Threads refer if the creative cloud does not even launch: creative cloud will not launch on Mac OS 10.10.3 and Creative Cloud do not run on win 8.1

Your Adobe ID account shows the United States as the country which is why you see this list. If you are not based in the United States, you will need to create a new Adobe ID with the country properly before you place your order - see change the country associated with your Adobe ID

I ordered creative cloud for teams, and in my account, status says "your order is being processed". Now I can install creative cloud app, but no desktop applications.

After the trial period, I buy creative cloud, for photography, so I think I can use photoshop and lightroom cc cc 2015!
But application allow me to download the full version, it seems that my trial period is to expire, but I pay, and I received the e-mail confirmation from adobe!
Unfortunately is not possible for me to communicate with the customer service, I work right now!
I don't really know how to solve this problem...

Signed up for the plan of creative photography cloud and I was able to properly installed on my win7 desktop. When I try to install on my computer laptop win 8.1, I get the question "you are logged out. Looked on other forums and I think I can have it running on two machines at a time. Any suggestions?

Accidentally deleted CC, now I can't download creative cloud or app manager
Hello
I stupidly deleted my cc instead of uninstalling it and now when I go to install cc I get an error saying I need to download the app manager first. When you download the application manager, I get an error that binds me to 'supervisor of adobe program' who said then that the app has been disconnected. So I followed the troubleshooting instructions to uninstall cc but when I click on uninstall, I get an error saying I need to download the app handler in order to uninstall, but I can't download the app Manager.
Ahhbee92 if you have removed the Alias uninstall program then I recommend to uninstall all Adobe Creative Software, then using the CC cleaning tool as described in solution 2.

Try to pay in Mexico with a Mexican credit card, but couldn't find options in Mexican pesos. And when you fill my card info shows the price in Argentine pesos and there is no option for the Mexico.
I already change my account and updated information to Mexican day with my address.
Have not now what else to doy in order to make the payment...

You can create a new Adobe ID with the country or the following workaround solution allows to create a new ID using the same email address:

Download creative cloud redirects to plans despite a subscription
So I've been struggling with download creative cloud for a few days in order to run the program in wine on Linux. All I need is to download the app, yet whenever I visit Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial and click on download, it redirects me to the pricing and membership creative cloud plans | Adobe Creative Cloud. Now I have already purchased a subscription, and I am connected. I tried going through the steps to pay for it again, but just I already paid the page tells me and that's all. Is there a mirror that I can download from without all those annoying errors?
I decided to run a virtual machine instead. Thank you.
