  I also had to do this experiment.
  Sometimes - for some reason-CC "unwilling" work. In this case you should CC completely remove and reinstall by using Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

• Adding an icon of spinning

  If you visit impressive font examples and scroll down to "Animated icons", you will see a series of circular icons of spinning. I would like to ask you what is the best way to replicate something like that in a video.

  I do not own a video camera, so I started not to work with real video yet. My videos are rather more glorified slideshows - collections of static images. I know how to create a simple animation of the import of an image, then slightly change this image and its import under a new name.

  But to create a spinning icon, I would probably create at least a half dozen images, and if I want to display the icon in six different places in my video, that means I have to drag in the six images and adjust their position and timing six times.

  So I'm looking for a way to speed up the process.

  Is there a way to take a screen capture motion - effectively take a screen shot of a spinning icon - then somehow import this screenshot in first?

  If you have a single screen shot for each frame of the animation icon, you can import these as a "sequence of images.

  However, if you are looking to recreate what is shown in the animated icons on the impressive fonts samples page, you just need a PNG file containing the image properly centered and two Rotation keyframes (Effects > Motion > Rotation).

• Google image search results does not load Firefox

  Firefox will not load the google search results. It will load the results page with thumbnails, etc., but if you click on one of them, just a spinning icon loading is displayed on the tab and it never loads.

• My Mini crash and needs several reboots

  Reliability of my Mini declined over a period of a few months.  It crashes on average two to three times a week.

  The accident often happens while watching YouTube video and without any warning, but accidents also occur while I use it, and they are not always related to internet video.  Sometimes the Mac will be generally slow and unresponsive in the period leading up to an accident.

  In order to get to the top and operational again, it may take only one or two restarts, but several times this may take ten, twenty or more atttempts before reaching a stable computing platform.  When I press the power button, the Mini sounds, I get to the gray screen with the Apple logo and the spinning icon, and then the screen goes black, followed by the screen goes to the standard background color, and then it crashes just before same launch Finder.  Sometimes the Finder will be launched, but the Mini will break under little later - a few seconds or a few minutes later.

  I have at least a couple of times tried to start in safe mode, which has not always worked, either.  I also sometimes reset PRAM, repaired permissions, (when I get a restart possible) and run Maintenance (http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/22745/maintenance).  These don't always makes no difference at all to the reliability and stability, although they sometimes seem.

  Can someone give me directions, please?

  I decided to watch from the disk utility and am confused by the Setup program. I ran check disk on the higher level entry and it seems to be out very well ("the Volume Recovery HD seems to be OK"), but I haven't run one on the low level input as it says my computer may be "slow and unresponsive" while doing so, and I'm not entirely sure of what use there.

• Blue screen flashing

  I have 3 computers all run Windows 7 Pro. In the last 24 hours, all 3 have completed an automatic update of Windows. Now all 3 are not usable. When the computer is finished the update and stops I can restart the machine - the computer looks like it starts correctly however it gets the blue screen and flashes repeatedly with a spinning icon. When I try to start in safe mode it gets at least up to the point where I can click the icon to open a session - but I never received a place to type my password and the screen goes only to the logon icon. What has Microsoft done?

• BlackBerry Smartphones Windows Live Messenger 2.5 does not connect on Rogers Curve 8900

  The old version of WLM worked perfectly for me.  A couple of days, I have updated to the new version of WLM OTA.  The installation seemed to go very well, and the app loads properly, but whenever I try to connect I just saw 'connection' with the spinning icons command prompt, and then I get "connection error (65): problem receiving data from the server.

  There is an entry on this forum for this error on a 8320 and it says that the problem is the APN setting.  I had the same parameter APN (internet.com) on this BB for quite some time and it has always worked with the old version of WLM.  I tried to change the APN with no luck, and I fired both service books.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  So since no one had no response, I went ahead and solved this problem myself:

  (1) removed Windows Live Messenger device (Options-> advanced-> Applications)

  (2) removed WLM all the partners service books (Options-> advanced-> service book Options)

  (3) device reloaded

  (4) reinstalled WLM

  (5) broadcast service books to the device of the site Web of BIS of suppliers

  Everything worked fine after that.

• Can't find Recovery Manager for Windows 8

  I have a new HP Envy 7300 dv6t laptop.  I have it turned on twice.  First time I created only my computer name and the name of the user ID and the password.  Second time (a few minutes ago), I activated Windows 8 and goes immediately to create system recovery discs.  I typed in the search box "Recovery Manager", clicked on it and chose "Create recovery media."  He then gave me the message "You are allowed to create a set of recovery media" which I clicked "I agree."  Then he took me to the screen that says "Please insert one of the following media.  (I was following a you tube explanation of how do and so far everything was fine.)  However, when it came to the screen, it appeared (tube video of you), I had to click on my choice of media, I was going to use (flash drive, DVD or DVDDL.)  However, nothing would happen when I tried to click on "DVD".  Instead, below the choice to use, the "gear" kept spinning icon, acting like he was going to do something... but she kept spinning and spinning.  As it says at the top "Please insert one of the following media", I thought that maybe I needed to put in the DVD.  So I did.  Still nothing.  The engine continued to run.  So I thought that maybe the computer has been suspended.  So I took out the DVD and closed off Recovery Manager think I'll try again.  Now, however, when I type in the search box "Recovery Manager", nothing comes.  Just the message "no parameters corresponding to your research."  Certainly, I can still do these disks, right?  Certainly my time 'one' is not gone because I liquidated.  Please someone help me!  Thank you

  In fact, I restarted the computer and it's back!  Yes!  Now I'm doing the disks.  It takes 6 discs and I'm on disc 6 now.  However, 3 times that day I received a message saying something to the effect of "try again... it didn't work."  So, I intend to call HP in a few minutes, because 2 of these 3 times it was on disk 6 and I have 2 discs left.  However, the INITIAL problem was that my driver optical (or whatever it's called) was not working so HP had me uninstall and reinstall the driver.  Apparently with Windows 8, there are just a bunch of problems that need to be developed. I think that they also said that they have problems with the system recovery discs.  So, if someone is reading this and experiencing problems, you can just give them a call and tell them it has to do with the system recovery.

• Having trouble accessing the creative cloud for download it and other applications

  I use Safari v9.1.1 on an iMac with v10.11.5 El Capitan.

  I tried every way I can see to get the links to download creative cloud or one of the applications with it (I have the number of members all apps) and whenever I click on a download link, it transfers me to the link to download, but then it just sits there. No spinning icon, no "Please wait", no message 'Download now', just a blank in my browser screen and nothing happens (see below - it is just on this screen forever). I just visited this site on my Windows laptop and accesses all what I needed, he does everything just not on my Mac. I can not even the desktop app creative cloud download so that I can try from here. It has been super frustrating for the last two hours.
