I tried to do my subscription for CC, always tells me that my days until its expiry is over.

My school (bought in the framework as part of tuition) told me that I had to wait until the expiry of my cloud, so I did.

After waiting and re do the shopping cart to buy the redemption code, I plugged it to repay.

I clicked on accept, and he came to say everything was fine and that he has been accepted. Cool, go down to the final time.

Woke up this morning and he said I was out of time, and I need to communicate with the Manager of the subscription, which I can not even find on the Adobe site. Also the code been bought already. Yet it does no change...

So is there anything you guys can do to help me out here? I have a week and a half until my wallet to do... and 2 independent employment ends before the end of October.

so as soon as POSSIBLE please.

Thank you.
