Identifying BitLocker password and PIN recovery does not tally in AD DS

The PC is connected to a domain, Bitlocker is on but the ID password and PIN recovery isn't tally to AD DS services, why is it so?

    You must boot from the disc.

    earlier today, I upgraded my Mac mini (end 2012) to the latest version of macOS Sierra.

    After 1 hour of use, I realized that many of my plugins FCPX were not working.

    I contacted the developers, and they said does not update the plugins and they told me to go back to El Capitan.

    I decided to listen to them and try to downgrade my OS.

    I don't know what to do.

    Otherwise, drive HARD recovery does not work because the boot manager has been changed or damaged as a result of the new install of Win 7 and this is why you cannot load HARD drive recovery.
    That is why it s always recommended to create a recovery disc before changing anything on the HARD drive.
