  Hello everyone, I am using a sequence in the instruction Insert All as shown below. I expect the two rows to have values of different sequence but I get the same value for both. Can someone explain this behavior.

  Because the sequence values are generated once for each line in select statement. You must use before line insert trigger for each table to retrieve values of sequence because Oracle recommends to use only no multi table insert sequence.

  • The subquery in the insert multi-table cannot use a sequence.

  The exact description of recovery can be found in your user manual, * Chapter 3 to start the system recovery options *.

  To restore the original settings, connect an external CD/DVD drive to the USB port. Then, insert the Toshiba recovery disc and the start-up of this environment. Then follow the instructions on the screen, everything that s! :)

• How to reset default in sx60hs? The instructions in the manual do not work.

  If you follow the instructions in the manual, the reset button is grayed.  Also the LED screen not working afterwards, but don't not to take pictures.   I am sure that most of the problems is caused to the operator and I think resetting default will help me to start again. Thanks for any help.

  I got the negatives on a CD instead of local printing. The instructions that came with the CD says: 1) Insert the CD into your computer [what I did];

  (2) run "photo Viewer for Windows: on the CD." Use the photo viewer to see photos & save them to your computer.

  [I did not #1 because I do not know how to do "... on the CD" etc etc] [Can someone tell me how to make this you?]

  If J tips do not help, download and install IrfanView (it's free).  Start IrfanView, click file > open, navigate to your CD-ROM drive, and then select the first file.  Once the file is open, you can use the left/right arrows in the menu bar of IrfanView to come and go through your negatives.

  You will see that IrfanView is a very powerful and versatile image viewing application.  Among other things, you can display many different types of image files, conversion between types (for example, to convert a BMP to JPG file) and resize the image (useful for emailing) files.

  Although you could save the files you open and view them by clicking file > save on each of them, it is easier to save all the files at once:

  • Put the CD in the drive
  • Open my computer
  • Double-click the icon for your CD drive
  • Click Edit > select all
  • In the right pane, click "copy the selected files.
  • In the context menu, navigate to the location where you want to save the files (probably in my pictures - you will need to click on the + sign next to My Documents to see)

  I have very very alert followed the instructions in the manual 'for laptop HP Pavilion 17"downloaded from the HP website.

  There was no ambiguity on the two screws to remove to release the keyboard.

  However, after releasing their (and, of course, carefully following all prior instructions as well), the keyboard will not loosen, it remains as tight as a tick and is not even remotely let go.    All that happens when I "insert a thin tool into the output port of the keyboard and press the back of the keyboard" as indicated in the manual is that the "." key (period) comes off!

  There is also a hole size of finger under the WLAN (not mentioned in the manual) that is labeled clearly communicated keyboard (engraved on the metal).    Pushing hit as firmly as possible without risk of breaking the computer accomplishes absolutely nothing.    The keyboard still not loosen.

  Something seriously missing in the instructions and/or the design of this computer is seriously insufficient.   My next computer will not be a HP.

  PS: I got a lot of experience in the repair of laptops of all kinds.  Lack of familiarity with the technology of the laptop is not the problem remotely.

  I tried just the merge statement in SQL Workshop.  The result is an insertion of 2500 all records user to the table of endings each time that it fires.  If I run again, I get 5000 inserts.  If I understand this process, t.users_id = u.id must return nothing, triggering the insert without match.  Even when there is a match, I always get the insert.  What the hell is happening?

  The p_user_id and the p_term_eff_date are power from bind on page variables.  I put those to be bind variables when I tested the query.

  I'm under apex 4.2 on 11g.

  Thanks for posting the instructions CREATE TABLE.

  Don't forget to display instructions INSERT for you samples, a few calls to the procedure (with specific values for the arguments) and content of t_term after each call.

  What t_users role in this problem?  You get all the information to t_users; you already know the user_id to the time wherever you call the procedure.  I guess the only reason why you have to t_users to this problem is to guard against inserting a user_id not valid in t_term.  (The foreign key constraint would guard against that, too, but it would trigger an error.  You might find a little more elegant to just merge 0 line when an invalid user_id is passed to the procedure.)

  Here's a way to do it:

  Because t_terms.id is forced to be NON NULL, you must provide a value for the id before you can insert a new line in t_terms.  In the above procedure, I guess you have a sequence called term_id_seq for this purpose.

  Following a few instructional videos, I feel using the HTML5 video insert would be ideal in my effort to web page.

• Dynamics of the instructions for the training simulation

  I'm looking for some advice with an idea for a dynamic list step by step for a training created in 7 Captivate simulation.

  The behavior by default when you create a simulation of guided training is for the steps appear in a text box is close to the click box. Instead, I want to stack the instructions step by step in a Panel on the left side of the screen that was sitting next to the interface simulated on the right side of the screen. All high-level steps could not be visible throughout the simulation, and every step in the list of the Panel would have highlighted where appropriate.

  I started with Knockout blog post of the Lilybiri ('create and use a Master 'Knockout' Blade'), which appears as a possible solution, but I have not yet arrived at the point to add my dynamic instruction Panel.

  In essence, the dynamic panel will work as follows:

  • Step 1 in the instruction Panel is highlighted at the beginning of the simulation.
  • Clicks of learning partners step 1 box click in the simulation interface (as shown in the instruction Panel).
  • During the click on box 1 click the step, step 2 in the instruction Panel is highlighted and step 1 highlight disappears.
  • Clicks of learning partners step box 2 click in the simulation interface (as shown in the instruction Panel).

  I want to select all of the text between the insertion point to the end of the file. The instructions that I can find to this narration of shift + click. I insert the cursor in the text and hold down the SHIFT key and click on and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

  Shift + click selects all the text in the first position of cusror and the second click. To choose from anywhere at the end of a story, even if you don't see it, you can press Ctrl (Cmd) + SHIFT + END. You must select the text in each story separately if there is more than one story in the file.

• The mixture of the instructions written with Captivate simulation.

  Hello. My Captivate project is a simulation of business processes using SAP transactions which can be very complex. I would like to include written instructions of a MS Word document that could be visible on the screen as a "sidebar" so that the user can scroll through the instructions while they perform tasks in Captivate. Is there a method to incorporate the Word document into my Captivate project, the user can opened it with Captivate as a guide for the Captivate simulation? I have a 30 day trial of FlashPaper2 that can work, but it's not really what I had in mind. I'm not familiar enough with RoboHelp to see if she could help me, but we do not have, and it is probably overkill for what I want to accomplish. Can you suggest anything?

  jbradley99 (and yourself) is correct, in my opinion, on FlashPaper (FP) is probably the best solution for the job. The question, she asked about lack of ability with scrolling FP is questionable, as any time that FlashPaper is inserted into a Captivate project to a size less-than-enough to view all content, Flash Paper automatically creates a scroll bar and the possibility of using this scroll bar, or one of the other FPs tools, rest available to the user for the entire project (when 'Show rest of project' is selected).

  In fact, try several configurations of "calibration" when you insert a PS... the width is more important than the height of the placeholder FP, because if you allow too little space (horizontally), the user can't see the magnification and other tools that are part of FlashPaper 2.0.
