If I cancel my subscription, will be saved or instantly deleted library m? I'm not talking titles downloaded with DRM, I refer to my library as a whole. Recorded albums, playlists Ive done etc. My money runs out Sunday and I am moving the banks who will take a week. Also I'll be resubscribing with my University email address to get the price of half of the service.

I spent a month recording albums and making a lot of playlists. I would be sad to lose them all!

    If music is in your iTunes library on your computer, you library will remain untouched and you can keep the tracks that you upgraded. If music is only available in the cloud, you must make sure that download you before the expiry of your subscription otherwise you will lose access to your music (except for the previous iTunes store purchases). I hope that you have a backup of your music.

    Apple supposedly followed music of any music you've added to your library for 30 days after a subscription is completed. So yes, if you re - subscribe in this time the music that you've added to your library 'should' come back. However, you may download the tracks again.

    I found a way around it.  I have connected on App World via my PC with my phone connected and is go to the Subscriptions tab, and then cancelled it.  I received the confirmation of cancellation email, I received it 7 times, but it's better than when I could not cancel.

    For future viewers on an annual membership, I recommend the cancellation of your membership prior to the anniversary date.  You can find details about the cancellation process independent, available in most regions, to cancel your creative cloud membership..

    Alternatively, if you want to cancel at any time, without cancellation fees, I would recommend a monthly membership.  You can find details about how to convert an annual subscription to a monthly membership to update or change your plan creative cloud .

    I need a subscription to the month for only a month. In the process of cancellation of the subscription today at the end of the month, I find that I'm already charged for the second month.  I went to the chat support and there was no room for manoeuvre while being able to unsubscribe immediately and request a refund of the 2nd month for which I was charged. I was told by the representative of the conversation that they would give me a free month... but he should immediately follow the 2nd month I pay for (and need not).  Nor will it take the free month.  So, I decided to call the phone number provided.  The automated operator says that my wait would be about 1 minute.  After 20 minutes, I disconnected the call.  Does anyone have a similar experience to this trying to get a refund?
