find it hard to imagine that Apple could sell these defective products.

If the seller is an authorized Apple reseller, an independent company,

You may need to ask you if you could see & try a different product sample

because you might be looking at something that has a defect.

{According to the related help page, Type position should be more

    stable to use. However if the keyboard is not flat, this sounds like default.}

Sounds as if you're not at the official Apple Store (apple retailer)

but, on the contrary, are somewhere else. Could you give more information?

Some keyboard accessories are made by third party companies; so

If the product has an Apple product model number, we note here.

When considering the purchase of an accessory, it's a good idea to test

and check in the store before you buy. An official Apple Store has

a different return policy as an independent reseller of Apple.

Don't know if I can be useful; These chat rooms are usually Apple

users of products such as yourself, who have taken their unpaid time

to see if they can help the other users of the product.

iPad Pro. The keyboard can be used remotely (not physically attached) or you can use a standard apple wireless keyboard

I assume that you mean the keyboard built into the 'smart cover' - it must be in contact with the iPad.

A wireless keyboard Apple has been reported as working with an iPad Pro. Plug Apple for the new State of "magic keyboard" that it requires a Mac with os x 10.11 or later - he does not mention the iPads. Third-party Bluetooth keyboard should work.

  • iPad Pro think Smart Keyboard is still connected, even when it is not

Hello. I have an iPad 9 "Pro that I've just updated to iOS 10. I had a Smart keyboard because I bought the iPad 6 months ago.

Since I updated the operating system, even when I disconnect the iPad since its Smart keyboard, iPad think he is always connected, and I can not access the on-screen keyboard. It happened not in iOS 9. Suggestions/help?

    Thank you.

    Hello NerdyMomBriggs,

Thank you for this info and choose Apple Support communities. I know how it is important for you to have your Smart keyboard and iPad Pro work properly again! If I understand correctly, you cannot have your Smart keyboard automatically cuts your iPad Pro when you pull the Smart keyboard physically the Smart Connector. To start, make sure your iPad Pro and Smart Keyboard are in a position to Type. Remove the Smart keyboard for your iPad Pro. Restart your device, like closing down and starting process is important to keep the iOS software works correctly. Once your iPad Pro is restarted and return to the home screen, reconnect the Smart keyboard and test the question.

Use your Smart keyboard with iPad Pro
Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    See you soon!

  • How to access the BIOS on a Pavilion Elite e9237c with mouse and keyboard wireless?

I have a desktop computer Pavilion Elite e9237 with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I tried to access the BIOS by pressing F10 at startup with no luck, and I can't access any of the other menus for the start-up eiither. I don't have a PS/2 port on my computer, so I can't get a wired keyboard and mouse. Does anyone know how to access the BIOS with this configuration?

I bought a USB keyboard and he answered in the same way... No bios access. I then studied why it did not work and discovered that it was the way in which he has been connected to the computer. I had initially plugged into a USB hub when he was not working and I moved it directly into a USB port and it works! I plugged my keyboard wireless directly into the USB port and it works too! Thanks for your help... I wouldn't have thought of it if it wasn't for to recommend you the USB keyboard.

    Hello

I found useful information on this laptop.
As far as I know that the wireless card is optional on this unit. This means that this device has been delivered without wireless network card, but it of possible to improve this machine.

  • K3500 wireless keyboard: wireless keyboard

Just bought a keyboard wireless, out of a slit which seemed to be a guardian of the battery, and it works fine. There is nothing in the documentation that shows how to turn off to save battery life, or how to replace the battery. How can I do?

BTW, I spent an hour on hold and transferred around HP (India, I think) and could not get an answer. HP used to have great customer service.

    bobbellevue

    There is no on/off switch.

As for the battery, I found this thread which has some answers: http://www.amazon.com/ask/questions/asin/B00FARSAVY

    Good luck

I'm a volunteer and I do not work for, or represent, HP.

  • Tecra A6: Using a keyboard wireless on a port replicator

I'm trying to implement a wireless keyboard Microsoft on a mooring for my Tecra A6 port. Unfortunately, the Intellitype software more wrote the keyboard map and disables access to shutoff (FN + F5).

Does anyone know how to get around this without disconnecting the USB connection each tim during the startup.

Hi Steve, u have tried commenting the relevant keyboard input in a startup file in the start / run / msconfig? Another place to look is the Control Panel, keyboard n or the Device Manager see if you can change the setting.

    Hello

The M325 Nano-receiver allows you to connect up to 6 devices however you
need a Logitech utility (free download) to achieve this. Check with Logitech
Their online documentation, support and drivers, utilities and ask in their forums.

I don't know if that keyboard and mouse are compatible.

  • Remove Keyboard wireless links

I have 2 computers, sitting next to each other, both with a duel (Microsoft keyboard/mouse receiver) wireless receiver, but one of the computers has a wired keyboard.  Somehow, the wireless keyboard was connected to both computers.  The only solution I have now to separate the wireless keyboard is to uninstall the driver which fixes the problem only until I restart the computer.  I can't disable the 2 keyboard driver, uninstall only.

    Hi Shawnadogelt,

    ·         What is the model number of mouse and keyboard wireless?

I suggest you to uninstall the IntelliType keyboard and mouse drivers and check if it helps.

  • Missing labels of power management on the external keyboard, wireless mouse, wireless mouse, all different brands

On my laptop HP HDX18 only the touchpad and keyboard have power management tab to enable them to wake the computer.

My external keyboard of Firefly, wired Kensington mouse and Logitech wireless mouse all have not the power management tab. I wrote to Logitech about this and they said that I needed new ACPI/USB drivers. I installed the latest Intel chipset drivers I knew from the updated HP drivers website.

HP told me that it is normal, current is cut for USB hubs. Which is ridiculous. I have disenabled the selective suspend for the USB ports under settings in Device Manager and power went to each USB hub and unchecked "allow the computer to turn off the power of the device", which can be the meaning of HP. I have the latest version of the BIOS. But still no power management tab is displayed.

  • Apple MacBook Pro to give up wireless connection

    Hello

We have several MacBook Pro, which have a hard time staying connected wireless.  Often a user can be connected to a few minutes at a time.  Our wireless environment consists of 1142 s and 3502 series access points.  We use WPA2 Enterprise for authentication via an ACS 5.x server.

Windows 7 machines usually never have a problem.  Can someone please provide an idea. ?

    * We use OSX Lion on our Macs.

I have Acrobat Pro 10, when I installed the CD player, it has affected the way I was able to move text boxes when I create a form of gall, he has also affected my ability to release and change the properties of the fields /, I'm I suspect my off lucky cat Adobe support will not help , nor a cure to.  Is there a place to find updates to Acrobat 10, if I uninstall my current program?  I still have my original CD and paperwork.  Adobe acknowledge that they have created this problem.   I worked very intensively with Acrobat Pro 10 on the form for a non-profit, I do part, and it happened immediately after that I was testing a form I created in Acrobat 10 to test with CD player. Windows 7 operating system

This is usually due to the function 'Snap to Grid' is enabled. It can be accidentally activated via the keyboard, so this may have been what happened.
