problem:

"How to start the System Restore tool by using the option of safe mode with the command prompt in Windows XP"

If this does not work, you will need to boot from another system and try to replace this file.  Your computer has a recovery console? -This could work.  I know that the net books have no CD/DVD players so that limits what you can start from.  You can try to use another computer to a free Linux Live system on a USB stick and start from that.  Ubuntu has instructions for doing this.  You may need to change your BIOS settings to allow booting from a USB key. Then you can boot from the USB key and access your files/hard drive and maybe replace this file.  Ubuntu is actually an installation disc, so make sure that you specify the option 'Try' very so that you do not install it.

  • How can I connect to a user on my drive c that are not not on my user account in my control panel

    Thanks for your help...

    Here's the question...

I am not able to connect to the user account.  When I check the c drive of the user is referenced, but when I checked under the user Panel is not listed.

The question is how can I connect a user account in my c drive not registered on my user account in my control panel?

Files in the folder (C:\Users) user account are left after the removal of the user of a computer account.

Presence of a user account in the C drive does not necessarily a real account by this name need to exist.

  • Cannot connect to the user account

    Hello

I have a Mac Mini end of 2012 running OXS El Capitan, while downloading the movies I did spill over from my hard drive, while this isn't a problem in itself when I restarted I am able to connect to my user accounts.

Specifically what I see, this is the option normal user with the available accounts login screen - I select a configured account (I have 2 of them) enter the word of past (rightly), then instead enter the account, I get the login screen again.

Strangely enough, when I select the guest account, I can get in.

Any ideas how do past this and on the accounts?

I tried to reset the NVRAM that allowed me to access disks and do first aid, it has not shown any questions or help, unfortunately.

I have access to the Mac using a Windows PC, which allowed me to make space on the hard disk drive by removing some of the movies.

    Thank you very much

Original title: need help with setting up an account

    Hi Larry,
Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

From your description, it seems that you are not able to connect to the user account when you try to connect you get following error. The user profile Service has no logon

This behavior can occur if the user profile was deleted manually using the command prompt or by using Windows Explorer. A profile that is manually deleted does not remove the security identifier (SID) of the list of profiles in the registry.

If the SID is present, Windows will try to load the profile using the profile Image path that points to a nonexistent path. Therefore, the profile cannot be loaded.

To resolve the problem with the user account, you can follow these steps:
    Method 1:
    (a) click Start, type regedit in the start search box, and then press ENTER.
    (b) search for, and then expand the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

    (c) right click the SID that you want to remove, and then click on remove.
    (d) log on to the computer and create a new profile.
You can also check this link:
Error message when you log a computer Windows Vista-based or Windows 7 by using a temporary profile: "the user profile Service has no logon. Unable to load the user profile.
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/947215

Important: The above section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

Method 2: Also, see the steps in the following Microsoft article:

    (a) error message when you log a computer Windows Vista-based or Windows 7 by using a temporary profile: "the user profile Service has no logon. Unable to load the user profile.
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/947215

Note: We strongly advise against making it the standard way to remove the user profiles on computers. Documented and supported approach is using the system advanced settings in the system, "Profiles" settings properties For programs, it is available using the API 'delete profile '.

If the SID is present, Windows will try to load the profile using the profile Image path that points to a nonexistent path. Therefore, the profile cannot be loaded.

    (b) how to back up and restore the registry in Windows

  • Just send a question to the support site that I can NOT connect on my email account after auto update of 38.3.0, cannot connect to my account to check the issue!

I just posted a question on the last update automatic 38.3.0 it is possible to log into different e-mail accounts in a profile, only the first e-mail account. My support mozilla account is linked to one of the email accounts that I can NOT connect to. Can't connect to this email account to check the issue. Your last 38.3.0 Thunderbird is useless because it is no longer possible to log in different e-mail accounts in a profile, and your support solution is useless because you need to connect to the e-mail account to check the issue.
    How to proceed?

You can change your email associated with your media profile.
I have 38.3.0 and I can access all my email accounts I suggest you try the initial tests:

    Start T-bird with disabled modules.
If it works on your module is to blame and you need to activate one by one.

Start your operating system in safe mode with active network.
If it works probably your antivirus is blocking or delaying. (Or driver).

  • Possible to access the service materials? (without connection to a user account)

I'm curious to know if there are problems with access to hardware OR a program running as a service (IE with no user logged on to the computer). I'm about to start development on a service addressing a NOR-IMAQ device, and I need to begin to acquire data when the computer starts without connecting to a user account. I don't know if access to an INTERFACE created in NOR-MAX requires that a user be logged.

It will run on Windows 7.

I appreciate any idea. Thank you!

I had time to do a basic test and was able to capture data from a camera through IMAQ and store on the disk without the need to log on successfully. The service launched at startup and a lot of stored data before I had the chance to open a session.
